KFC - Almost $40 for a two piece meal and 5 pc tender! - Fast Food Near Me - Lodi, California

If I could get a zero I would. This is the second time that we've come in specifically on a Wednesday for their country fried stake deal. This is the second time we're missing one of the sides like literally it's country fried steak, mashed potatoes, and coleslaw and a biscuit there's a spot for each item. How do you forget one of the items? Also, I order one of the boxes for my husband that comes with two different sauces. We literally got no sauces whatsoever no butter or honey for the biscuits. Nothing the box comes specific with two sauces and nothing. I did call the manager absolutely nothing that he could do for me over the phone, but I wanted to let them know that their employees are getting paid $20 an hour to mess orders up. So don't worry I also already did the survey and I'm gonna talk to corporate. I gave them a slide last week, but seriously your Wednesday crew is definitely lacking. And I know sometimes people might say that's not that big of a deal but it is a big deal. I can't just go back with my autistic child who is already having issues today and the main reason that we go is for their country fried steak deal and if I had the time I would've dug through the bag to make sure everything's there cause I definitely do that at McDonald's. I damn sure make sure I get my barbecue sauce for my kids nuggets before I pull away cause I've done that mistake once before. But when all three boxes are stuffed in a bag and I got him screaming in the background I don't really have time in the drive-through to do that. I just expect these people they get paid $20 an hour to not forget the items that are requirements for the items that are being ordered. read more

"A big bag with one cookie in it" scenario In reality, three TINY chicken legs.. I paid $18 for this? They smaller than my hand. The texture of the chickens are so hard, it's like it's been sitting for hours, after being left in the fryer for hours. They said they were out of thighs as well, so they gave me three sad tiny chicken legs. I've been to KFC in Hammer Lane and they give large hefty chicken pieces that are very crispy, but not this case at the Kettleman Lane location. The chicken is so hard to bite into and seems overcooked. read more

KFC - 3 pc. Chicken Box - Fast Food Near Me - Lodi, California

Did a mobile order. Got a message saying it was ready. Got there and told me I have to wait another 5 plus minutes for wings to cook. Got my wings 8 pieces were cold, soggy and burnt tasting. The other 2 pieces were piping hot and burnt and salty tasting. Won't come back to this establishment. And also I was on my 30min lunch break so I only had 10mins to eat my lunch read more

Fast, fresh, great customer service. Just moved to the area and had a good couple visits

Very disappointed today. Both pieces of chicken were extremely dry and tasted old. Hopefully the manager sees this. read more

Poor service experience. After waiting around 20 minutes for our order, we went inside to follow up. The manager informed us that no one had put the order in to fry. It was close to closing time and there were no customers inside the restaurant, yet there were about three to four employees working. With the restaurant empty, it's disappointing that the order was still missed. read more

Customer service is bad. The manager is rude and won't let you talk when talking to her about a wrong order. On the online app, it has no way of specifying no wings. I ordered it and then called to make sure there's no wings and an employee said yes we can fix that. When I arrived made me wait over 30 mins for Mac & cheese and biscuits mind you that I had my 1.5 year old in the car, really fussy, when it should of been a quick online , drive thru order. Then I got home and there's wings! I called and manager said you can't modify the order. & then said I can bring them back for $1.00 something per piece. I am not driving across town and then get charged more for messing up my order. No compensation at all. Also some of the chicken was not fresh , super dry! read more

It's a little disappointing when you order a 2 piece meal with a biscuit, but when you get home, all you got were the two pieces. :(

Ordered chicken strips, they gave regular chicken. No big deal, it happens. Went in and explained and they added one strip to the box (huh?) went back in and explained. They took the box, gave us the full order of chicken strips and we watched them add the chicken back to the chicken they were handing out. Mind you, my mom took a bite out of one not realizing, we had the wrong order. Insanity. So gross. read more

I ordered an 8 pc nuggets combo for like $13. This was what they gave me. Actual garbage from the fry basket. Also, I ordered online, so they apparently don't know how to refund me. Plus, the food was cold when I picked it up. I called right after my order because it said it'd be ready in 4 minutes and I live 15 minutes away. I asked them if they could please wait till I get there to make the order since I paid like 50 bucks for the meal. They said no. They are literally so incompetent that they don't know how to wait to make my order?? read more

The worst service ever. Ordered 2pot pies which was the special for the day , counted at least 7 workers waited 20 minutes when I asked where's my order the guy said oh it'll be another 12 minutes . Are you kidding me they had 5 cars that went thru the drive thru who were now parked in the front waiting for their order. Guess they order pot pies too. Never go there again. Asked for my money back and left. read more

Last 4 times I've come to this location, they say they're out of white meat, it's a total scam. I don't even think they ever make any white meat here. Never again read more

Do not DoorDash from this place. They mess up orders frequently and their phone line is disconnected so you can't reach them.

