I showed up today and was at the line for subway which was very slow and long and switched to Panda Express where there was no line. First time I have ever gone to a Panda Express and didn't know what to get. I saw on the wall they had a BBQ plate so i went for that.
Turns out you pick one side (i chose the broccoli / cabbage) and then the BBQ beef. The lady then told me that she would charge me an extra $1.95 for 6 pieces of beef. They didn't have the price listed so i figured that must be how it works. The other sides didn't look very taste worthy. Finally I was served and when i ate it later i discovered of the 6 pieces of beef only 2 were real beef. the rest were 90% fat and almost no meat. paid a total of $15.83 for a drink, bag of fortune cookies and the bbq beef. The fortune cookies were $2 for 8 cookies but it was a spontaneous thing. I have not tried them yet.
I then realized why there was no line at Panda Express. Their food is shoddy and low quality.
I will eat at that food court again someday, but I don't ever plan to try Panda Express again.
Oh i would have done 1 star, but the broccoli/cabbage was the star of my lunch. Actually that was very good. read more
