Vegetable roll
Rena E.

The food was good. I ordered Shrimp lo mein and a vegetable roll. This was my second visit and both times, the food was good. I ordered it for lunch and it was enough for two. The service was normal. It was okay. I placed the order while on-site. I was given enough time to decide before my order was taken. The food was ready in less than fifteen minutes. I arrived shortly after they opened, so it wasn't crowded. The ambiance was standard based on my carry-out experiences. There was some seating. The decor was minimal. Based on taste and presentation of the food, I would return and perhaps try something different. During my initial visit, I ordered fried rice, spring rolls and soup which were also good selections.

We absolutely love this place! It's become our weekly Chinese pickup place. Today we got a chicken with broccoli, wonton soup, and a S26 Chef special, which is an amazing dish that comes with everything: shrimp, roasted pork, beef and vegetables on top of soft steam noodles, served with a side of crispy chicken. Everything was delicious, each dish is big enough for 2 or 3 servings, the owners are always helpful and friendly. Great service and plentiful, amazing food; that's why we keep coming back!

Pork lo mein

I've ordered here a few times, love their pork lo mein!! It's one of the best lo mein dishes I've ever had!! In my picture is the leftover portion after my husband and I both each had a serving. I normally order a large and can get 3-4 meals out of it. Every time I order the lo mein they overfill the carton :) Wonton soup is really good too! The not so good: general tso chicken and hot and sour soup. My husband ordered the chicken and said he didn't like it all, and it was soggy. I don't like general tso chicken so I didn't try it myself. Their hot and sour would've been good, but it wasn't hot (spicy) at all :/ I still really like this place and regularly order from here, please give them a shot!

I have never been a full pledge vegan but I do have my days when I want to eat healthy and add more veggies into my life. That's when Roberta fits in perfectly. She is 100 percent vegan. This is a Black owned business. Her food is all organic. So we decided to go with her for our Valentine's day dinner. I'm so glad we did. The food was excellent! First time trying her (lambless) lamb chops. Omg it was delicious! The (crabless) crabcake was even good. Now I'm a seafood lover. So it was pretty hard to pull that off. We enjoyed it all. Especially the cheese & Fruit platter. She definitely did not disappoint us. I definitely can see us returning to check out her other menu options. masks are required. Keep in mind this is a carryout establishment. It is located in a house. Signs are located on the side to enter the house from the side and go around the back to pick up your delivery. They also provide free delivery within 15 miles. Also other delivery options available. Parking is located in the driveway and street side. I will definitely be checking out her other vegan options for the future.

The serving sizes are huge for the prices and there are tons of options. The place is huge with indoor and outdoor seating, but there is often a wait even when there are tons of tables open. The food comes out way faster than the drinks which is annoying to me because they have lots of fun drinks and i normally would like to try more than one, but sometimes my drink doesn't come out until I'm almost done my food. They have a huge food and drink menu- plenty to appease everyone. I love the shrimp bowl, tacos, jambalaya, and garlic noodles. We go here often and everything is tasty. Normally I get beer because they have fun selections, but this time I tried a lavender drop cocktail and it was super floral, not too sweet and delicious.

Make sure to order extra sauce though and Sean already knew when he asked how it was. But don't be fooled about the outside appearance because once you're in, you'll feel like you're in someone's home. We have never had Gujarati food specifically but are no strangers to Indian vegetarian food. We asked the nice and friendly man behind the counter what could be made vegan, and he literally walked us through the entire menu with great detail and passion. For the vegans out there, I'd say at least 50% of the menu if not more can be vegan (omitting dairy). We asked for some recommendations and eventually decided on: - masala dosa - jambu juice - roti - kachori - undhiyu The jambu, kachori and Undhiyu were completely new to me. The owner Pratik was so kind and hospitable, bringing dishes out to us and explaining what was unique about them. He even gave us a sample of dal to try. I absolutely loved all the food. It's not too far off the highway, so it was easy to get to. The inside was really dingey and rundown (but don't let this bother you, you're there for the food!) and there was a laminated menu on the counter to look at... The couple that runs it was there and the guy was friendly and helpful. I was in the mood for karahi, but I was by myself and typically restaurants make this for two people, so he suggested I get chicken curry. It took about 10 mins to make. First thing I did was taste the broth (the curry sauce) and it was spot on - AMAZING!!! Then I ripped into the naan and took to ripping chicken of the bone and enjoying... I scarfed that dish down in no time, and there was quite a bit there! The basmati that came with it was very tasty! And he brought me a ramakin of yogurt chutney (this is how chutney is supposed to be!) - it was fresh and soothed the spice of the dish. Regarding the spice level, he asked how I wanted it and I told him I was Pakistani to make it for me the same way he'd eat it and they got is right! Naan was excellent! Perfectly cooked, but the dough was great! Nice texture and flavor to it! Overall - I enjoyed my lunch and would come back! I ordered an entrée with three sides: grilled vegetables, roasted heirloom carrots, and mac and cheese. Everything was made to order, so my meal arrived fresh and flavorful. The olive oil-roasted vegetables were simple but well seasoned and satisfying. The roasted heirloom carrots were unique as they were seasoned with za'atar and served with whipped feta, which added a delicious flavor. The mac and cheese, however, was just average. I'm not a big fan of gluten-free pasta, and I found it a bit too chewy. It also didn't absorb the cheese sauce very well, so it wasn't as creamy or flavorful as I had hoped. I also tried the draft kombucha, which was fine but nothing particularly memorable. The service was quick, even during a busy weekend lunch, and a staff member was friendly. The restaurant itself has a cute, welcoming interior with plenty of seating, so finding a table wasn't an issue. Overall, I had a really enjoyable meal and thought it was well worth the price.
