If I could I wouldn't give it any stars. Literally the worst panda I've ever been to in my whole entire life. I seriously don't even know about the kids working at this place and I'm very concerned for their future, they clearly don't have their priorities straight and just love to waste time; theirs and mine. I also sensed some racism and selection towards certain people. Try to avoid this place at all costs and maybe try the dumpster where you would probably get better service. Not bad for a panda express in a small town. I like the convenience of a drive thru. Though the problem is that you can't see the food being put on your plate, so it could be older - which was the case for me last time. Perhaps they should make smaller batches and rotate the food more often during the non peak hours. read more

This is the first panda express that ever served me old food. Nothing looked fresh. I was kinda shocked. I asked if there was fresh orange chicken and she brought out another bowl of old orange chicken. It's like they make everything in the morning and serve all day. Nasty. The second time I've gone here and the orange chicken so hard you can't bite it and the sesame chicken doesn't have any sauce on it.

the portion my husband got in his panda bowl was scarce. He was very disappointed. My 2 entrée meal to go was one of the worst I've ever had. Nothing tasted good. The fried rice was dried out. I asked my husband what he thought about his and he said that same thing. Terrible. My chicken was cut partially but not all the way through so it was in a string...every piece was like that and it had chicken skin or fat attached to it. Gross. My cat would not even eat it. I was very disappointed. They loaded onions in my entrée and they were not cooked much at all almost raw along with the string beans were tough. There is really nothing good I can say about this meal. I threw most of it away and felt sick after eating some of it. The worst mean I've had in a long time. Just got home with teriyaki chicken, vegetables and grab ragoons. The chicken and vegetables were cold. Not just the ride home cold but refrigerator cold. I was told the long wait was to cook the vegetables fresh. The crab ragoon tasted funny. I stopped eating it so I hope I don't get sick. I tried putting the chicken in the microwave but didn't taste right. Money in the trash and I'm still hungry. Will never go back. read more

I was a regular customer until they began under serving ,furthermore as luck would have it one afternoon we were seated next to a manager and employee and overheard an interesting little tidbit how their only was one remaining other restaurant serving Chinese food in Kingman and they pretty much had a monopoly now and for all it was worth could do as they pleased, funny enough all three remaining Chinese restaurants were infact not open for one reason or another this may be just a coincidence, still I don't like being underserved at roughly $10 to $12 a plate. read more

Food continues to be very good but they always seem to be out of several items on the serving line. It gets frustrating waiting for your items to come out on the serving line after you've already sat down to eat. I must confess that this was my first visit to Panda Express, and it was exactly what I thought it would be. The aroma of fried Asian cuisine slaps you in the face as you pull into the parking lot, and you know you're in for quite the experience. I arrived at the counter still indecisive of what to order only to find -- alas! -- I can order multiple entrees for one "meal". I thought the seasonal spicy shrimp entree and sweet fire chicken seemed sufficient to satiate my hunger, and ordered them atop a bed of fried rice. I can't say that I was too disappointed, except that I found the quality of the food to be a dish of fried mediocrity. Overall, Panda Express is true to its name: "Average, fast" could be a new logo. Would not necessarily recommend to a fellow traveler due to the cuisine that has been known to artificially increase the productivity of the digestive system (if you know what I mean). read more

The Panda Express staff are always efficient, friendly, smiling and helpful. We had dinner later than normal so there were a lot of people in the restaurant. The cooks were almost finished with replenishing a few items, one that we requested. Melissa brought our food to our table when our order was filled and of course with a smile. read more

This was some time ago, I usually go to a regular sit down type restaurant but wanted to try this. I went thru the drive thru, had ordered egg rolls, orange chicken, and veggies, with white rice. The staff were in the back counter area playing teenager games. When I received the box I was surprised to feel that it was quite heavy. I opened the box the first thing I see is everything is covered with rice, the box is packed with rice. I retrieved my shovel from the back of my car, and dug my way thru the rice. I found a small compartment that had my orange chicken in it, all 3 pieces of them. I dug thru to the other small compartment and found 2, 2"x 3/4" egg rolls? The third larger compartment contained the bulk of the white rice and some veggies (cabbage). I did receive utensils, napkins, and 1 packet of soy sauce. It's too bad I was close to home or I would have taken it back. I swore I would not eat at this place again, and I haven't. read more
