Constant long lines is one of the issues plaguing this Panda Express. Not the best Panda I've had to be honest, but it gets the job done.

There wasn't any indication that it was open so I checked my maps app and it says that they're open -- I think an "open" lighted sign would help draw more customers. Actually, they had an open sign, it just wasn't on for some reason. I walked in and regretted it for a few minutes when I realized I was the only customer there. The waiter was so professional and friendly, I brag to feel at ease. Don't let the outside fool you, the inside is very clean with plenty of seating. They have some Vietnamese and Thai dishes but heard the owners speaking Cantonese so I decided go with Chinese. The crispy duck caught my eye, so I ordered a bowl of steamed rice to go with it. The server brought out a generous serving of duck on a fragrant bed of wok tossed onions and scallions. My expectations for this place weren't high, but I was pleasantly surprised when I bit into the first piece. I'm so glad I ordered the duck. The five-spice and rice wine flavor went perfectly with the wok tossed scallions and onions, it was the perfect level of saltiness. I walked in worried and stumbled out happy. I'll be back soon.

LOT FOOD FOR A GREAT COST!…read more We were HUNGRY! My Aspen (service dog loves shrimp!!) I'm the Veggie, and we were searching for a place rather close. Searching the area, we found a quiet unassuming, in a quiet neighborhood strip mall, simple place. Read the reviews, Hmmm sounds interesting. When entering in an off hour, there were other people filling the tables, "it must be good! With others' here at this time" What I found; Huge portions of lunch time food at a very reasonable cost! The Egg Drop soup was EXCELLENT, The Shrimp, well my Aspen devoured after I had one, it was plump - tender and flavorful. The Veggies, this is MY YUM and PLENTIFUL!! Fried rice - not so fried rather a steamed rice with soy, the egg roll was crisp, smaller than others (seems to be the new fashion these days) filled with wonderful veggies. Did I mention the Egg Drop Soup was DELICIOUS!!!! Our Server required being won over- at first, need to win her over with some compliments, then she smiled and giggled. This was LUNCH menu and it is plentiful and reasonable cost! The place is very clean and ample seating. Meals come quickly, be prepared. No outside seating, and it's a chilly October day. Open 6 days weekly, from 11AM till 8 or 9PM Price, extremely reasonable!!! Convenient Parking in Front. And take out is available with phone in first, or order while eating some delicious food. Definitely recommended if your in the quaint neighborhood an hungry.

We ordered crab cheese wontons, which were filled nicely and tasted great, Kung Pao Chicken, Mongolian Pork, and Orange Chicken with hot and sour soup I'm not very big on Chinese food in general, but this was one of the best Orange Chickens I've tasted! I've also never enjoyed Mongolian Pork, but this was the first time I really enjoyed it. Everyone in my family enjoyed the Kung Pao Chicken and the soup as well. The taste is great, the service is friendly, and they have definitely just won over some new regular customers

Starting with the better items, the sesame shrimp was decent. The breading was a little unusual, but it had good flavor. Still, nothing that really stood out. The crab rangoons were also just okay. They were labeled as crabmeat cheese rangoon's, but after eating a few, it was apparent that there was no crab at all, just cheese, which was pretty disappointing. They were honestly some of the worst I have tried. The wonton soup was not great either. It did not taste like wonton soup I have had before and was also sort of bland. That said, it was still edible. Now for the bigger issues. The chicken with snow peas was extremely bland, like no seasoning was added at all. The chicken itself was watery and tasted very cheap, which made the whole dish pretty unappetizing. The beef lo mein had the same problem. I have never had lo mein this flavorless before. The noodles and beef both lacked any real taste and just did not come together well. The last thing I will say is that it is overpriced for what you get. The portion sizes are solid, but the flavor and quality do not match the price at all. I am not someone who usually criticizes restaurants or even leaves reviews, but this was a major letdown. I just want to help others avoid spending their hard earned money on food that does not live up to expectations.

We ordered the fried tofu (with peppers and onions), orange chicken, fried fish fillet, and veggie delight (mixed veggies). The fried fish fillet was definitely the standout. Perfectly crispy on the outside with a light, tangy layer of sauce that added flavor without making it soggy. Easily my favorite dish of the meal. The fried tofu was also really solid and flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The peppers and onions complemented it well without overpowering the tofu itself. The orange chicken was okay. I tend to compare orange chicken to Panda Express (probably unfair, but it's my benchmark), and this one didn't quite hit that same balance of crispiness and sauce. I think if it had a bit more meat within each piece, would be better. The mixed vegetables were decent but not something I'd order again. They felt a bit drenched in sauce and didn't have much depth in flavor. One of the highlights of the visit was meeting an elderly woman who helps out when it gets busy. She mentioned she was the former owner. She was incredibly kind, and we ended up having a really nice conversation in Mandarin. That personal touch made the experience even more memorable. Otherwise, really nice venue with lots of space and tables. Waiters always refilled my water, which is a good plus. Also gave me fresh rice when I took the leftovers to go. Overall, a solid meal with a couple standout dishes. I'd definitely come back for the fried fish fillet and tofu. Will be back to try their other dishes.

Service was quick to take the order, refill water and clear out empty plates/steamer baskest. The dishes coming out of the kitchen was at a more erratic pace, but it's all about the food. Mapo tofu was good, with a light slick of chili oil. The flavors were spot on with little chunks of fermented salted broad beans. The heat was also moderate, but it did have a kick as you were eating it. That signature mala numbing spiciness started building, but not hot enough for my palate. Green beans were also nice and tender. Sometimes when they come out the fryer, the skin can be a little leathery, but wasn't present here. BBQ Buns were very soft and tender, loaded with BBQ pork. The shao mai had a nice bouncy texture and cooked well. Shrimp Lo Mein had the flavors of the Chinese American classic, it looks like the noodles were hand made too. Only miss was the shrimp dumplings. They were too close to each other and they stuck together. The wrapper was also overcooked, but somehow the shrimp was not. Nearly impossible to pickup with chopsticks, because the wrapped just fell apart, even with a delicate touch. Worth a stop and probably tastiest Chinese food in the neighborhood. It was getting crowded and there was a wait by the time we left. However it was Denver restaurant week, so not sure how it usually is during the week.
