1st time here and I love it! Pick your protein, veggies, noodles, and sauces. The HuHot grill master cooks your food in front of you! And enjoy! It is also all you can eat! Keep going back and making another plate as you like! . I like beef, noodles, baby corn and water chestnuts. I also like spicy and garlicky sauces. This place has it all. Plenty of free parking. I love this place! read more

Food was good! It's all you can eat so if you don't like it, it's kind of your fault. However, the chicken was weird I'll say. Service wasn't good... our server walked by many times and saw our empty cups and didn't refill us unless asked. Luckily another server saw and brought us water. The ambiance was okay. A lot of kids running around and screaming. Not the restaurants fault, but definitely family friendly! read more

Love going to Hu Hot - we will take any chance we can to get over to eat as much as possible. I love that I can explore different foods and combinations throughout the night and not have to worry about aligning my food preferences with others at the table. They've got a lot of options so there's something for everyone. My personal favorites are the beef, crab, noodles, veggies, pineapple, and water chestnuts - topped with either a peanut sauce, some sesame oil, but I mix it up quite a bit among all of them. We had some great service - the food cooked quickly and well and our table server was great. Love the lighting and vibes of the shop as well. read more

Affordable and quick for a sit down place to eat. We like coming here with our friends as they have kids and they can be as picky as they want. It's nice that you can literally make it how you want it. The food always seems fresh and the area is kept up even when it's busy. I appreciate how the guys on the grill always do their best to keep orders separate too. read more

Huhot is one of my favorite restaurants! I love how you can mix and match all the ingredients to get a different flavor every time. They have a great assortment of ingredients and sauces. The place was very clean and I love watching the grill it up for me. The grill guys are always very nice and our waitress kept checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Great place to go for an all you can eat experience. read more

This restaurant may not be top of the line fancy, but it gets the job done, and added an affordable price. I've been in dozens of times and how you like your meal is based on how good of a cook you are! It's a fun experience to mix and match ingredients, and sauces, to make the perfect combination. This is a great place for families for the experience, and anyone looking for a huge meal at a small price as the buffet line is unlimited. It never takes too long to get through the line, and the chef's cook your meal in about five minutes or less. Overall, a great meal for the price you pay! Just keep in mind, with a buffet line like this, cross contamination and sanitary concerns should be kept in mind for any food, allergies, etc. read more

It's been over a year since I reviewed so I felt the need to update my review. Another great experience with delicious tasting food. The place was packed, but we were seated immediately and greeted our server. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great in my opinion. Not a bad price for all you can eat either. Definitely a family favorite for Mongolian! read more

We stopped here again at the same location and once again it did not disappoint. Who knew this place would get so busy on a Friday night, but we were seated immediately and patiently waited for our turn for food to be cooked. Everything was cooked nicely and tasted great. Our server was busy but attentive as well. The bathroom was somewhat a mess and needed to be reloaded of items. read more

It's a large restaurant so there's really no trouble getting a table, and it's good for large groups. Our waitress was quick and came to check on us a few times. The food is good, nothing special but it seems fresh. They ran out of a couple things during the dinner rush when we went and I didn't see them refilled but didn't go up many times, so I might not have seen it. The restaurant smelled odd when we were eating, like a bathroom or a sewer, so that was a bit gross. Overall an okay place to come for a quick dinner or dinner with kids. read more

I have never been here and I'm so glad my boyfriend had suggested it! I loved the serving size recommendations for each meat, veggie, and noodle options. I also really appreciated the different mixing sauce suggestions they really helped bring the dish together. My favorite part had to be the staff, they were all very welcoming and wanted to make sure what we were taken care of. read more

We are Huhot'rs from Wisconsin, and we found this gem of a place in Omaha, Love it ! Food is awesome, the atmosphere is relaxed we can watch traffic go by, and we can enjoy a good discussion with a good meal. Service is great, young lady is efficient, thoughtful and has a great smile with her awesome energy . read more

I think the manger emotionally broke our waitress. The way he was talking and treating her was unprofessional. She end up breaking down and screaming in the kitchen. Then the cops were called. I sincerely hope she will be okay. This company needs to reevaluate the manger there. (176th and Center) read more

Within the 15 or more minutes we had been sat, our server did everything but stop by our table and ask us what we wanted to drink. We had not been waited on even once. He event went as far as to ask other tables by us what they needed while completely ignoring us. Total shithole of a place, the one in Millard makes this place look like a dumpster fire that no one cares to put out. read more

Eating at HuHot is an unforgettable, delicious experience! It is interesting, the way they quickly prepare the food on the large stove. It is also interactive, as they have many combinations of ingredients and sauces to pick from! The restaurant itself has a great feel because of its artwork and constant business. One of my favorite restaurants for sure. My only negative is that it's not good for vegetarians, because they cross-contaminate with the meat. read more

The service was great and very friendly! The music was very good and played some great tunes. As for the food, it tasted good but I had a small issue with the chefs. They had a habit of chopping the food into small bits, which I get for cooking but it's just too much. I'd rather wait extra time if it meant keeping my food in larger pieces. But they can cook and they clean up very well after themselves. read more

I am not sure why I have not updated my review here over the years. This is definitely my favorite HuHots in the area and for the most part the service is always great. The grill masters are amazing. The wait staff is almost always good (honestly i don't tend to go here in the evening because there is one waitress who I tend to get and she is one of those ones to interrupts way too much when you are eating/talking with someone and just doesn't seem to recognize good social signs of service). Day staff are always great though - I haven't had a bad server - but if Gideon is working, he is the waiter I am asking for - totally on his game and very nice. The food is always good and fresh and I love this place! read more

