Placed an order for 11:30am pickup from the Panda website. I got there about 5 minutes early to make sure the food wasn't going to sit for 10 minutes before I picked it up, but when I got there they said I had to wait until 11:30 to pick it up. Ok, strange, but no big deal. I then waited until 11:50 before I piped up and asked where my order was. The cashier tried to tell me that I placed my order for the wrong timeslot, for 11:30pm. How is that possible?? Panda closes at 10pm. Oh right, she looked at when I PLACED the order, not when I was supposed to pick it up. THEN she tried to tell me I had already placed my order through Doordash and someone had picked it up already. I chose pickup the last night because it said Panda didn't deliver to my location??? By the time I got my food it was noon. It's unacceptable for a place to just let customers stand in the corner for 45 minutes before they get their food. No refund, no drinks, nothing was ever even offered. This was during the coronavirus pandemic, too. I just wanted to get in and get out to maintain social distancing. But that also means there weren't any other people in the store. I literally just stood there in an empty restaurant for 45 minutes. Fuck you Panda I'm not coming back to this location read more

The food is affordable and in a pinch can suffice your sustenance needs, however I wouldn't expect more than that. Your regular Americanized Chinese food from Panda. Not amazing but never disappointing. If you're smart about it you can get a lot of food, that isn't terribly unhealthy, at a good price. After being in Hawaii for a few years it's nice to get a Panda plate for cheaper. read more

Every tray I tried to pick up was very greasy. Very cringe-worthy. Had a kids' meal with brown rice and beef with broccoli, and a plate with brown rice, black pepper chicken, and Beijing beef. Staff were fast and polite. Disappointed they don't have hot tea, so I got the lukewarm unsweetened black tea. It tastes fresh. My son's fork broke on the first bite. My chopsticks were so splintery and flimsy I decided even a bad fork would be preferable. The black pepper chicken was fine, but my beef was so heavily coated with glaze that there was no beef taste or texture at all. I don't remember Panda Express being bad. It's going to be a while before I try again, if ever. read more

Visited twice for take-out. First time, I waited in line, which was long. Second time, I ordered using the Panda Express app. They had my ordered ready at the scheduled time, and I got to skip the line. The food is great and large portions. Also, the location is convenient. We hope to return again soon! read more

I love Panda Express. I will always check for this place first if I'm at a mall with a food court. That's why I was surprised when driving around my new workplace to find PE in a strip mall, as a standalone store. Pretty cool. My order is simple, just double orange chicken with white rice. YUMMM. There are a ton of tables where you can sit and enjoy your food. I've done this a bunch but sometimes kindof weird people would sit and eat or just sit... I don't know how to fully explain, just not incredibly safe feeling, so a few times I left and brought my food back to work with me. Either way, I dig the chicken. The people working there are friendly and helpful. Yummm again! 3 stars (probably another .5 if I could) for good food & a decent experience for chain Asian cuisine. read more

This is the corner restaurant in a strip mall at a busy intersection. I noticed this Panda Express as I was driving by and I simply had to turn in and try it. It's really like most Panda Expresses (or Pandas Express?) I've been to. It's basically mall food court Chinese food transplanted from a mall food court to a restaurant. You get to pick your rice or noodles. Then you get to pick from a selection of items, all laid out in steam trays at the counter. My only gripe was they probably should have had more staff take care of the counter. Even though it wasn't a peak mealtime hour when I arrived, there were five people in the queue so it was obvious that the line hadn't been moving very quickly. Service, however, was very good and enthusiastic. When I pointed out that they were out of grilled chicken teriyaki, the server said it was no problem and she promptly went to the back to get the freshly-prepared teriyaki chicken. The only other problem I noticed was there weren't any chopsticks in the utensils area. They should have those out front so that those who want chopsticks don't have to ask at the counter and hold up the ordering line. read more

I frequent this Panda Express because I work very close so I have had many encounters with the employees at this location. The food is always great but what really urged me to write a review is the service. The employee are ALWAYS friendly. Even in the middle of the lunch rush they take their time to offer a sample and be polite. Even on one occasion when a woman was being very VERY rude and aggressive to a young man behind the counter he responded in a very professional way. He kept his composure. This was my first time eating at Panda Express so I wasn't sure what I should try. I asked the associate what was white meat chicken and she recommended the honey walnut and the chicken with string beans. The honey walnut chicken over lomein was delicious however the chicken and string beans were not. They gave me so many string beans that it made my whole dish boring because these were not tasty string beans. The string beans were very hard and snappy almost like they were raw with gravy ontop. They were out of sesame chicken and orange chicken. We waited 15 minutes, no apologies from employees. A young man who worked there was sitting in the dining room looking at his phone picking at his pimples. He went right back to serving food. Food was flavorless, needed a lot of soy sauce. I am a regular too this location. It is always clean, well run, and great food. I want to recognize a consistent employee. Her name is Tessa. She works directly with the customers. I eat here one or two times a week consistently for over a year. I work in a customer service position (I work at Maryland Live Casino). I am 45 and have a undergrad and a master's, so I have been in the work field for over 20 years. This location has a great crew !!!! But Tessa by my observation consistently goes above and beyond....not For Me...but for Anyone that she assists..... She works flawlessly with the customers and her co-workers. She is ready for a manager in training role. With guidance she will run a store one day !!!! She is a feather in Panda's cap as well as the Manager's that currently oversee her. I know how some days it can be difficult (depending what's happening in our personal lives) too always be fast, proficient and done with a smile, but I have NEVER seen her act less then Perfect.
