Store had a miscommunication with door-dash for my order. Made 3 orders of 12 tacos totaling 36. Had only 12 in my bag. Worker at the counter was able to resolve it even as busy as they were. Was there this past Sunday & had a horrible experience. Been here plenty of times and never had a good experience... I went literally starving and got ignored by the front counter girl plenty of times. Even had to ask the cook to open the bathroom door for my dad. So when the kiosk finally started to work I used it but of course it doesn't take cash so the girl had to charge me for the order to go through but again the kitchen person had to come and get the girl for me and finally they charged my order and started on it after almost 15 minutes of waiting. These nasty employees at this location are the worst . Went to the drive and ordered food . I hate mayo and asked for my food to come with just chicken cheese and bacon . No mayo no lettuce no tomato. And the number 9 combo . We received some random burger ( not the #9 ) . And my chicken sandwich came with mayo lettuce and tomato. So I drive back and had them replace it . The nasty people working reused my chicken patty . Just wiped the mayo off . And gave it back to me . This jack in the box NEVER has any sense of urgency, will lie to your face about whether or not items are in stock, and may not even give you your actual full order. I once ordered two drinks, nothing else, through mobile order and it still took 15 minutes in the drive through even with only one car in front of me and seeing that the car in front got handed only one bag of food made it that much worse. The employee also tried to tell me they didn't have the drink in stock after having me at the window for 2 minutes and then proceeded to check the fridge and find them! I have used their survey system and it doesn't work, don't even bother with this location! I come in for breakfast during the rush hour for myself and the co-workers, and they seem to always be very busy. Despite this rush I always get my food quickly while it's still hot and fresh! The manager I always see there helps me all the time whenever there's a issue with my food, without any questions asked. The monitor at the order board isn't working so you can't see your whole order. They're so quick to rush you out from ordering they don't listen to your whole order. My dh and I went here for a fast meal. Upon walking into the restaurant, we were struck by the odor of old grease. Ugh. Although the dining room was mostly vacant, there were very few clean tables, and there were curly fries and other debris on the floor. When I scanned the menu I was chagrined to see that the same upgrades for combo meals cost more for a chicken-based meal than a buger-based meal. For instance, to upgrade to curly fries costs $.30 if you're ordering a burger meal, but costs $.40 if you're ordering a chicken meal. The difference is greater when upgrading from a small meal to a medium. It's $.49 for the buger and $.79 for the chicken. The size of the sandwich doesn't change, only the drink and fries. The cashier couldn't explain why, perhaps because he didn't seem to comprehend the question. My Jumbo Jack without cheese was okay tasting, but needed seasoning on the patty. Dh's Buttery Jumbo Jack with cheese had good flavor but was heavy with grease. Overall, a disappointing dining experience. read more
