Fremont's Sonic has definitely improved since my last visit! They didn't over salt my tots this time, the wait was very short, and the service was excellent and friendly. I've loved Sonic for all of my life, and I'm delighted that this location worked things out. I'll go back sometime too! read more

Ordered a large oreo blizzard and its completely hollow inside, like their was a rod they inserted or something while filling it up, but didn't fill in the hole, there's probably less ice cream in this than a small. Wont be going back, looking up blizzard makers on amazon. read more

I usually don't come by this establishment but today we decided to try one of their ice cream blasts and a lemonade...simple, no food. We got here at 7:40 and placed our order in their app at 7:43, immediately checked in on their app and sat in the car. It was soon 8:00 and our order had not been delivered...there was one other car in the stalls so it's not like they were busy getting orders ready. We finally buzzed the button by the stall and asked about our order, we heard giggling in the back and the lady asked us to wait and processed to ask what we wanted to order. We had a bigger order took 20 minutes to just get our drinks. The person who delivered the drinks was very friendly but no drinks were marked We had one drink right out of five. Usually a bad experience, asked for no RIND (the hard part of the lemon/lime) in my cherry limeade, I understand rind and lime sounds very similar considering their speakers are crap (past employee). They say "no lime right" I say no, no rind, clarifying. He goes yea, no lime, I'm like whatever because it sounds like he understands you need lime in a cherry LIMEade. I get to the window and she clarifies I want no lime- no, I want the lime, why would I order a cherry limeade with no lime? That's a cherry sprite, get with the game. She then proceeds to put in lime flavoring, which shocker, you can taste the difference between real lime and lime syrup. Long story short I now have a gross cherry limeade. Please train these people better, I know sonic doesn't give a crap about their employees (I should know I worked for sonic for 3 years) but the least you could do is train them the bare minimum. Any other time I order a slush they put way too much syrup in it, I've literally seen them put about 4-5 pumps in a medium or large, which should be 2-3 pumps. Way too much flavor, please look at the information cards they provide you that are taped on the wall right in front of your face. I was thinking about applying here since I know they're understaffed and I have experience but just by the few interactions I've had with staff, that's a hard pass. Food is always good , especially the burgers ! They are hot , and seem to be fresh, not sitting around under a warmer. Great for to go orders. Service is pretty good , most of time. read more

OMG me and my grandma decided go get my sister from track and we got sonic and obviously there were new workers because it took 30 MINUTES To get my food finally when my food came only half of my food was in there so we ordered more and they gave us something we didn't ask for so we decided to just eat it fries were so soggy. They have terrible service. We showed up 45 minutes before they closed and said they were not taking any orders. This is a terrible way to push people away having your hour not match up or just the staff being lazy. read more

I don't know what happened but I ordered ahead and got there on time and I waited ten minutes for a slushy and two pretzels and then it said someone was gonna bring it out to me and 15 minutes later I pressed the button to ask why I never got my order. Then apparently they were out of pretzels but I never got my slushy I don't know why somebody couldn't have came and told me when I was supposed to get my slushy. Then I had to wait another six minutes or so for them to bring me a different side and they didn't even apologize for the way and explain to me what happened. I usually enjoy stopping by this Sonic! However, I just stopped by this Sonic, we drove through the drive thru we ordered a Large Order of Tater Tots and a Route 44 unsweetened iced tea! We also asked for salt and ketchup! We drove up to the window after we placed our order where we then had to sit and wait....thinking ok at least our Tots will be fresh! She handed us the tea and said the Tots would be out soon, when she opened the window to hand us the Tots she said ketchup and salt is in the bag!! We drove off thinking oh wonderful let's enjoy our fresh Tots.....WRONG they were old and had the most horrible taste of old dirty grease!!! Ewwww YUCK!! I would like to know who uses 2 packets of ketchup for a large order of tater tots??? So hey good news we didn't need more ketchup because the Tots were AWFUL!! Horrible service. I went through the drive thru 3 times to get them to fix my order. The 3rd time I gave up I got over charged the wrong food and flipped off by the employee. And the food was cold. Whoever is in charge her needs to get their stuff together. Everyone has the same experience, horrible. read more

As soon as we got thru the drive thru the woman at the window was completely disrespectful. When we handed her the gift cards and she handed them back with an attitude and looked at us like we were stupid. On top of that I had placed an order and didn't get my sauce which is a little disappointing seeing as it's part of the order. When I called to speak with a manger, she was a bit rude and all she could say was "I'm sorry". With calling we wanted to make sure she wasn't being rude to other customers, and that maybe next time this would be avoidable. Very dissatisfied with the service and the treatment we got. read more

Not familiar with sonic at all. Drive thru menu board has such small print it's hard to read and the bottom portion is being taken over by the bushes/flowers/landscaping Passengers weren't able to make out much of the menu at all either. Left before ordering given the frustration. read more

Every time I come here lately they mess everything up and are slow I've driven off recently they really need to get it together!

One of my favorite drink stops; however, the last few times I have been here they are slow and the quality has not been as good. Waiting in the drive through line for 7 minutes with no one in front of me the last time. Good staff returned to college is some of problem. read more