I've been to a Hu-Hot a few times and I love it every time I go. I went to this location a couple months ago with some work friends for lunch. Of course right when we got to our table I bolted for the grub. I always double plate it with the meats on one and the veggies on other. And you know I sauce up both plates to the max. The waitress was really nice and was prompt with refills and questions. The dining area was nice and clean. This is a great Hu-Hot location and I would definitely come back. read more

This place!! I love it!! You can go through a line and fill up what you want and they'll toss it on the grill and cook it up for you. With soooo many options! They have chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, tons of veggies, so many sauce choices, and you can get a bowl of rice from the waiter. I usually have one bowl for veggies and one for meats, and it makes for a hearty healthy meal of meats and lots of healthy vegetables. I always come out of here feeling full and happy! Definitely give this place a try! read more

This has always been my favorite restaurant! Birthdays, dates, celebrations, everyone around me knows this is my favorite place to go (and that's coming from a skinny college student these days!) I unfortunately can't take much advantage of the all you can eat type restaurant style but my friends, boyfriend, and family always do! I enjoy going during the lunchtime hours for more college age friendly prices haha. I have been going to Huhot for years and this has always been my favorite location for some reason. Theres always good service and great food! My one "complaint" is that sometimes it is odd to hear new pop songs at a restaurant like this but maybe that's just me. 5 stars & will be back after a few weeks so I don't have to hear everyone say "we just ate there" when I ask. read more

Holy moly I have missed this place. Does a buffet during a pandemic sound appetizing? Probably not at first thought but I'd had seen other reviews mention the safety stuff, so ya know what I did it. And, honestly I think they couldn't do anymore to keep you safe. So many tables are blocked off. Very small staff is on. You must be masked hand sanitize, and wear gloves when you're up to the ingredients line. I went during mid day in a week day and I was 1 of 3 patrons so it was very slow and I truly felt safe. I did wash my hands after returning with food, which gave it ample time to cool down. I love every single plate I ever make, you can't really complain about anything, it's cooked to perfection every time. I did opt for zoodles for the first time with just a pinch of regular pad Thai because I am #healthyaf and it was delish. I also ordered a side salad and crab Rangoon and of course I got stuffed but they kindly gave me a to go box and I enjoyed the rest later. Times are weird and again this is at your comfort level but my craving has been satisfied. Thank you HuHot! read more

This location is off of 72nd and Pacific. The parking lot is smaller than other Huhot restaurants, and if you arrive during non-primetime hours, parking becomes easier. Service was pretty good here. The only issue was that they didn't replenish the chicken at the main ingredient line. They did replenish my soft drink without asking, which was appreciated. read more

Stopped on a whim and didn't regret it. If you haven't been to a Mongolian grill before, you start with a bowl at a buffet where you'll choose meats, noodles, vegys etc that you would like combined into a meal. Once you've decided on the food, you have sauces to choose from. Mild to spicy and a lot in between. Follow the line around and they'll take your bowl and throw the contents on a huge round cooking service. Once it's cooked, they plate it for you and you're all set! You can always go back for seconds too. The service was fast and the buffet had a good selection. read more

My son suggested we leave 5 stars and so we did! Lol we came here on a cheat day but I love the fact that they were very efficient, cost friendly, and I can even eat here when I'm on the keto diet that I usually follow. It's even great for picky kids since they can pick their own food and watch their food be cooked in front of them. The price is the same for all you can eat so there's no chance of wasting your food or not getting enough bang for your buck. We will definitely be back! read more

I came here with my family for dinner. It didn't seem like it was busy, but the state of the food bar said otherwise. Not sure if it was a staffing problem or not but the food bar had scraps for food. The noodles were low or out and the meats were bare minimum if you were lucky. They hat what looked like red hot dogs cut up as their sausage too. It was disgusting. The manager on duty was walking around talking to the employees instead of jumping in and helping out to get the food at the bar restocked. It's pointless to go there if the main food they serve is missing. Thankfully our waiter was amazing and kept the 2 star status for this place. Lead by example. If your business needs something, it is your job to do it if there is no one else to do so. Be a manager and step up. read more

So apparently I'm late to the party because i just found a new love for this place so much so that I would buy a franchise if I could( and I know you can but money, ya know..) Plenty of times my bf has tried to get me to eat here and I declined mainly because I'm not fond of buffets. Although I wouldn't call it a buffet but food out in the open.. anyways I like the concept of creating your own own dish. Anything where you can throw a bunch of vegetables together with different oils & sauces is right up my alley. Oh, their eggrolls are actually my favorites now. And they have a convenient online ordering process. You can also earn points. And one thing I notice when ordering online is no matter what sauces you pick sometimes i think they create their own instead of what you ordered. Still usally good though lol. Just don't try to order on a Friday or Saturday, you'll be out of luck. Hu hot is just delicious! read more

I ate here a few years back and it was in better shape. With that said the food is still good but of course the price has gone up which I understand since everything has gone up with inflation...Unfortunately the quality has gone down. The frozen meats looked and tasted old and toppings looked pretty ragged as well. Fortunately with enough sauce poured on top of everything when cooking your noodles, meat and veggies has a decent and even sometimes delicious profile. read more
