Store had a miscommunication with door-dash for my order. Made 3 orders of 12 tacos totaling 36. Had only 12 in my bag. Worker at the counter was able to resolve it even as busy as they were. Patiently waited in the clean seating area. Very nice. Thank you =) These tacos are bomb by the way. read more

I do not know what happened to this place but I got a jack mail with a ultimate bacon cheeseburger. The cheese is halfway off the burger onto the paper. The onion rings were stuck together half crispy half raw and then to top it off. They don't want to answer their phone because I refuse to drive back, I want my money back. This is absurd. read more

This is the worst Jack in the box! We ordered the gremlin box expecting the gremlin sauce, but they gave us nothing! We went into the store to ask for some sauce and they told us they were out! Really? They couldn't have told us that in the drive through!? What idiots! Don't go here, this is the worst Jack in the box we've ever stopped at! Trash establishment! We could have ordered two tacos for 1.29 instead of a box full of crap with no sauce! Dispicable! read more

Was there this past Sunday & had a horrible experience. Been here plenty of times and never had a good experience... I went literally starving and got ignored by the front counter girl plenty of times. Even had to ask the cook to open the bathroom door for my dad. So when the kiosk finally started to work I used it but of course it doesn't take cash so the girl had to charge me for the order to go through but again the kitchen person had to come and get the girl for me and finally they charged my order and started on it after almost 15 minutes of waiting. Also the soda machine was not working !!!! read more

This is crazy as hell. Really? just wow. No one is in the drive thru and they get one customer and this is what i get? THIS IS ALL I ORDERED and that's what i got. Thanks for literally nothing read more

Jack in the Box - Two Tacos - Burgers Near Me - Lodi, California

Came here to order two Jumbo Jacks and left with two Yumbo Yacks instead. Couldn't understand a word from the employees cause I only speak English. Seems like they no longer give equal opportunity to people who need a job won't be spending a dime here ever again. read more

First time at this Jack in the Box. I ordered large fries and instead was given fries that were barely half full. It wasn't busy either only one car ahead of me in the drive thru line. read more

Had the grilled chicken combo and tacos. Tacos were great, fries lukewarm and grilled chicken tasted like it was cooked with dish soap. Not a pleasant taste. Will not order again. read more

These nasty employees at this location are the worst . Went to the drive and ordered food . I hate mayo and asked for my food to come with just chicken cheese and bacon . No mayo no lettuce no tomato. And the number 9 combo . We received some random burger ( not the #9 ) . And my chicken sandwich came with mayo lettuce and tomato. So I drive back and had them replace it . The nasty people working reused my chicken patty . Just wiped the mayo off . And gave it back to me . I will be reporting them to the health department. read more

Fresh amazing crispy potato wedges very fast yumm7 yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy

This jack in the box NEVER has any sense of urgency, will lie to your face about whether or not items are in stock, and may not even give you your actual full order. I once ordered two drinks, nothing else, through mobile order and it still took 15 minutes in the drive through even with only one car in front of me and seeing that the car in front got handed only one bag of food made it that much worse. The employee also tried to tell me they didn't have the drink in stock after having me at the window for 2 minutes and then proceeded to check the fridge and find them! I have used their survey system and it doesn't work, don't even bother with this location! The workers and work ethic are so much better at the lodi ave location it's honestly worth the 5 minutes to go there instead. read more

Went inside and no one came to take my order. They told me a sec. After waiting I left: since they seemed more worried about the guest in the drive thru than tryna help me with my order inside the store: so I ended up leaving very hangry with no food. read more

Had a coupon so i came by, and found paper in my Jumbo Jack. When i asked the cashier tried to tell me it was an onion, which i also had initially thought, but upon comparing the two it was indeed paper. read more

Lately the food is so dry like the curly fries has been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The breakfast sandwich is dry and flavorless. Along with the French toast sticks so dry, hard, and crispy like a hockey puck. The only thing good there are the drinks. What a big disappointment and waste of money. I threw away the food that's how bad it is. read more

Food is marginal at best. Fully expect stomach problems and explosive diahria after eating here. I used the bathroom and one of the kitchen workers came out of the bathroom stall and didn't wash his hands. Be careful eating here. Minimum wage workers for maximize losers. Tacos were greasy, oil dripping, lettuce wilted, curly fries cold and jumbo jack meat tasted like it was cooked days earlier. I had to go to doctor to get antibiotics to treat stomach problems. read more

I just went through the drive through and wow. I could barely hear the lady talking. She kept breathing through her microphone. I had to scream my order at her it was very upsetting. I ordered 3 meals and only got a single ranch with 4 taco sauces. Are you kidding me. 3 meals and she gives me a single ranch. Terrible service bye the ladies who run the night shift in the kettleman location in Lodi ca. read more

Food is always good and staff is always friendly but enough is enough regarding the ACCURACY of my mobile orders! I haver never complained about the minor screw ups in the past. I always order through the app because I'm on my way to work and in a hurry and my recent order was the LAST STRAW! You NEED to hire people who can COMPREHEND and READ basic ENGLISH instructions because I customize my orders to MY liking but they will prepare it however TF they want!!! Last time I checked, it's MY money paying for it and it's going to be eaten by ME!!! I ordered four sandwiches and customized TWO of them to have mustard and they put mustard on EVERYTHING!!! I like mustard but NOT ON MY EGG SANDWICHES!!! That was my breakfast and I was hungry so i had to eat it but it was groce!!! I will not come to this location again! read more

Not the easiest way I find I'm this strip mall. Food is good, but what happened to the cherry on top of my shake?

