I ordered a $13 chicken box. I had to request my specific sides and they didn't give me my drink or silverware. I was too hungry to notice until after I had left. I don't recommend this location at all. Teenager workers don't have any work ethic! read more

Worst experience with the Lodi KFC. I was the only person in the drive through, so not like the window was busy. I ordered a 2-piece meal (breast and wing), original NOT crispy, with Coleslaw. Got home and there was no coleslaw, no butter or honey for the biscuit, and I was given crispy instead of original. The chicken was over-cooked and dry, and the batter was more than crispy. The only part of my order that was correct was the potatoes and gravy. This is not the first time there have been problems with my order, this is just the worst time. I'm so done with this KFC and only gave it 1 star because you can't give it zero stars. read more

Pre-Covid, during Covid, and most likely post Covid, it doesnt matter; this place is the most unreliable drive through. They never have enough of anything that can be ready within a reasonable amount of time. How does this happen night in and night out since they've opened? You would figure they'd eventually figure out how to solve this issue. "10 minutes" actually means 45 minutes plus so beware. read more

Went thru the drive thru and had to wait in front for my order, which wasnt the issue, what was an issue was the attitude a worker by the nametag of "Lauren" gave when i said that there were missing items clears as i had 2 items and there was only 1 container in the bag, and after receiving the missing item, it had the wrong pieces i had ordered, i dont expect much from fast food, but at least give what a customer pays for. read more

I pulled into the drive through tonight at 7:23. When I ordered chicken strips, I was told there would be a 5 minute wait. No big deal. I pulled up to the window and paid and was told to pull in front and wait for my order. I pulled up front and waited. I realized that they had forgotten one of my drinks, but figured I would just let them know when they brought my order. The vehicle immediately behind me pulled in next to us and waited. They were brought their meal and pulled away. I then watched about four more cars go through and leave. I lost track of time and looked at my clock, discovering it was now 7:40. I walked into the restaurant with my receipt and asked them why it had taken 20 minutes when I was told that it would take 5 minutes for the strips. The employee took my receipt and walked away without saying anything. I watched as she walked back and forth in the kitchen area looking totally lost. She then walked back to me and said, "we'll make it fresh for you right now." No apology or reasoning. I overheard them talking in the back and know that they gave my food to the wrong vehicle. I walked back out to my car and brought my drinks back in to dump and refill. They were watery at this point. Finally, after 33 minutes of waiting, the employee walked out with my food. As she was walking out, I started to open my door, as my windows are a little small. She walked right up and started trying to shove the food through the window. I told her the window is not big enough and I needed to open my door. Once I did that, she quickly handed me the food and said, "sorry about that." She then quickly walked away without saying anything else. I am sorry, but after waiting 33 minutes for my fast food, more than a quick, half-hearted, "sorry about that" is needed. The lack of customer service is appalling. They are disorganized and at no point did they actually communicate why my meal was so delayed. I only know because I overheard them talking to one another in the back. I think they owe the paying customer an explanation. Reading some of the other reviews, it appears that the waits are pretty standard protocol at this location. What a shame. Hopefully they read these reviews and get their employees in order. Businesses live and die based upon customer service. read more

We had the best service ever for pick up yesterday. The girl was actually running out to our car to get our food to us. Excellent customer service. I have a feeling they're trying to improve their ratings and they're doing a great job. read more

Ordered 2 mash potato bowls and that's what we got. 2 pieces of chicken each. More gravy than mashed potato's. 18$ rip off.

Good wings. No sauce needed. Husband had chicken pot pie he really enjoyed it. Recommend pie pie

Worst fast food restaurant in Lodi. Went here to pick up an order for a delivery service. Was told very rudely they only had one of the two orders I had in their system. I tried to explain to the employee on the phone (who turned out to be the manager) that the second order had just popped up and she would have it in her system soon. She still argued saying there was only one and just said the food would be brought out when it was done. When she brought the food out I asked if it was her on the phone. She said yup in a hostile tone, to which I replied I would be contacting corporate. She began to tell me that I was rude on the phone and then called me a cunt. After she called me a cunt I didn't hold back my opinion of her and told her to give me the food. She almost wouldn't give me the second order and I had to tell her multiple times to give me the food. Incredibly terrible customer service. Would never recommend to go here nor will I be coming back for any reason. read more

Waited for fresh hot wings was told it would be 10 mins. Ended up waiting 25 until I walked in to check in my order ( I ordered through drive threw) and when I got them them home they were hard as rocks. It was almost as though they reheated old chicken or cooked freezer burned ones. Horrible and unacceptable. read more

