They offered up the patrons of this establishment a sub-par experience. We went thru the drive thru. Full disclosure this location is just bad, and I know it's bad, but it's the only one close to us. So totally my bad for going, but it continued to live up to craptastic service. They took our order and told us we would need to park out front as either the super greens or the fried rice was going to be 4 minutes. Fine. We did that. We waited. The car in front of us, also parked, got their food after the angry customer went inside and got it. Then I watched as an employee delivered food to another car that was after us. This Panda is ran so poorly. I got two plates and 3 boxes, and the large box was missing a whole serving. Also the orange chicken seemed as though it wasn't cooked all the way because it was mushy and chewy. This type of stuff always happens at this location. I don't know if they think they can get away with not giving what a person pays for because it's drive through but for some reason at this particular location it never fails, something's missing or under/over cooked. The staff are completely rude and obnoxious. They were so loud that we could hardly have a conversation in the restaurant. The girl that took our order acted like she was completely annoyed to be serving us. We asked for soy sauce and hot mustard and again, we got the attitude from her. The worst Panda Express I've ever had the orange chicken tasted plastic and that's usually a staple for Panda Express would not come.

This panda is always the worst in my opinion. First, there is only one person handling the food and the cash register and they do not wash their hands in between. They always are out of food and I'm waiting 15 minutes for things. On top of that I am waiting 15 minutes for the other customers in front to finish up and pay because of only being staffed that one person to handle a long line. The food is never consistent and the orange chicken tends to be sour compared to the other pandas. Lastly, their fried rice was burnt and they left it in their. I hate to do it- but we come here fairly often- my teenagers like the food- every time I have come- they have forgotten one or more items in our order or have my pull aside and wait for extended periods of time- . I will also ask if they has a certain thing ready- they will say yes, I pay, and then they come back saying they don't have it- that it will be "10 mins" always 10 mins. This last time I asked how to just get my money back after waiting for my order for over 10 minutes then them coming out, forgetting 2 items- making me wait come back to say it will be 10 more mins- to them saying they don't know how to make a refund- so I guess I wait... I hate leaving negative reviews. Especially when the staff here is extremely friendly and the food... when it's available is right in line with what you should expect from Panda Express (good to me). The dining area is typically kept pretty clean and there's plenty of parking. Unfortunately this location is hard ever prepared for their lunch rush, they are right next to Luke Air Force Base and get a rush literally every day, and they never seem to be stocked in chow Marin or fried rice... something that 90% of order include. I will not pretend to know what it takes to manage and perfect the timing on the preparation of these foods, but I know that something should be adjusted to avoid having to wait for chow mein, orange chicken, or teriyaki chicken every time I visit. I'll be back, because it's a good deal price wise and I enjoy the meals, but they're frustrating when it comes to getting in and out. read more
