Been 20 minutes. I went inside, and I see a woman who ordered at the counter an ice cream and she walked out when I came in. I told them I've been waiting for a long time and they finally made my shake on the spot and gave me my fries. I looked at the upcoming orders screen on the top and it looks like they completely forgot about me as my drive thru order wasn't there. I placed an order for breakfast at a McDonald's at the kettleman street restaurant and it automatically went to the lower Sacramento McDonald's. I tried calling and no one answered , just a recording. I drove to the lower Sacramento McDonald's only to talk to Juley who would do nothing for me because breakfast is no longer being served.. now Juley , I know you don't give a s#*t and it shows because if you did, you would have at least said sorry and try to offer me at least a little something for not getting my order and causing me to waste my gas to make sure I wasn't charged for something that I didn't get because they wouldn't answer the phone. Got up to the window and they had the manager ready there to defend her out of pocket behavior while she laughed it up stating that's why she refused service. She didn't, just lied about a code.
