Had beef broccoli from panda on Fremont, NE last night. It was very good, however, there were only 3 quarter size pieces of meat (which were tender) and the broccoli stems were almost 2 inches in length (yuck). If it wasn't for those two things you would have gotten a 5 star review. read more

They had five cars parked outside and they said they were low staff which we were ok with so we had to go through the drive through. We ordered our food and they were out of half the stuff in their menu, and then we ordered water and charged us for five and they only gave us 4. I have visited Fremont Panda Express two times since they opened. I'm a frequent restaurant visitor. My first visit I explained away the cold/Luke warm food as they are new. But recently returned for another shot at it and again food was only Luke warm! Darn it I love these dishes served HOT not spicy but HOT! Ok..I have been to many Panda Express locations and I can honestly say this one in fremont Nebraska has to be one of the best..Ashley was great her customer service and how she asked about samples and gave ideas was great..the food was nice and hot and I saw the ladies keeping up with the orders from food being made and not waiting til its empty and someone waiting to order the manager was on things and sorry I didn't get her name but this location was on the ball..please take notes corporate of this location..Ashley was excellent and there needs to be more like her..thank you. read more

You should just shut down this Fremont NE location! Worst ive ever been too, 1 time I gave them an hour to prepare my meal, and after 30 more minutes in drive threw and it still was not ready! The next time ordered family meal took 1 hour and 15 minutes before ready, paid extra $3.75 for shrimp and bellow is picture, I got 12 shrimp!!! Horrible! read more

The server lady is actually really nice, her name's Ashley W., She seem to be the only server there so she was pretty busy, she still manage to get to us, and even gave us free samples, for me and my 2 little kids. This is one of the best around. It appears to be a fast food Chinese restaurant until you eat there. Very fresh and you can choose your entrees from the serving line so you can see and sample. I have never had anything bad here and I absolutely love the King Pao, if you like peanuts be sure to tell them you want them. Hot but not overly. Panda Passion tea is great too. I've given this place several chances. Soon after they opened I went in and the dishes I usually have were empty and they told me you would take 10 minutes to make more. This happened the second time I was there also. This time I go in and again several of the dishes are not available and I am told it will be fine to 10 minutes on those. One person is working in the kitchen, and five other employees are sitting at a booth apparently taking break. My question iswhy can all the other pandas have their food fresh and available all the time but not this one? It seems as though they have an employee staff problem. I have one here twice and I will not go back again. When I get there the servers are nice but the first time my orange chicken was so hot and I informed the manager and all she said was ok. Didn't offer to replace it with something else. Nothing. Second time I waited for 25 minutes because they said it would take a few minutes to make an item so I said ok I'll wait. Ended up taking 15. She was in the middle of helping a customer when it got put out then proceeded to help 5 other customers until she didn't have anyone then helped me. This place has got serious management problems. I know a couple of the workers here and they both say the same thing. Ashley is their "go to" person and I don't believe she is even the manager. I see her almost every time I go in and that girl is run ragged! When I see these other bad reviews I can't help but say it always goes back to management. I've been doing food service for over 20 years now and the things I hear from these girls is nothing more than a poorly run store. Waits for dishes, new dish with the wrong vegetables(my sriracha shrimp had green beans), no teriyaki sauce, no sweet and sour sauce, all things that have happened to me on my orders. I believe you have a great bunch of workers here but they just need some direction. I will say this, the food is always good, can't say I have ever had a dish that I wanted to return.
