Just ordered a double cheeseburger with onion rings. Through the drive-through. Waited over 15 minutes finally got my order. It is my fault that I did not check the order. However, you think that they would have the staff the cheeseburger was OK. Fries were burnt to a crisp never go back there again in my life and I'll make sure to tell everybody else the to do the same read more

I will start by saying that this is the first bad order I've had from this location. It came via Door Dash, and I followed the driver on their map, so it wasn't a dasher issue. The food was cold, and the fries were basically remnants that were overcooked. They consisted of the broken pieces you get in a bag of frozen fries. The picture is just an example. Again, this is not the norm for this location. I think some employees may have resented working on New Year's Eve. read more

Carl's Jr - Fries - Burgers Near Me - Lodi, California

I used to come here all the time growing up and their french toast dips were my absolute favorite. I had not been to this location since before covid so we decided to give them a try tonight. We made a mobile order but when we arrived they said they hadn't received it so we had to wait. The french toast sticks are different than I remember: more moist, less powdered sugar and with a hint of lemon maybe. They aren't terrible but they didn't live up to the memory. They would be a fine snack for a sweet tooth though. Better than the salted pralines and cream shake, that's for sure. That thing was like syrup in a cup. Their fries have never been good but we made sure to get regular and criss-cut to try. The onion rings were thin, dry and terrible but the fried zucchini was actually not bad. The burgers here are still amazing though. I got the double western bacon and it was a delicious and melt in your mouth as I remember. At $40 for dinner for two I doubt we will be back any time soon but if you are craving a good burger - and nothing but a burger - it might be worth your time to stop in. read more

I never really ever go to Carl's jr but tonight I did for the first time in years and now i know why i never went back. I ordered the bacon western burger meal and they didn't even ask me what fries i wanted and when i asked if they could switch it out they said no i had to pay for it. The manager didn't even bother to care and for the price ? $15 for a meal with fries i didn't even want on top of another $5 for the fries i actually did want is ridiculous and not very accommodating or nice. Not going back again read more

I don't stop in often but when I do it's for breakfast or lunch. The food is always fresh and hot, the service is fast and the employees are always upbeat and polite. The restaurant is clean and always picked up. But the main reason for my review is because of the woman who works the early morning shift (I believe she might be the manager) at the drive thru window. This woman is always smiling, upbeat and very pleasant. It's so nice to see someone take pride in their job, be so cheerful first thing in the morning, I always look forward to my breakfast stops because of her. You have yourselves a keeper with this employee, I wish I knew her name so I could give her the proper shout out. read more

Food is always fresh and hot. Employees are very nice and it is a great value for the price

Great service every time regardless of what time it is. We are so impressed the burgers are made fresh regardless of the burgers price. They don't forget the sauces you ask for, they don't skimp on fries. I can count on the friendly staff! :) read more

All the good reviews seem to be quite some time ago. I have been here a few times and it was always.... Meh. Today was worthy of a 1 star. First of all the guy at drive up, all though he seemed nice enough, talked EXTREMELY fast and seemed distracted. I ordered the bacon beast, which at first he seemed to not know what it was, fries and a drink. I had to repeat myself a few times. The burger was ok, the patties were not hot or juicy, just warm and dry. Like they had been under a lamp for a while. The fries, here's the real rating; the fry box says "CRISPY. HOT. CRUNCHY. GONE!" Uh....nope. Crispy: only because they were mostly end bits and pieces of left over real pieces. Hot: Not. Crunchy: because of "crispy" reasons. Gone: yes I threw them out. I only went here because Farmers Bros is closed because of the fire. I won't be back to CJ's. read more

Just tried the Bacon & Avocado Thick Burger. Sure looked good in the picture but did not taste great. The hamburger patty was semi dry and lacked taste. Not even the char grilled taste. There was way too much lettuce, tomatoes and onions in it also. The guacamole tasted spicy and the bacon was just a greasy strip. One big mess! The bun could not hold up. Fell apart. For this small combo with a drink and the fries, it is almost $11! I am so disappointed! I used to like Carl's but I am not sure about them now. Pass on this one. read more

