I have had multiple orders missing food. Since I order for a family, that leaves someone out and I've paid a lot. Waiting for what's missing is not an option since the other food gets cold and the family has to wait. On the last occasion I was missing an entire large meal plus rice, and they refused to credit back my card. It was delivery and they said I could drive there and get a cash refund. Drive? I paid for delivery. Refund? One family member goes hungry. Then they agreed to deliver another one right away. It never came so they obviously lied. I called back an hour later and they said the same thing, come drive here and get a cash refund. It's unethical to lie to your customers and even worse that this isn't the first time. I gave a four out of five, but one more instance and they go down a star. I'm now using the competition for most orders.