This is very disrespectful. I came trying to get my my food on a very long night of traveling. I asked for chicken strips and curly fries and then they got all mad at me for saying that I want food and they refused my order when I was being kind and trying to food and I was going to pay with tip of the cashier. I am just very hurt I have been a very loyal to Jack in box for many year. This hurts my soul and I refuse to very come back. And I don't think others should come too this is so rude . I am a elder so is 66 years old and didn't get my meal when I was starving of hunger my heart hurts for my whole life now I loved my local Jack in the box read more

You try to do an online order to be picked up at the counter, avoiding the long drive thru lines to save time. BUT they have their doors locked and instead of a quick pickup...20 minutes in the drive thru. What's the point of offering inside pickup if you're not going to have your doors open. What should had taken 5 minutes has now used up over half my lunch hour. Open you doors. It's getting old. Corporate will be contacted read more

If I could give this place a zero I would !! They are so fucking petty with their sauces like HELLO I COME AND PAY FOR MY FOOD !!! Also I offer to pay for extra sauces and they give big ass attitudes !!! Especially the Night Shift I come here pretty often so I know whose literally working by the voice in the inner-come when ordering through the drive thru !!!!! It's so annoying having to tell them 3 ranches and they say there's some in the bag when they only put 1 read more

I would give one star but the girl in the drive-though was very nice despite her clearly limited English. Bought a meal for my son and a sandwich for myself. I ordered the Ultimate Cheeseburger. I got to buns and two meat patties. I'm not joking. No sauce, no cheese, no nothing. Ridiculous. I will never go to this location again. read more

Cahier: Can I help you? Me: (After much deliberation...) #2, Sirloin Cheeseburger, please. Cashier: What kind of Cheese do you want? Cheddar, American, or (unintelligible). Me: Can you please repeat that? Cashier: Cheddar, American, or (unintelligible, no improvement!). Me: What? What was number three? (quizzically) Cashier: Cheddar, American, or (unintelligible. It was pretty obvious she was getting embarrassed, also). Me: What was the last kind of Cheese? (getting a little peeved, now). Cashier: Cheddar, American, or (unintelligible). Me: (Now, I'm very frustrated!) What was the last item? (Please! No more of this!) Cashier walking by: She said Swiss!!! Me: Oh! OK, I'll take Swiss! (About time!) Cashier: What kind of onions do you want? Raw or Grilled? Me: Raw. Cashier: Here's your cup. Your number is 379. Thank you. Me: Thanks. After a few minutes of drinking Coke, the cashier called 379. When I brought back the Sirloin Cheeseburger back.... the onions were Grilled! I GIVE UP!!! Note to JACK: Hire employees that can say Swiss on demand. And hire employees that can distinguish Raw from Grilled Onions! Jack, why aren't you using Ciabatta Bread on this Sirloin Cheeseburger like you're using on your Double Bacon Cheeseburger? This yellow soft bread just broke apart half-way through the meal... which just made one big mess! Demographics: 33% filled at 1pm, 70% Hispanic (surprisingly). read more

Jack in the Box - Burgers Near Me - Lodi, California

The worst drive/thru you could ever go through but it's Lodi and one of the only ones open late. Waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told their Apple Pay/credit machine doesn't even work. Why not tell customers before placing an order? Why not have a sign? To top it off the kid at the window was extremely rude and inconsiderate. Won't be back. This one has always sucked but just hit a new low read more

I come in for breakfast during the rush hour for myself and the co-workers, and they seem to always be very busy. Despite this rush I always get my food quickly while it's still hot and fresh! The manager I always see there helps me all the time whenever there's a issue with my food, without any questions asked. He wears a red and pinkish shirt sadly I never get his name but I'll DEFINITELY be back to find it out! read more

After waiting 15 min in the drive through I realized they forgot my loaded tiny tacos, that we were charged for and could see on the receipt. The lobby was closed but we knocked hoping someone would help us but they ignored us. We went to the drive through and ordered milkshakes and some food. I love this jack n the box. Just had the best costumer service of my life. Amazing food

Every time I come here there's always some some appetizer that I want or something off the menu that I'm craving and for some reason it's never there. Then you're stuck in line for 30 minutes. All I gots to say is, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE WINDOW. They practically throw your food at you to get you out of the way to bring their drive-through time down. Take your time and make sure your order is complete Every single time I go here, they always forget something that I ordered. The monitor at the order board isn't working so you can't see your whole order. They're so quick to rush you out from ordering they don't listen to your whole order. Make sure you ask for your receipt too. They never give me my receipt so when you go back to get your missed item, they look at you like you're a liar. The women manager who worked 12-06-19 in the evening, was very rude when I went back to get the food she didn't put in my bag. I wouldn't put a review if this wasn't a regular occurrence. read more

Lady who took my order was not only bilingual but had some serious hustle. Great work

This the first time the food I ordered looks exactly like the picture, except in Japan where the food looks like the plastic model and sometimes taste like plastic....just kidding Japan food is usually excellent to maybe good. Unless you order from a Japanese McDonalds. The food was great, even the chili curley fries was oversalted just how I like em. The burger look and tasted spot on. Yes the place was slow on a showering Tuesday at 330pm but they did an excellent job. Service was quick and couteous, and that's a priority for an old fucker like me. read more