We went to this location a few weeks ago and I have to say I was very surprised that they don't have changing tables in either the men's or women's bathrooms! I just stopped by here at noon to redeem a free $5 All-Star Box voucher I had received as part of a T-mobile Tuesday promotion. It clearly said valid for redemption through December 11th on the voucher. However both the cashier and the manager denied the voucher saying "It was only valid on Tuesday (the day it was issued)" without bothering to read the terms listed on the voucher or double checking their own internal memo. I later reached out to both T-mobile and Carl's Jr via social media who reassured me that the voucher should have been redeemed and that the employees were in the wrong. Their food is actually not that bad, but this location has lost my business due to terrible customer service and refusing to honor their own promotion. read more

When it comes to fast food joints in Lodi this one is simply the best. I have been coming here for years and they haven't messed up a single order. If i could give this fast food place a review it would be 0 starts ! The lady in the drive trough who worked on 2/19/2023 @ 2:30pm is straight up rude no type of customer service. I really appreciate when people put themselves a bit to help me with their food. I've been too many places where they believe they're doing me a service by standing on the floor chatting with each other. These people are friendly and worked hard to get the food to us in a reasonable time. Carl's Jr. is expensive for fast food, but it's worth it. This location has a bonus--Green Burrito. It's often less expensive, especially since Carl's Jr. doesn't have the benefit of sister company Hardee's smaller and lighter menu. I said something about Green Burrito to my buddy and he said "Don't they have Red Sauce?" I wonder if a lot of people don't know that they have a pseudo Mexican menu. The Burrito Mexicano was good, with a sort of salsa added. The fries were hot enough, though not particularly fresh. (Del Taco always has me buying fries with pseudo-Mexican food now.) My buddy said that the soda taste was off. I had the raspberry iced tea and that was fine. Service was quick and efficient. read more

Carl's Jr Steakhouse Burgers + Thursday Night Football... Sounds like a good Combo... Steakhouse Burger (**** 1/2 2 For $5.00 Regularly-$3.69ea) ( http://s3-media2.ak.yelpcdn.com/bphoto/00xZjFaa5O7PFY3O3t4vIg/l.jpg ) ( http://s3-media2.ak.yelpcdn.com/bphoto/87-trqdycGBa5AzwTEawUg/l.jpg ) Hate saying this about any Burger from a National Fast-Food joint... BUT, The Steakhouse Burger might be one of the very best Burgers on the national stage.... Very good flavor... and do you know why it tastes so good? It's A-1 Steak Sauce in combination with Mayonnaise. A-1 Haters... don't worry... it does not taste like A-1. I should know... because I HATE A-1. And the Sauce on the Steakhouse does NOT taste like A-1! The Sauce in combination with Grilled Onions, slice of Swiss Cheese, Blue Cheese crumbs, lettuce, tomato, between a Sesame Seed Bun. Asked the Cashier at the end if they're planning to have the Steakhouse as part of the permanent menu... great likelihood... Would not give it 5-Stars because of the very soft Hamburger Bun... just ruins the effect. And... if anyone has an aversion to this Burger based upon the Mayonnaise... it is very necessary! Just get up off that couch and burn off the Mayo with some activity... Very Good Burger! large Natural-Cut Fries (**** $2.29) Did not want any fountain drinks today... since it was soooo COLD! Asked if I could just get some Hot Water in a cup. Very obliging here at this Carl's Jr... provided it without any kind of hassle whatsoever! Will only give Carl's Jr a 3-Star overall rating... mainly because the rest of the Carl's Jr lineup does not measure up.... read more

