There is no drink machine, no cups, so I used the kiosk, get a number and wait for almost 10 minutes for a drink! Insane. I placed an order for breakfast at a McDonald's at the kettleman street restaurant and it automatically went to the lower Sacramento McDonald's. I tried calling and no one answered , just a recording. I drove to the lower Sacramento McDonald's only to talk to Juley who would do nothing for me because breakfast is no longer being served.. now Juley , I know you don't give a s#*t and it shows because if you did, you would have at least said sorry and try to offer me at least a little something for not getting my order and causing me to waste my gas to make sure I wasn't charged for something that I didn't get because they wouldn't answer the phone. I can't stand this place. I swore off McDonald's all together the last time they made me wait 10+ minutes for two sausage McMuffins. My wife still asks me to go for the kids every once in a while and tonight was one of those nights. Slow drive through, horrible food and horrible customer service. Take the extra time and go to habit burger, blaze pizza, Rubio's, deli delicious, anything in the same parking lot. Had to update my original "meh" review to HORRIBLE!!! I guess after dealing with the general manager I understand why all of the kids working here are rude, unprofessional, apathetic and incompetent. Once I arrived I pressed the button stating that I was there and they asked me parking number which I indicated was "2." After about 10 minutes I realized something was wrong. It took me almost another 5 minutes to get someone to answer the phone. When I finally did they blamed me and said I elected to pick up in the lobby. Nope, having not smoked any crack today I was fully lucid when I selected my drive up spot as "2." When the general manager finally came out he was unapologetic and continued to indicate that it was my fault. Apparently it was outside of the realm of possibility to acknowledge there had been an error with the system, app or employee. Was this really worth 20 minutes of my time for a $1 fry coupon. Really this was just a reminder of why I don't come to McDonald's. When I indicated to the General Manager that I guess I shouldn't be surprised with his behavior since there is probably a reason why he is working at McDonald's. He retorted "I make more than you." Apparently the General Manager can add Psychic to his skill set that is lacking any level of customer service. I am a HR professional in local government; maybe it's time for me to ask for a raise. Tried the self pay kiosk for the first time. Not very intuitive. I am very computer literate and I had to have someone come and assist me and they had trouble too, and they work here. Logged on to the wifi here. Full strength signal but could not get web pages to load very fast. Slow internet, and no it is not crowded in here. I am sure over time they will work out the issues, but in it's current form I am not impressed. It is a fairly new restaurant. As such, it is very clean inside. I will try again at some point. I ordered hotcakes and a breakfast sandwich . I asked for an extra syrup and the short Hispanic young girl acted like she didn't want to give me an extra syrup. Then gonna try to charge me 25 cents . Never have I been charged for an extra syrup. So I found a .25 cent left on the outside and she stared at me crazy and didn't want to take it and said "I don't know if this is yours" I'm confused .