I went here last night for dinner and when I got home I realized my 12 piece chicken strips were completely missing, I got a one tiny scoop of mashed potatoes when I ordered a large mashed potato, my extra crispy chicken was soggy and my Mac and cheese and potatoes were ice cold. It's pretty pathetic when you spend $40 and your order is completely inedible read more

This location has the worst customer service and food. Drive thru order taker was clearly done working for the day. No greeting just said OH my god this is ridiculous. I told her what I wanted and she said that's it go to window. Once I got to the window I asked if they had wings, no she shouted. Ok dang and then I told her she didn't let me tell her the sides I wanted. She said the order is ready and you got whatever we put. For 43 dollars the food sucked. Mac n cheese was burnt and dry, chicken was cold and gross. Corn no flavor hard biscuit and nasty coleslaw that tasted like onions only. I should have taken it back but the kids working there don't care. I won't be back and I'll make Sure to tell my friends to go somewhere else. read more

Busiest kfc i have ever seen i am amazed how fast the drive thru line kept filling up and going and going and that they didn't run out of food i did end up with one original drum in our bucket and they forgot our cookies but since they were so fast i am overlooking that it was perfectly fresh and hot which is so rare at all locations unless you go at 10am read more

My co worker and I went into this place to try KFC again. He ordered and had a communication problem with the cashier. He asked for 2 thighs and the cashier went to check and said she had them in original only. He agreed and she came back and said she only had 1 thigh. YOU JUST CHECK 30 SECONDS AND SAID YOU HAD THEM. What an idiot. I ordered 3 items a la carte. She seemed confused by that term so I told I didn't want a meal combo. She preceded to tell me that she has to put them in all separately. I said I know and understand. She repeated that statement two more times and asked me to repeat the order each time. While we waited for our food. 2 customers from the drive thru had to come in and make sure their order was still being made. If you value time and quality. AVOID THIS PLACE read more

Feeling lazy and thought we would try KFC after many many years. $63 down the drain! Chicken tasted like it was going bad. Sides were seemingly half filled and was told they didn't have any condiments such as honey? I assumed a 16 piece family meal would have been plenty but the servings of the sides was not even enough for two people? The chicken all went in the garbage. Customer service was terrible. So disappointed. read more

food was ready when they said, was hot. and the workers were very welcoming even if i was there to pick up!!

I'm very upset with this KFC. I told them I had about 6 people to feed and I wanted to know how many each large sized mashed potatoes would serve. They said 3 smalls fit into one large. This is ridiculous and costs over 20$ for this little amount read more

I want to update my review, because after my initial disappointment, as you can tell from the comment below, someone from the company got in touch with me and sent me a voucher for a free meal. That was months ago, and I never thought that I would use it, but I think it's very important when companies reach out to dissatisfied customers and try to make things right. I ended up grabbing a free chicken tender meal a few days ago with the voucher and I have to say that the service was much better, the food was ready much faster and they threw in a little lemon dessert which I have never had before that was really tasty! Because this location is not too far from my home, and because I now know that if I have a problem it will be resolved, I am much more likely to continue to patronize this establishment. read more

Been here a lot but tonight just wrong. I understand we have Covid crap but get the order right. Bunch of young kids making minimum wage but owner should take charge. We ordered two number 1s all thighs original recipe. Checked one box correct figured good to go. Got home other box was crispy. Yuk. Not what we ordered. Want this review to disappear you owe us a meal. Not the money just make it right . Shoud have gone elsewhere. read more

The chicken pot pie is the best. I love chicken pot pie and this has it all. Most just have a top crust, this one has top and bottom.

