If I could do a 0 star I would. Every time we go they are messing up something. From the guy reading back my order and saying I have two drinks and I get to the pick up window and they said there's only one. To me telling them their ATM card reader isn't working making me put my points in and then have to switch my registers, and then charging me six dollars more than what the first register said because they messed up. (Resulting in loss points 6,000 for a quarter pounder) From them always forgetting an item and items being cold items being squished Hamburgers or half on their buns half off is just a complete train wreck here. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! I rarely go because I have have two kids and I know all they want is the Happy Meal toy. We needed something quick today so we came in at 11am on a Sunday. I ordered at the kiosk without going through the cashier. Once the order was placed it took a good:15 mins before we got our food. Once we got our food, we were missing 2 items, hot cakes and the chicken McNuggets from a Happy Meal! This took another :20 to get. Once we got the Hot Cakes we were missing a fork! If they had utensils out we could've easily picked one up. But they didn't. So we had to wait another 5 minutes before we can get a fork. Once the kids finally opened up they're Happy Meals, they were missing the apple slices! Really?!?!? It's now 11:45! This is not fast food. This is SLOW food with a side of MISSING ITEMS! If I could give this a zero, I would. The line for the drive-through was out to the parking lot so I quickly did a mobile order and got in parked in five and then said I was here. It said I was gonna be waiting 2 to 5 minutes. It's been 16 minutes two other cars have pulled up into the curbside still waiting, and countless cars that I would have been in front of in the drive-through have come and gone. I don't understand how a mobile order should be taking this long, especially since my order was in before tons of the drive-through people who are now gone. I still don't have my food. I know plenty of people that are gonna still come here but I don't care if my son is crying for chicken nuggets I will not come to this location again. Y'all definitely don't deserve $20 an hour. 23, May 2017 The soda was hot. When you come to a mcdonalds. You expect the soda to be cold even without ice. I had to dump my drink out half way and then put ice and the drink is still warm and it's flat. Plus I've been waiting 15 minutes for my food. Noon on a Sunday I go through the drive thru and order, like 4 breakfast sandwiches and some other standard McD stuff. At the pickup window they hand me my sodas and say they're working on the McMuffins, pull to window 2 and it'll be 2 minutes. Sit at the next window a long time. Nobody checking in on me. I never leave reviews like this but this is the worst location I've been to. McDonald's was my first job so I'm pretty familiar with how things should go and cleanliness standards. The food wasn't fresh, the employees uniforms and hair was very unprofessional. It look as though everyone just hopped out of bed & came into work. I saw one employee clean, ONE. The rest were in the back gossiping or prepping food but everyone was waiting for their food which I didn't get due to the fact production was so slow. The bathrooms were not stocked, the ordering kiosk had food all over them, the floor was dirty as well. Shout out to the one employee that was actively cleaning. I ordered on the mobile app because I knew the drive thru line would be long. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and a large unsweet ice tea. I got there told them my spot number and began my wait. Somebody came to my window rather quickly. I was shocked! But it was not my order. So they moved to the next car. Then a worker came out the door and just yelling out "Who ordered the kids meal!" WTH? Don't we inform them of our spot number? After about 7 minutes my order came out. I moved to a different park of the parking lot so I could eat. Low and behold my order was wrong. I only have 2 things that I ordered. When I went back to the door I told her my order was wrong and she said no it's not! That's what you ordered! Don't go to this McDonald's. Orders are never complete. You can't go inside to get it fixed. They don't answer the door when you knock to get your order fixed. The drive thru line is so long and takes forever. I've called to get help and they don't answer. You leave a message and they don't call you back. You end up leaving with out food that you paid for. One time they gave me food and I said thank you when he was handing me my food and drink. After waiting for over 35 minutes for my order, I couldn't help but wonder what the Yelp rating was and wasn't shocked to see how low it was. My little brother loves McDonald's and I wanted to surprise him by bringing some home, along with the rest of the family's order, which wasn't anything difficult. I wanted to go through the drive thru; however, the line was so long and there weren't many cars parked, so I decided to go in to place my to go order. The was no one at the register and given the recent news about the findings on the order kiosks, I refuse to use them, so I waited until some one came up to the counter. Now we wait. As I am waiting I noticed the line start to build up and again, no one was at the register. This poor lady was waiting about 15 minutes for someone to come up to the counter and take her order. So we wait and I begin to notice that all those people that were behind me, had already received their orders and left. So after a total of 35 minutes of waiting, I was asked for my order number and he proceeded to make my order, giving me the impression that my order was forgotten. We got our food and I checked to make sure they got everything right and noticed that my own food wasn't included, so I went back and asked for that. The staff was friendly; however, it was evident that all the employees cared more about having a conversation than making people's food in a reasonable amount of time. I found it unprofessional how the workers were behaving: complaining about their other coworkers, and laughing about another that was coming in late, etc. I shouldn't have to hear that. I should be seeing the employees making the food. If you're going to talk while you work, make sure you actually work while you talk, and make sure it's appropriate.