Whenever I go to Carls Jr to this particular, I get the Super Star With Cheese in a Lettuce Wrap, My wife and I will go to this drive through whenever we can't decide what to eat, its usually good, but the past two times there has a been a taste of mouth wash in the food. It's exactly like the taste of Scope. This was the most off putting taste and we ended up throwing away the food both times. We won't be going back to see if this happens a third time, it really made us worry that someone tampered with the food. There are enough options in Lodi to not risk it. read more

I a fan of their basic $6 burger and all of the variations of it. Quality bun made fresh daily at each store. 1/2lb. Charbroiled Black Angus Beef Patty! It's a decent burger for a fast-food chain. They have a lot of variations of the basic burger... bacon, avocado, brisket...Texas, Western, jalapeno style. One issue...i ordered a couple of the brisket thickburgers the other day, as advertised on tv with brisket oozing out the sides. Well, I don't think there was much more than a heaping tablespoon of brisket in my sandwiches. False advertising for sure!! I can almost fill up on one burger...add natural cut or sweet potato fries and drink. Round out your meal with a hand-scooped shake! read more

Carl's Jr. is pretty great for fast food in general, but we were particularly impressed when we stopped inside this location for a dine-in dinner after a day at Lake Camanche. We were tanned and tired and just wanted to get some food in us before we got home. I ordered two beef tacos (crunchy) with refried beans substituted for beef. It was a little confusing when I ordered because they also have crunchy tacos, which have no meat (2 for $1) - I could definitely see myself ordering this sometime, since they have the salsa bar and the pico de gallo could be substituted for the meat/beans, but I was a little too hungry to decline protein altogether so the beans were perfect! My husband had a $6 burger with criss-cross fries. I was staring at the sign for fried zucchini when our food arrived, and a couple minutes later I found a zucchini circle that had snuck into his fries!! I was super excited and it was delicious. The place was very clean - floors were clean, tables were clean, surfaces and area near the drink fountains were clean. We were probably the dirtiest things in there :) Roy was the person who took our order and he was very polite and assertive. He brought us our food as well, and offered us dipping sauces, which he also returned to our table. One of my tacos had almost no lettuce in it (the other one was perfect), but with refried beans inside this makes for a very dry taco, even with all the hot sauce I added. I went up to the counter and asked for more lettuce and paid less than $0.50 for a side of lettuce. It was a big box of it, even though I explained it was just for one taco. I ate it all since I paid for it, but felt like it should have been free. I love when Carl's Jr. locations have Green Burrito inside, and it's especially nice when you get good service and the place is clean. Well done, Lodi! read more

On yesterday night at drive thru, I ordered five chicken tarquitoes. I was highly disappointed with how I received 1/2 teaspoon of sour cream drizzled and 1/4 cup of pico de gallo spread on top of my 5 freshly made chicken tarquitoes. At drive thru, the drive thru staff tried to add additional items to my order along with stick me with 85¢ fee for avocado spread. I quickly told them I was not interested. I plan to contact management next day because had I viewed my order. I would have called management immediately for lousy food service. Also, my destination still was over 1 hour away. I didn't want to finally be @ my destination at 10 pm when I got off at work by 6:15 pm. read more

This is also a Green Burrito. I lust Carl's for their Buffalo Chicken. This particular location does not offer buffalo chicken so I had a green burrito with chicken. Ordered a medium #1 meal with a sprite and a $5 combo box with a small coke. I don't know about you guys, but this is by far the most ridiculous fast food joint in Lodi. On several occasions I have had the unfortunate pleasure to be both disrespected and annoyed by these minimum wage assholes who call themselves clerks. It started with me waiting to place my order at the drive-thru to which no one ever responded to me and I had to wait for over 5 minutes like a sad sap. The second time around was when I ate one of their burgers only to have this sad flat looking sand which with a giant clump of lettuce that was larger than the hamburger patties and cheese. The third time around I placed a combo order inside for to go and when I got back to my car, I noticed that they didn't give me my fries.