This was one of the most welcoming, clean and inviting KFCs I've ever been to. This is a bee nice area with a lot of options around as well. The employee named Lauren was a very polite, delightful and knowledgeable young lady. She was patient while I was deciding and she even helped me through some menu options. Every time I'm in Lodi or Stockton and I'm fooling for fast food that's in a good quiet atmosphere, this is it. Employees like Lauren make the experience Busch better. Along with the rest of the costumes who were enjoying a clean quiet relaxing time at a KFC. This place may have been clean because it was new but at least they keep it that way. This is probably only my second Yelp review but it was worth it. read more

My expectations on how you order and pick up food in this COVID-19 world are set by Starbucks. You place your order via an APP. At the drive thru order speaker you tell the person that you are picking up a mobile order. You drive to the window and your order is ready. First there does not appear to be a KFC APP for the United States.. There are APPs for Russia, India, and several other countries. Ok, I'll go to the website. I am sure that many 4th Graders could design a better website. After too much work, I was finally able to place my order. I drove to the store and got into the long line for the drive thru. Once I get to the speaker, I told the person that I am here to get an on line order. She tells me that to get my order I must drive past the pick up window and around to the parking lot; someone will bring my order to my car. BTW what are you driving? I tell her that the pick up time was 9 minutes ago. Silence. I ask: are you still there? Yes. Then another voice tells me that my order will be ready at the window; but, in the future, proceed to the parking lot. I picked up my bucket of chicken and drove home. Food is a solid three stars but the service, lack of service, minus two stars. Chances that I will go back to this store are very low. Note: you enter the drive thru line without going through the parking lot. On my way out I saw three parking space for delivery service, like GrubHub. read more

2nd time doordash order. Order is never correct. Wrong drink, stone cold fries, no straws or napkins. Do better!

DO NOT COME HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! I'll make this quick but trust me the 2 stars this place has is an over statement. We ordered, 16 PIECE 4 sides(no thighs), we looked in the bag and we are missing gray, I get out of my car and go knock on the door to get my gravy. I get home and I get a TEN PIECE only wings and breast. I have a child who ONLY eats legs and I specially said that at the window. MANAGERS CHECK YOUR CAMERAS DO IT REALLY ITS August 25th I came in between 7-730 TELL ME IM LYING! Can your employees not count!? What a joke! We call on the phone and we get no sorry, nothing to make up for my time and gas now that I have to drive back from across town. I'm also posting on all my social media outlets and google. Update review :::: Don't go here they have people write them 5 star reviews it's all a scam the staff are rude go to Popeyes in Lodi there prices are way cheaper and the food is way better it's not dry like the KFC in this location and Popeyes customer service is way better and the restaurant and bathrooms are way cleaner then the KFC in Lodi stir the other way to Popeyes you will see the difference big time, and also KFC got a lot of negative reviews not just mine what people talk about them is true !!! read more

BEWARE Be careful of what you SWALLOW!! A ZIPTIE WAS IN THE COLESLAW!! My husband got it thankfully it wasn't my kids!! But the rest of the family size side went straight to the garbage! I called KFC to let them know of the incident and was 1st told by the by 1 worker that "THEY DONT USE ZIPTIES" after explaining to her that it WAS FROM THEM!! She sent me to the manager.. the manager was very nice and understanding did offer me a free side the next time I came but after my husband getting that in his food EVERYONE was weary of eating the rest ! Bad experience. I ordered the 5 Tender Big Box. It is supposed to come with 2 sides, I only got 1 and was not asked my preference. There were no dipping sauces included. The chicken tenders were cool and rubbery. The biscuit was badly undercooked, no honey or butter included in the box. Considering how much I paid for this (over $17!) this was not worth the trip. I would have returned it but there was no receipt. read more

Having missed KFC since their last location in Lodi closed down, my husband was eager to visit this new one that just opened in the new Walmart shopping center. The decor is pretty cool with old photos of the original colonel on the walls. I ordered the $5 3-piece tender meal with bbq sauce, and the dh chose the $5 2-piece meal with original chicken. When our orders arrived, his was crispy chicken, and mine had honey mustard sauce. I traded my sauce in for the right one, but dh opted to eat his crunchy chicken. He didn't like it because it was too salty, as were my tiny tenders. The mashed potatoes and gravy were the typical, yummy potatoes usually found at KFC, and they were piping hot. They serve Pepsi products to drink, but they have no sweetener or sugar for the iced tea, so I drank mine unsweetened. read more