Another disappointing meal at the Lodi KFC. My wife brought home a bucket of the greasy-ist mess ever. Too, she asked for crispy and received original. As the father of modern management once famously asserted, "It is always a management problem." $15 for an awful meal. KFC is now on our fast food probation list for the next six months. We are discarding the sheet of mail coupons for KFC. read more

Update: The Management staff reached out to me via Yelp and by mail. I'm pleased they took the time to read my review. I haven't had a chance to visit this location again but will. and it a point to do so in the near future. Changed rating to 3 Stars until I visit. After placing an order for three people I was told it would be a 10 min wait for chicken unless we wanted all drumsticks. I agreed to wait however when I said I wanted it to be extra crispy I was then told it would be a 19 min wait!! Really? Needless to say I told the young man to cancel my order and I made my way to Popeyes Chicken. I honestly stoped at KFC cause Popeyes was out of my way and I had just finished shopping at Walmart but after being told it would take close to 20 mins I thought I would spend less time driving to Popeyes. The Management team really needs to look at this component of their food chain. They are losing money and from what I understand my experience isn't the only like this. Food for thought KFC read more

We didn't feel like cooking lunch so we agreed to pick up KFC... I usually only eat there hot wings since there chicken is always real greasy, or cold.. was told it will be 10 minutes for hot wings so we agreed on a 8 piece meal for family. Once again chicken was greasy but not cold ok. But where are they getting there chicken from? The drum sticks were so small they looked like a bone w skin, the thighs were all skin. For $27 no wonder people rather drive out of there way instead of go to this KFC. read more

Got an order of chicken strips meal. Asked for fries, they gave us mashed potatoes (with no gravy included) and no condiments at all. Butter, no, honey? No... didn't even ask us if we wanted anything. Had to stop them in their hurry to get rid of us from the line to even get some hot sauce (our mistake to assume our order was correct). Not planning to return ever. read more

This place is a ripoff! I saw online at this location that there was a 10 piece feast for $30. We ordered it at the drive thru and was told that they no longer had that available and only had a 12 piece for $39. We told them what we saw online but that didn't matter. So basically, we paid $10 for 2 extra pieces. If we had ordered pickup online they would've had to honor it. What a scam! Never again. read more

I had lower expectations, but to my amazement I was so satisfied that I had to write a review. First was the service while giving my order, second was the cleanliness of the restaurant and third was the presentation of my food. The chicken was fresh and the biscuits fluffy. Of course you can't go wrong on the mashed potatoes and gravy. On the downside, you have to ask for a straw and lid for your drink, a tad irritated over that but overall I give it a two thumbs up. read more

Talk about disappointing ! Third time now I have been in the drive thru at 815 pm and have ordered chicken and they were out, and tell me it's going to be a twenty minute wait for chicken of any kind. Closing time is 10pm. This place has really poor customer service we ordered the fill up of $30 and then we also ordered on the side 2 popcorn chicken. We live in Stockton but since we were in Lodi we ordered it there on our way home we figured everything was in the bag because it was big bags we come home to find out we're missing the 2 popcorn chickens so we call and tell them and I spoke with a guy named Adrian and he was very rude all he said was "well bring your receipt and we will give you your popcorn chicken" but I figured since it's not my mistake I asked "can you guys deliver it?" "he said no just bring your receipt and I will give you your order and my name is Adrian". So I send my sons over there to get it and figuring I have to drive all the way back to "Lodi"‼they didn't even compensate at least even for a drink and my son said they were rude about getting there order! And while my sons were there somebody else was in the line yelling about their order having a mistake this place really needs to work on their customer service!!! I had never been to a fried chicken restaurant that runs out of chicken on a regular basis until they put this KFC in Lodi. 20 minutes to wait for chicken on a "Monday Special" day? It must be a cheap owner that tells his employees to stop cooking chicken an hour before closing. Update: sure enough, they waited until I placed my order and had someone behind me before they told me it was 1/2 hour wait for ANY chicken. What a joke. Thanks for nothing, yet again. read more

THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF GRILLED CHICKEN!! I'm so sick of being told to wait 15-20 minutes for grilled chicken, I guess everyone eats the greasy crispy stuff more? So my boyfriend and I came in for a late dinner before heading to Walmart for groceries and while waiting for our food all we can hear are these unprofessional employees cursing and yelling at each other while playing their inappropriate music. We've been waiting for 20 mins and they said it would be a 10 min wait for our food...are they even working? I'm not sure how these kids ended up with a job here but I think it's extremely inappropriate to be telling each other the "shut the fuck up" or "turn their gay ass music down" while there are customers waiting for their food.
