This was the first establishment we visited when we moved into the area. With a house full of boxes, the last thing on our minds was to cook. We ordered our food via the app for dinner, and as expected, the place was crowded with a few people waiting for their food. Moreover, it was dim, dirty, and disorganized during our visit. It was a good 30 minutes before we received ours, and when asked to have utensils, the lady, who barely spoke a word of English, made sure to emphasize that they don't give out spoons and forks, just chopsticks. We have not gone back since then. I don't recall any other Panda Express we've visited in the past that didn't provide proper utensils. Maybe that night was just an unusual slip-up, and generally, our visits to other Panda Express locations go more smoothly. Unfortunately, our initial experience didn't go well, but I'm willing to give this place another shot. read more

My wife stopped by to bring dinner home and I don't know how you screw up an order when it's being read to you right off of a phone text but it was screwed up completely! This is so bad it's one time I expect a complete compensation for it. Marlyn and Malcom as well as the entire team are by far one of the most professional teams I've witnessed in the cooking industry. Besides their effective communication skills to have what is necessary available at all times, I've witnessed this team on one of the busiest days of the year for oriental fast food restaurants. A disgruntled customer was complaining of them taking too long while they were making mobile orders which have the same priority they calmly informed the customer which team member was working on what meal. This continued while the customer spat out remarks indicating a racist undertone in his verbal unnecessary inappropriate remarks to the staff. Yet Malcom and Marlyn remained calm collected and professional. The entire team is THE prime example we should all strive for in the Service Industry, and the entire team today deserves a raise! read more

Every time I come here it's always packed. So now I usually order online before I come in, I definitely recommend. It takes about 5 mins to do. The only thing is some times it's a hit or miss with freshness. I really enjoy the greens option for the side dish. I also die for PE orange chicken, it's just not the same elsewhere. You have to try the chicken egg rolls and dip it with sweet and sour sauce with the hot mustard. So good! Honestly no where else can replicate panda express food. So bad, but yet so good. HA! A couple of years ago I remember a mismanaged branch that was struggling to keep up with the demand but now, during COVID, there shouldnt be any excuse on their order ahead. I was wrong. I ordered ahead and was directed to an area to get my order. There were full staff and no lines. No dine in but with a full menu. I counted the boxes and it matched with my order along with the extra accoutrement i requested via the app. But when I got home I was missing an item. Same mistake as before but this time there shouldnt be any excuse. For one, it wasnt busy and two it was the first thing on the receipt. Once in a blue moon when I'm craving salt and grease I come to Panda. First time in, waited in line for a good 30+ minutes because there was a customer at the head of the line with a large order that the staff were clearly struggling to fulfill. It happens, so NBD I figure. I order my usual entree, and when I get home, it just looks and tastes like disappointment. There were five pieces of broccoli in my beef&broccoli entree. The majority of the takeout container consisted of half-cooked chow mein and room temperature fried rice. The orange chicken was the only thing that met the quality standard I've experienced at other locations. I thought maybe this was a one-off, but judging by the abundance of negative reviews, this seems to be more of the norm than the exception. Tragic. Won't be back unless I'm desperate. read more

I suddenly found out this visit that they no longer supply packets of salt OR spoons, both of which they have supplied ever since we have eaten there. I had to make a trip out to our car to use my own packets of salt. I looked in vain for a spoon there. I realize this may seem petty for me to focus on this, but why would they do this. The food is good, if you can get it. About half of the time, our take-out orders have come up short, missing items. If they took care to make sure everything was in the bag that was on the order, they would get a better rating. It happened again tonight, and when I called them on the phone, they said they'd give me the item next time I come in. Too little too late. This is getting old. It's like they just don't care. So I went to panda today. They gave me the wrong food I asked for tereki chicken and I got orange chicken. I looked in the box after getting my order realized it was wrong and let the older lady at the counter know. She took the box back poured the orange chicken back in the big bowl to be served to another customer. Absolutely disgusting. I'm like you didnt just do that did you. Another customer was watching as well. She just kept going and gave me my box back with my proper order. Food handlers class 101 once food is served can not be put back for another customer ever... if they did that openly in front of us what else are they doing in that restaurant. This place has got to be the most cleanly restaurant I have ever been to. The staff is always smiling, the foods always great. We sat in the vehicle one night after ordering just at closing enjoying our meal after they graciously served at 1 min before closing ( we didn't realize). Then as we say there, we watched not 1 but 2 employees climbing stools to reach up high and wipe even the walls down. This seems to be a family run place and runs like a fine oiled machine. I know I know "It's Panda Express" but it's unlike any other Panda Express we've been to. In a city where we have nothing but options for a quick meal, you will continue to be one of our 1st choices. I set an online order and got off 15 minutes before expected time. I knew I was early but checked to see if it was ready. It wasn't , no big deal. I got in line and showed them proof of purchase. The woman told me to look at the bags over there ( just one and I had checked before coming up). She then asked my name. I told her and she checked when it was set to be out. She said I was early. I knew this. There was NOBODY else in line. I was expected to wait till pick up time when it wasn't a necessity. They did provide an update to my phone it was set up be ready but with sitting in front of the spot it would be placed and not seeing anything definitely adds a little insult to injury. This place is very slow and understaffed. It was very busy. Myself and other customers were waiting a long time in line to order food and they basically ignored us. Instead the workers were doing all of the mobile orders before us even though none of the mobile order customers were in the building or outside waiting. Also, they do not let you sit inside at the tables even though they are NOT blocked off or have sings saying "no indoor seating". They need to be more clear to us that indoor seating is not allowed! read more

The moment I walked in there was a lady who was not wearing a mask. The manager was speaking to her and she was screaming at him accusing him of discriminating against her and that Costco didn't require a mask (which they do). He was handling it so well in such a professional manner. I was appalled that this woman could be so vile to someone. The manager was so calm and collected. She stormed out but the manager still continued on like everything was okay. I am so impressed of how this was handled and I'm also grateful that they required the mask that the state requires because I am pregnant and I do not want to contract anything. Everyone needs to be following the rules so we can all stay safe and healthy. Great job Panda Express on handling this! And great job to the manager on shift today! You deserve a raise after dealing with someone like that. read more
