We arrived on a busy Friday night. The drive thru line was long, and there was a bit of a wait inside. It took a bit for the staff to get caught up, but they worked hard to do so. The food was as expected for Panda Express. No complaints there. The plate is always enough food for a couple of meals. read more

Panda Express - Plate - Chinese Near Me - Ellisville, Missouri

Waited inside the store 15 minutes in line to be served. priorty is the drive thru they let you wait in line. Asked if the brisket was fresh as last time ordered it was as hard as a hockey puck. The server said he did not know if it was fresh. I have seen server's in the zoo that feed the animals more smarter. Don't go there it's a joke with no managevent. read more

Came here after washing my car. I love that it has a drive thru to order my food. Sometimes, you just don't feel like going inside. Staff was nice and helpful with suggesting. The food was quick m, hot and tasty. We ordered the hot chicken and honey walnut shrimp with fried rice. So good! Highly recommend read more

Worst American Chinese I have ever had. Chow mein was dry as chalk. Beijing beef was burned and mainly cabbage. Nasty. Never again.

Fantastic customer service! Friendly and helpful employees. Food is always hot and delicious - always consistent!

This location has made progress! I didn't try the rice... but the other food was delicious! I tried the super greens for the first time, as I am on a diet, and! OMG! Delicious and full of flavor! So was the string bean chicken! Glad I was able to grab this for dinner! Yummers! read more

Got some coupons in the mail so figured we'd give it a try. First experience wasn't great. My wife ordered the bogo bowls and handed the cashier the coupon and credit card and they ring up both bowls anyways. She had to go inside to fix it and they said it was easier to just give her another bowl instead of a refund. Not ideal. As far as the food, my Kung pow chicken with fried rice was just ok. You can tell this food is made with no love. Tastes like a microwaved dish from the supermarket. My wife got a chicken and noodle bowl and hers literally only had 1 nugget of chicken. Where is the quality control?? I don't think we will go back here without another coupon. The food and quality isn't worth it. read more

I'm a big lover of Panda Express but every time I come to this location I'm extremely disappointed. The prep and food is always not correct and doesn't taste right and the staff always has a bad / lazy attitude. Don't recommend stopping here for a meal if you want to actually enjoy it. read more

The food is terrible at this location. The rice was hard and undercooked. The orange chicken was chicken- less. Basically just breading with a little bit of sauce. Gross. read more

Listen... they just opened and I believe they are still ironing out the kinks. I decided to go there tonight. Boy o boy was I surprised! The place was packed!!! The drive thru was all the way to the street! The parking lot was full! The line inside was out the door. So what did I do? I decided to get the app (highly recommend) and I placed the order online. I sat in my car for a few minutes & then walked in and my order was ready shortly thereafter. It was busy inside but the place looked clean. I went and asked a girl if I could get my cup to go ahead and fill it up before my food was ready. She was a little frazzled and told me it was her first day. I told her it was ok and that I completely understood. I feel like people need to give these kids just a little grace as they learn their new job. We are lucky to have a place like this that I imagine will continue to do really well. I got chili shrimp & orange chicken with 1/2 fried rice & 1/2 chow mein noodles. It was good. Was it great... no. But it's standard Panda Express food. I got the crab Rangoon and it was fine. The orange chicken was good but I didn't care for the Chili shrimp .... It was kinda dry. It's a little spicy ... I like spicy but if you don't then I wouldn't suggest it. Depending on my mood & hunger, I'd go back and try something new each time. It's not the best Chinese I've ever had ..... that place is down the street but I wanted to try out our new Panda Express. I'm happy to see it booming & the neighborhood is patronizing the new kid on the block read more

Food is always prepared well. Staff is friendly. Only wish I could order online and pick up at the drive-through window, especially when the weather is bad. read more

PLEASE READ! Right off the bat, THIS PLACE IS NOT BAD! I think most people don't think off leaving reviews to fast food chains like this. They only leave reviews if the food is bad or if they had a bad experience. FOOD: The food is delicious! Of course, it isn't traditional Chinese food, but it's still very delicious. SERVICE: The service is so sweet and made nice small talk! I have almost never had to wait too long for my food. If I did, it was because they ran out, and it never took to long for them to cook it. About 5 to 20 minutes. AMBIANCE: I have never went inside, only drive through, but it seems like it would have nice ambiance. It always seems about a quarter to half full. It also always seems very clean and well lit. read more

So, I been to Ellisville three times now. First time it was good when it fit opened. Second time the portion was little, but I let it go. Third time it's even less portion size!! It's going down every time! Orange chicken I ordered was supposed to be "Large" but as you can see in the picture it's not even half full! Very disappointed! I ordered via app and I don't see anywhere I can contact Panda Express. Be warned, this location probably will not last. That's a bummer since I like Panda Express. read more

Panda Express - Large Orange Chicken - Chinese Near Me - Ellisville, Missouri

First of all the service was super friendly but the food was superb. I loved it. Perfect for my hungry taste buds.

Mobile Order gave us a pickup time. We arrived and order had not even been printed off to fulfill. What's the point of mobile order if it's not ready when told to arrive. Waste of time. There was one table with two people and no other orders. We have local chinese restaurants we will continue to visit. We had a coupon and the food isn't worth it. Stick to locally owned places. We sat at a table while waiting and table was grossly sticky.First time sucked, second try was no good. read more

Panda Express - mean worker - Chinese Near Me - Ellisville, Missouri

I left a very negative review several months ago. It may have been caused by it being a new location. Happy to report everything seems fine now. The fried rice even has taste now. So as long as they continue, it is a good Panda Express to go to read more

Tried this location again after months away for stingy serving sizes. Bill came to $28 for two because I was charged for drink I didn't order. Cashier just took it upon herself to charge me then manager refused to refund me. Manager gave me corporate phone number that is unattended. Stay away or have your money taken. read more

Employees are always nice and the food is always fresh! My favorite is the Mushroom Chicken.

