This facility meets the Panda standards. The restaurant has a large parking lot that is easy-in easy-out. Things are neat and clean. The team hustles and is friendly. Things are very active and welcoming. The grilled chicken is my favorite! Very tender and moist. Nice bold teriyaki flavor. The chicken easily breaks apart. The team did a nice job chopping the chicken into smaller pieces. The white rice is cooked perfectly. The broccoli beef has a nice mild beef taste. There is a small amount of sauce to add flavor to these items and rice. The broccoli had a slight crisp and was difficult to pick up with a plastic fork. The orange chicken is a fan favorite. It was cooked so there are no pink insides. The breading is thicker around the moderately smaller chicken pieces. I found the breading to be a little tough. Some of the pieces are too large to eat and you can't cut them with a plastic fork. The sauce is sweet with a mild amount of orange flavor. read more

We were supposed to eat Vietnamese, but it was closed contrary to what the fellow said; so we opted for Panda Express. We both were happy with our choices and got them fast! I had the plate; which I would recommend over the bowl because you get a lot more and not much price difference and you can have two entrees if you choose. We stopped and got the family meal and the whole experience was horrible. We ordered online and it said 28-35 minutes. It was done in 35 and then we had to wait 5 minutes inside for it. They have a take out area but they keep it in the back and won't take care of the carry out customers. When we got home the order was incorrect and tasted old and it was cold. Nothing is more infuriating than working all day to have a cold incorrect meal. The store was busy and the staff were only concerned with drive thru customers. All the take out and eat in customers were definitely being neglected. read more

Usually love Panda, but this location has tanked since opening. Consistently slow, and misses "food ready" times for pickup, even when it's not busy and they should be cranking it out since it's easily served in an assembly line. Tonight it took them literally 2 minutes to find my order ticket which had not been prepared or acknowledged upon my arrival 20 minutes after ordering. (The time communicated for pickup via the app). They rushed the order together, as all of the food was ready, they just missed it....again, with 3 other customers in the restaurant, and a minimal drivethru line. No excuses, if this were any other legit metro area - place would be gone. I would have marked it higher as the food is usually good at this location. read more

I usually don't chain reviews, but I'm doing so in hopes that management sees this review. While the food was good (minus, the vegetables that were disgustingly salty and I couldn't eat them), Panda has obviously resorted to serving child size portions... $16 dollars for a two plate meal (with no drink) that might not be enough food for an 10 year old - Might as well just have lit a $20 bill on fire. So I placed an order on doordash the order kept getting delayed and delayed and delayed and then when the Dasher finally came 45 minutes late I got somebody else's order. The error definitely came from Panda they placed someone else's food in my bag and vice versa.... Very disappointed used to patronize on a regular basis but the last two times I have gotten food there I have been disappointed and now with this delivery mishap guess I won't be ordering anymore... I feel worse for the other person that got my order because in her order she had some children's food so there's that... Do not order on app! They do not prioritize. App said it would be ready at 8:50, received food 30 minutes late!! Watched 8 groups of people, walk-in, order food, and get food (not including the other 8+ orders from the drive thru). When asked why they don't prioritize online orders, they stated they were waiting on a food item to be cooked that had run out. First off, I heard what people were ordering because it wad dead inside. The reason my item ran out is because they gave my pre-ordered food to other people. If they prepared my order at time stated, I would not be waiting 30-freaking minutes. The items I ordered would have never ran out if they didn't give my food to people that ordered 30-40 minutes after me. Person hearing me request that they do a better job at prioritizing online orders, just walked away. By this time, there was nobody in the store, so it's not like they really cared or had something to do. I get it. Fast food service, but 30-freaking minutes?!? Management, this is on you. Normally, I never leave bad reviews -- but this experience truly broke me. This was one of my first jobs in fast food, and after what I went through, I'll never work a job like this again. I started off optimistic, eager to learn, and I was picking things up quickly. But instead of encouragement, I faced micromanagement, public embarrassment, and emotional manipulation -- particularly from the assistant manager, Athena. On my very first day working the drive-thru, I was nervous but doing my best. Rather than offering support, Athena mocked me. She said, "All you have to do is read," and criticized me for small mistakes. I was laughed at and micromanaged while other managers sat around talking with coworkers instead of helping. I remember specifically when she put me on drive-thru. I was so nervous from how she was acting that I told her I wasn't ready. She said, "This is how you learn." And I understood that -- but the truth is, I couldn't learn with her around. Her energy, the pressure, the lack of support -- it made me shut down. How can you expect someone to learn when you're making them feel small, scared, and on edge the whole time? One night, I misheard a direction from Athena while at the register. When I finally understood, she sarcastically asked, "Are you sure?" three times, then snapped, "Read the front of the register." I held back tears, then walked to the bathroom crying. That wasn't the only time I left in tears. On another occasion, I was counting a register for the first time and accidentally entered the wrong amount of coins into the calculator. Athena smirked and mockingly asked, "You think that's 94 dollars?" I was clearly upset, but she seemed to feed off my discomfort -- I even caught her smiling when I made a mistake in front of a customer. Every time I asked for help or clarification, I'd get, "Remember when I told you?" -- not in a helpful way, but in a condescending, demeaning tone. It felt like a power trip, not support. No matter how hard I tried, it felt like I couldn't do anything right in her eyes. What made this worse is that just the day before all of this started, I told our general manager how great I thought Athena was -- how well she trained me and how much I appreciated her help. I even told her I passed along the compliment. The very next day, everything changed. She became cold, passive-aggressive, and even mean. It felt personal. There were many other examples. One day, I was swamped with online orders -- barely able to keep up -- while Athena stood behind me talking casually with other coworkers. Not once did she offer to help. During a major corporate visit, my friend (another employee) politely asked for assistance on orders and was completely brushed off. I saw this kind of thing over and over: Athena micromanaging people unnecessarily, speaking down to them, and acting hostile -- while also sitting around, clocked in, chatting with coworkers instead of stepping in when it counted. It was my first month working there, and I was still learning -- but instead of growing, I found myself getting worse whenever Athena was around. I'd get so anxious that it would start affecting my focus. My brain would feel foggy, and I'd hesitate or make small mistakes simply because I was so on edge. She was always quick to criticize me about those mistakes, but never once stepped in to help me feel calmer or more capable. The strange part is that whenever she wasn't there, I worked much more smoothly. I wasn't micromanaged, and I didn't feel that constant pressure and fear of being humiliated. My confidence and performance noticeably improved. The contrast was undeniable -- Athena's presence actively made it harder for me to succeed. To be clear: I wasn't the only one. At least two other people left because of how they were treated, and I understand why. I even mentioned Athena's behavior to two coworkers -- because on top of everything else, it seemed like she was just lazy. They hinted that "it's just what it is," like this type of treatment was normal or expected. That only made it worse. There were also moments when I would try to spark conversation with Athena and be genuinely nice -- not trying to kiss up, but just to create a normal, friendly work environment. Still, she never responded with the same energy. She acted friendly with everyone else, but it felt like she needed to constantly assert dominance over me specifically. No matter what I did, it never felt mutual or respectful. The environment was toxic. I always showed up with kindness, patience, and a willingness to improve. But Athena's behavior didn't just make me feel incapable -- it made me feel small, like I wasn't welcome or respected for even trying. If you're considering working here, please think twice. No one deserves to be treated this way at work, especially when they're new and doing their best to learn. read more
