I usually don't eat Panda Express, but since we were driving through on the way home from Disneyland the other day, we stopped here to get some lunch. I was semi surprised by the length of the line when we walked in. But the line moved quickly. They had an efficient assembly line going when we first got to the front of the line. There was a lack of indoor seating, therefore, we were forced to sit outside in the freezing cold to eat our meal before getting back on the road. read more

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience. I have always loved Panda Express but this visit has now ruined it for me... I ordered 4 plates (which totaled out to around $45) and as I was eating my food I physically had to pull out a long black hair out of my chow main noodles. I was absolutely disgusted!! I walked back in and simply asked if there was someone that I could talk to about being refunded for my plate. The manager was rude right off the bat, and was hesitant to giving me my money back even though my food was still warm. She insisted that I needed my receipt and I told her that I threw it away and she gave me a very annoyed look and after questioning me she FINALLY gave me my money back. Very poor customer service and I will NOT be returning to this panda anytime soon. read more

Before I ordered I asked the drive-thru lady, "is it fresh?" She said YES. I believed her because the restaurant was busy. The reason I asked is because I've had the entrees before when they just sat. They become really soggy and mushy and not fresh and crunchy. I recieved my meal and tasted it as I was driving and good thing I did because it was terrible. I went back and got my money back. this panda gets a lot of i-5 visitor traffic. i thought what was going to be a brief stop at panda to fill my stomach turned into over 30 minutes in the line because they are SO SLOW. the restaurant had a weird stench but too bad i wasn't in the mood for chipotle next door. if you're in a rush i suggest to stop by other "fast food" places. read more

Only been here for quick stops on the way to LA to get a bite to eat. We usually like to start heading out of town and stop at this truckstop area for munchies (usually drive thru different fast food stores). Stopped here and dined in once. Not very busy but there was a short line and it went pretty quick. Service was friendly and efficient. The place is clean. I noticed they have a staff making sure the place is clean picking-up/sweeping the floor and wiping the tables the whole time we were there. I also noticed that they were consistent about asking each customer if they would like to sample anything as you go through the line. I wonder if this is a new spiel the company added for all their franchise. I've been to other Panda Express before but never really heard the staff ask that. I thought that was pretty cool though... in case you want to try something new or different from your usual favorite but don't want to get stuck with an order that you don't really like. read more

Order teriyaki chicken. Ended up that they ran out of sauce but didn't bother to tell its customers. When asked for it, was told it would be 3 more minutes. Turned out 30 minutes passed and tbeu didn't even bother to tell us that it's ready but instead offered to another customer. What a bad management! read more

I've always liked Panda Express, and have been eating there for years. This location is not up to par to their usual standards. The food was horrible, and their reaction to my complaints were equally bad. I would never ever go here again. It was all so gross. I ordered fried rice, general tso's chicken and honey walnut shrimp. I tried the honey walnut shrimp first. It was mushy and gross. When I put one in my mouth it was liked mashed potatoes, literally. So I got back in line and politely asked if they could replace it since it was mushy. The young man serving took the whole tray from me and poked it with his finger, and apparently found it was indeed mushy and gestured over someone who appeared to be in charge, a woman with dark hair. The woman asked me kind of rudely what was wrong with it, and I said it was mushy and inedible, and that I would like it replaced. She made a face at me as if she didn't understand so I said it again, louder. She was not nice, or apologetic at all. She was acting like I was crazy person acting unreasonable. I then had to wait about 15 - 20 minutes for the replacement shrimp. I was thinking, are they hoping I just give up and leave? I tried the other food as I was waiting. The rice was bad. It tasted ok but there were hard unchewable grains of rice mixed throughout, so I eventually gave up on the rice as inedible. The thought occurred to me, is this that plastic rice I heard was coming out of China? Couldn't be -- or could it? I usually love the general tso chicken so I thought, at least I have that and started eating that. Unfortunately, amidst the decent tasting pieces were 2-3 pieces which had chicken that was so tough, I wasn't sure what it was. I pulled off the breading and poked it with my finger. It looked cooked but was so hard my teeth couldn't tear it. I tried to poke my finger through it and could not. Just gross. I can't even imagine how one could make chicken with this texture. It was like hard rubber. Wondering if I should call the health dept. or something on that one, I mean, what the hell was that? Eventually I got replacement shrimp brought to me with a bad attitude on the side. It was decent. It should surprise no one that I felt terrible after eating here. Extremely disappointed by this panda. First of all, extremely slow, went to the bathroom and came back and we were still in the exact same spot in line. We stood there for 15 minutes and the line had not moved. Secondly, I passed out in this restaurant and the employees walked over the top of me. Not one employee asked if I was okay as I laid there on the floor of their so called "restaurant". When I woke up I saw my friends shaking me and an employee stepping over me to get out the door to deliver food to someone eating outside.I don't expect them to get on their hands and knees and check on me but a simple "are you okay" would suffice. After 3 weeks of waiting, sending pre-paid package for return postage, returning in person to pick up glasses only to find empty box. Very disappointed with the integrity of this franchise. Got to love a drive through panda express. I stop by here on all my roadtrips on the way back to LA. Best place to stop before heading over the grapevine! They don't have any vegetarian options really but the chow mein and fried rice was a tasty snack. read more

It's pretty crowded here, but I was hungry and I ordered the jumbo shrimp bowl. It was gross. Too much sauce it was just overpowering and I couldn't eat it. The food didn't taste fresh either. It's expensive for chinese fast food too. I should have went to In & Out. :( read more

Stopped by on the way to LA and unfortunately got here right after several buses unloaded. The line was TERRIBLE. Literally at least 30 people in front of us but I give them props because the line was consistently moving and you can tell the workers were hustling to get to everyone as soon as possible. You could also see the chefs cooking up a storm in the back to make sure the food didn't run out and nobody had to wait extra for any item. The food was fresh since it was just prepared. read more

This place was so busy! Plan to wait in a long line for food, although it did seem to move fairly quickly. My only complaint is that there isn't enough seating. How can they even call it fried rice when that disk expects egg for flavor. Instead they replace a protein with a starch. And what happen to the sweet and sour pork? No pork at all.
