This is the second time we're missing one of the sides like literally it's country fried steak, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw and a biscuit there's a spot for each item. How do you forget one of the items? Also, I order one of the boxes for my husband that comes with two different sauces. We literally got no sauces whatsoever no butter or honey for the biscuits. Nothing the box comes specific with two sauces and nothing. I did call the manager absolutely nothing that he could do for me over the phone, but I wanted to let them know that their employees are getting paid $20 an hour to mess orders up. So don't worry I also already did the survey and I'm gonna talk to corporate. I gave them a slide last week, but seriously your Wednesday crew is definitely lacking. And I know sometimes people might say that's not that big of a deal but it is a big deal. I can't just go back with my autistic child who is already having issues today and the main reason that we go is for their country fried steak deal and if I had the time I would've dug through the bag to make sure everything's there cause I definitely do that at McDonald's. I damn sure make sure I get my barbecue sauce for my kids nuggets before I pull away cause I've done that mistake once before. But when all three boxes are stuffed in a bag and I got him screaming in the background I don't really have time in the drive-through to do that. Did a mobile order. Got a message saying it was ready. Got there and told me I have to wait another 5 plus minutes for wings to cook. Got my wings 8 pieces were cold, soggy and burnt tasting. The texture of the chickens are so hard, it's like it's been sitting for hours, after being left in the fryer for hours. They said they were out of thighs as well, so they gave me three sad tiny chicken legs. I've been to KFC in Hammer Lane and they give large hefty chicken pieces that are very crispy, but not this case at the Kettleman Lane location. Poor service experience. After waiting around 20 minutes for our order, we went inside to follow up. The manager informed us that no one had put the order in to fry. It was close to closing time and there were no customers inside the restaurant, yet there were about three to four employees working. Customer service is bad. The manager is rude and won't let you talk when talking to her about a wrong order. On the online app, it has no way of specifying no wings. I ordered it and then called to make sure there's no wings and an employee said yes we can fix that. When I arrived made me wait over 30 mins for Mac & cheese and biscuits mind you that I had my 1.5 year old in the car, really fussy, when it should of been a quick online , drive thru order. This location has the worst customer service and food. Drive thru order taker was clearly done working for the day. No greeting just said OH my god this is ridiculous. This was one of the most welcoming, clean and inviting KFCs I've ever been to. This is a bee nice area with a lot of options around as well. The employee named Lauren was a very polite, delightful and knowledgeable young lady. She was patient while I was deciding and she even helped me through some menu options. Every time I'm in Lodi or Stockton and I'm fooling for fast food that's in a good quiet atmosphere, this is it. Employees like Lauren make the experience Busch better. Along with the rest of the costumes who were enjoying a clean quiet relaxing time at a KFC. This place may have been clean because it was new but at least they keep it that way. I want to update my review, because after my initial disappointment, as you can tell from the comment below, someone from the company got in touch with me and sent me a voucher for a free meal. That was months ago, and I never thought that I would use it, but I think it's very important when companies reach out to dissatisfied customers and try to make things right. I ended up grabbing a free chicken tender meal a few days ago with the voucher and I have to say that the service was much better, the food was ready much faster and they threw in a little lemon dessert which I have never had before that was really tasty! My expectations on how you order and pick up food in this COVID-19 world are set by Starbucks. You place your order via an APP. At the drive thru order speaker you tell the person that you are picking up a mobile order. You drive to the window and your order is ready. First there does not appear to be a KFC APP for the United States.. There are APPs for Russia, India, and several other countries. Ok, I'll go to the website. I am sure that many 4th Graders could design a better website. After too much work, I was finally able to place my order. I drove to the store and got into the long line for the drive thru. Once I get to the speaker, I told the person that I am here to get an on line order. She tells me that to get my order I must drive past the pick up window and around to the parking lot; someone will bring my order to my car. BTW what are you driving? I tell her that the pick up time was 9 minutes ago. Silence. I ask: are you still there? Yes. Then another voice tells me that my order will be ready at the window; but, in the future, proceed to the parking lot. I picked up my bucket of chicken and drove home. Food is a solid three stars but the service, lack of service, minus two stars. Chances that I will go back to this store are very low. Bad experience. I ordered the 5 Tender Big Box. It is supposed to come with 2 sides, I only got 1 and was not asked my preference. There were no dipping sauces included. Worst experience with the Lodi KFC. I was the only person in the drive through, so not like the window was busy. I ordered a 2-piece meal (breast and wing), original NOT crispy, with Coleslaw. Got home and there was no coleslaw, no butter or honey for the biscuit, and I was given crispy instead of original. The chicken was over-cooked and dry, and the batter was more than crispy. The only part of my order that was correct was the potatoes and gravy. This is not the first time there have been problems with my order, this is just the worst time.
