They refused to take a credit card for payment. Never been an issue before. They just lost a long time customer

I had to give up on my previous Chinese food takeout place, so tried this one. Chicken fried rice was good, no complaints.

Food was made well and the service was great. If I am in the area I will order there again. Shrimp fried rice and spring rolls were good.

I wasn't a fan of the lo mein, I thought it was a little greasy, but it also had a generous amount of lean pork and I will probably give it another try.

We were at a friend's house, on a Monday, and their usual Chinese spot was closed. We took this to…read morebe a sign from the universe that there was something better to be found... and the universe was right... Key wok is amazing!!!! Their menu is beyond extensive. Not only do they offer Chinese, and the necessary basic American offerings for your picky child, but Korean and Thai. Our friend, who started this journey with a craving for Chinese, ended up with a seaweed salad and pad thai! The crushed peanuts came in their own little container... the Thai basil was plentiful, but still on its stem so you can control how much of that you want, too. How thoughtful!! We judge chinese places by their shrimp toast and key wok (if their menu hadn't already won us over) has great shrimp toast, sprinkled with seasame seeds and fried without being overly greasy. I had bourbon chicken... that old mall food court classic... with pork fried rice. Sometimes you need that blast from the past, and this version was delicious. Jeremy had black bean sauce with three different proteins. I was pretty stoked to receive the Broccoli from his meal cuz, damn, that is some good sauce! He was also very pleased with his pu pu platter, especially when he discovered the cup of hot mustard seems to be house made, and a million times better than the packets that taste like rubber hose. Everything was so tasty. I'm kinda jealous key wok isn't in my neighborhood. I desperately need to try a bunch of their other dishes.

This is officially the best Chinese food delivery I've had so far in the Pasadena area! I ordered…read morefor six people while we were snowed in, and they delivered right on the promised time. The food arrived hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. What really made them stand out was the attention to detail. The napkins, seasonings, and utensils were all packed in individual bags, which made everything so much easier to hand out. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be ordering from them again. I forgot to take pictures this time, but next order I'll make sure to snap some!

I have faithfully ordered carryout from this restaurant for years, in spite of good competition…read morenearby. Their food tastes very good, they are very friendly, the portion sizes are more than acceptable, and the menu is robust. I feel like their service has gone downhill in the last year. I have had multiple orders missing food. Since I order for a family, that leaves someone out and I've paid a lot. Waiting for what's missing is not an option since the other food gets cold and the family has to wait. On the last occasion I was missing an entire large meal plus rice, and they refused to credit back my card. It was delivery and they said I could drive there and get a cash refund. Drive? I paid for delivery. Refund? One family member goes hungry. Then they agreed to deliver another one right away. It never came so they obviously lied. I called back an hour later and they said the same thing, come drive here and get a cash refund. It's unethical to lie to your customers and even worse that this isn't the first time. I gave a four out of five, but one more instance and they go down a star. I'm now using the competition for most orders.

I stopped by this restaurant while in the Glen Burnie area. The Ma Po Tofu was decent, but I wish…read morethey listed what type of meat is inside. The dish is traditionally made with ground pork or beef; however most restaurants in the US prepare this dish with no meat due to it being placed in the Vegatable section of the menu. The flavor was great. It had and authentic flavor coupled with silken tofu. Maybe restaurants prepare with medium firmness tofu, which makes the dish heavier due to the higher protein of a denser type of Tofu