Horrible experience food is ok, the service is absolutely awful we order food and it took them 30 minutes to make it even though tons of other people got their order, the ambiance is also very bad cause its very annoying there is a beep sound that happens every like 10 seconds. Overall horrible place will never go again read more

The food is ok just like any Panda Express but 4 out of 5 times they mess up your order. They are always high on something may be its the smell of the food. Not looking forward to go there again. read more

Who doesn't like new stuff? If you live in Ellisville or surrounding areas you surely have heard about the new Panda Express near the Home Depot and Kohls. No need to be alarmed I will keep this post short and sweet. This location is not very good. Drive thru line is very very slow. Could just be me but seems portion sizing is way smaller then before. While portions sizes have gone down it seems the place keeps getting more expensive. As somebody who ventured into Panda Express a decent amount in my past, I can now officially say I will be taking my money somewhere else. read more

I always wondered why this location wasn't crowded. Ordered food on the site - Didn't include big portion of meal, which I was charged for. Manager said 3rd party site (looks like Chinese Panda's site, which we've always used), and to include her name for the next time. There will be no next Time. Such a shame for our area. read more

The second i walk in i was immediately yelled at by ashley. i asked a simple question and was responded by a whole plate of attitude, she made me feel very uncomfortable and harassed. i've never been more disrespected in my life! read more

So when I first heard they were building a Panda Express I was extremely excited. And at first this place was awesome. Sadly this restaurant is already letting its faults outshine everything else. Recently the food has been getting portioned less and less and it's obvious. Not an issue this time but recently has been. Today, there were 7 cars in the drive through. Now I expected a wait, but given this location has two drive throughs I thought maybe 20 minutes at an absolute max. I then spent the next 40 minutes in line waiting for the food and another 5 minutes out front waiting again. Absolutely ridiculous, if I knew I was gonna waste an hour getting food I would have just made it myself. Also, very specifically asked for soy sauce. Go figure, none in the bag. The staff are always friendly and I have never had any issue with customer service besides an inexcusable wait and no way to leave the drive through line. About 25 minutes in I wanted to go somewhere else. Unless you got time to burn, try somewhere else. read more

String bean chicken is NOT right. It's sweet.. I'll wait until the cooks learn the recipes before ordering again.

Don't go to the drive thru. The super greens were raw and the teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki. I am a fan of Panda Express, but not this one. read more

People are ridiculous to keep giving bad reviews for what I can only assume is complete BS. I've been to dozens of PE across the country and the quality of the food is extremely consistent so anyone who writes a bad review that THIS particular PE "doesn't cook things right" is full of it. Secondly, the fried rice is not "horrible", "undercooked" or "inconsistent" it's cooked exactly the way it is across every PE I've ever been to. If you don't like fried rice in general then don't order the fried rice and then complain about it! Thirdly, the people who complained about the portion size being too small for the containers, did you stop to think about what SIZE portion you ordered?! If PE only carries large size containers for food and you order the small, you shouldn't expect to have it filled up for crying out loud, you ordered a SMALL! I ordered the bowl size King Pao and it was in a styrofoam container but 1/2 full, I realized quickly that I usually order 2 food options but not this time, so that's why it was only half full. Next - I've never had to wait more than 3-5 min for my food orders and that's pretty much at any PE across the country. If you're in the drive thru it's not their fault if there's 10 cars in line. I guarantee you'd wait longer at Cult-Fil-A. Lastly, I've always had very good service and many of the younger workers are incredibly friendly and much more personal than any other fast food place I've been to. As for Chinese food quality, as one review remarked 'it's not authentic Chinese food but it's not meant to be' is exactly right. It's Chinese fast food. If You want super high quality Chinese food then go to a sit down restaurant with a full menu. Some of you reviewers act like you ate at a high end Chinese restaurant in SF or NYC and expect the same food quality. It is what it is and this site does a great job. Why don't some of you reviewers drive a mile east and review the McDonalds there on the corner, maybe you can complain they didnt give you cloth napkins to wipe the BBQ sauce off your lips from the Le chicken nuggets. read more

Service very slow. You have to be ready to wait at least 20 minutes before you get your turn to order the food. Drive thru is even worse and I would advise not to go on Friday after work. Or be prepared to lose your patience. read more

Had to wait 12 minutes to get orange chicken, only to get about 8 pieces of chicken to go with an entire BOWL of fried rice. Terrible ratio. Needless to say, there was a lot of extra rice at the bottom. Do not recommend this place to anyone except for fried rice enthusiasts because that's what 85% of your meal is going to be. AND I noticed I didn't get any fortune cookies. Also, you're not allowed to bring your own containers so they're basically promoting pollution. Overall, bad experience and I will now be taking my wallet and tastebuds to a different location. 3/10 do not recommend...disappointed. read more

Terrible. I tried a lot of items. Fried rice, starchy and extremely bland. noodles, didn't taste much. Beef with Broccoli, how do you mess that up. Beef was tender but that's it. Egg roll, worst I've ever had. Crab Rangoon, bland and didn't come with dipping sweet n sour sauce. I could go on. Basically it's like they forgot all the key ingredients such as; soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic....pretty much everything. I'm sure there are corporate recipes. Staff needs more training, skill and proper execution of recipes or it's garbage. If you like your Asian restaurant stick with it. read more
