The shrimp vegetable comes with a lighter gravy than the minute chicken cake noodle and was just as delicious. There have been changes to the order site that is a step backward in some respects because it now lacks pictures for the dishes. It doesn't bother me (too much) because I'm familiar with their menu. The order usually consists of char siu / shrimp fried rice, stuffed tofu, a chicken or beef dish, and a noodle dish. I add rice cakes for dessert and the bill comes to a little under $90, including tip. The staff are friendly, but I usually have to wait 10+ minutes past the 10:30am pickup time. No matter, I'll continue to order from New Mui Kwai as it's close to my home.

To late it's Panda Express.I will be telling you my three reasons why I love Panda Express.My first reason I adore Panda is because of its scrumptious food.My second reason I love Panda is because of its split second service.My last reason I enjoy Panda is because of its location. First, Pandas food is so flavorful that you'll have fireworks coming out your mouth.I recommend you try the honey walnut shrimp.It is crispy on the outside.Also it's chewy on the inside.The orange chicken is to die!The noodles are so fresh it feels like a forest in your mouth.The beef is chewy with scrumptious long lasting flavor. Like their Eggplant Tofu and Fried Rice. However, two major annoyances: 1. They do not always start a new batch of ET, when there isn't enough for an order. When you ask how long, the answer is always, "5 minutes." Invariably, it takes much longer. 2. Occasionally, I was underserved. Either got less than a full container or way more eggplant than tofu. In the past, when I reported this on the website, I always received a favorable resolution. Not the last time A few weeks ago, all I got was a minor apology email and nothing more. I had complained that even though I asked the server to make sure that she put in enough tofu, she did not. Came home to find a ratio of 4:1. So, I have quit going to Panda's. For a few dollars more, I can better quality and quantity from Pah Ke and Mui Kwai. PS Post renovation, the staff are not as friendly as they used to be.. read more

I am extremely disappointed and honestly appalled by my experience at this Panda Express. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 5:52pm, but instead I ended up waiting 45 minutes before receiving it. Throughout that entire time, not a single employee offered an apology or any real explanation - just repeated "we're working on it," even as the pickup area got more and more backed up. When we finally got our food, it somehow got worse, there was a hair in it. After waiting that long, the absolute bare minimum should have been a correct and clean order. This was a truly terrible experience from start to finish, and it's unacceptable for a place that's supposed to pride itself on fast and consistent service. I hope management takes this seriously because no customer deserves this. read more

Honestly, in my experience, calling pizza places can sometimes feel rushed or like you're inconveniencing the person taking your order. Jennifer was the complete opposite. She made the whole experience pleasant before I ever walked through the door. Great customer service is hard to come by, and employees like Jennifer are a big reason customers keep coming back.
