I have faithfully ordered carryout from this restaurant for years, in spite of good competition nearby. Their food tastes very good, they are very friendly, the portion sizes are more than acceptable, and the menu is robust. I feel like their service has gone downhill in the last year. I have had multiple orders missing food. Since I order for a family, that leaves someone out and I've paid a lot. Waiting for what's missing is not an option since the other food gets cold and the family has to wait. On the last occasion I was missing an entire large meal plus rice, and they refused to credit back my card. It was delivery and they said I could drive there and get a cash refund. Drive? I paid for delivery. Refund? One family member goes hungry. Then they agreed to deliver another one right away. It never came so they obviously lied. I called back an hour later and they said the same thing, come drive here and get a cash refund. It's unethical to lie to your customers and even worse that this isn't the first time. I gave a four out of five, but one more instance and they go down a star. I'm now using the competition for most orders. read more

I stopped by this restaurant while in the Glen Burnie area. The Ma Po Tofu was decent, but I wish they listed what type of meat is inside. The dish is traditionally made with ground pork or beef; however most restaurants in the US prepare this dish with no meat due to it being placed in the Vegatable section of the menu. The flavor was great. It had and authentic flavor coupled with silken tofu. (Some places like Naty's don't even have people there at opening time. Is this a thing now with Asian fusion places?) On a Friday evening, they seat my family in an area that resembles a storage area, with tables piled with clutter such as empty boxes, as well as take-out orders to be picked up by delivery services/customers. The waitress did not appear until we asked for one. She was juggling between taking take-out orders and serving us. We ordered the traditional fried rice, beef with broccoli, and chicken with cashews. All of them are on the salty side. Fried rice had no eggs in it, although it did have some roasted pork. The beef with broccoli looked like one from a typical Chinese take-out place. There were hardly any cashews in the chicken with cashew dish. We ended up sending back 2 of the 3 entrees. I got the won ton soup and the broth was good but the wontons didn't have much taste at all. I don't even remember what was inside, it felt like nothing. Eel & avocado roll and shrimp roll were good, what you'd expect. Drinks were always quickly refilled. For dinner we split a couple items. The presentation of the pineapple fried rice was very cool, but we wished it had been their regularly fried rice we were used to instead of the Thai fried rice. We weren't expecting & didn't enjoy the tastes of it, but we liked the pineapple chunks throughout. Teriyaki salmon was yummy and crispy. The beef and broccoli was one of the best I've ever had! However, I'd love to try other things and friends say the sushi is really good. Prices ok but the portions are huge. There are at least 3 servings in one dish of Pad Thai. Seriously. Front end manager is very rude and unprofessional. Yelled and screamed at customer because they did not get the online order. Then proceeded to refuse a refund while forcing the food on them. The customer was just trying to grab food for lunch and was completely humiliated by the store. Weekly customer was disrespected and violated for no reason of their own.
