Excellent food and service. My order has been spot on every time. It has become a family favorite!

YUMMY food. Best Crab Rangoon and Hot and Sour Soup EVER!!! Carry Out is the best way to go. Prices are great and food has always been HOT. Linda read more

This place is so good, they give you large portions of food for a very, very reasonable price. No matter how busy they get the quality of the food is always awesome. I will eat at this Chinese restaurant over any other Chinese restaurant. Their service is always fast for It just being husband and wife running the whole place. They are always kind and eager to serve you when you come in to pick up your order. read more

Always good food, large portions and very reasonable. Don't judge by the looks of the building

The food at this Chinese American place is very good, way above average. No one eats here but the food keeps folks coming for years.

Been ordering from here for years. It's about time I'm finally giving them a review. My Food has always tasted great and hot. read more

place looked sketchy, but the food was phenomenal, i am and will continue to be a returning customer 10/10 would recommend read more

The food has always been good and plentiful. You might be skeptical of it when you see the inside of the building, but it's the food that matters. I've always been happy with what I ordered, and my bf asks for it every week. I'd recommend! read more

hit or miss kind of restaurant. the inside is SUPER run down & definitely needs updated , i would NEVER sit and eat inside honestly. food has not disappointed in a while read more

This restaurant has ants and flies in it as soon as you walk in! I can't believe we ordered food there. I ordered the general Tso chicken, it was good but J think I have food poisoning. My dad ordered the Singapore mei fun with no shrimp because he is allergic to shellfish and they still put it in there. And the woman was constantly yelling at the kid who worked there. NEVER COMING BACK! read more

Don't go there. It is freezing inside. Maybe 50 degrees and the lady is constantly yelling at the kid that is working.

If you absolutely HAVE to have Chinese food and you can't make it 7 miles to eureka I guess you could give this place a go. Don't even bother eating in. Might as well just take it Togo and eat on the curb. Food is.. Well it's the most bland Chinese food with the most generic Chinese menu. Hard working people but the stereotypical hard to understand owner and staff definitely make ordering over the phone or even in person a challenge. read more

Me and my wife just went there and they overcharged us by $10 and we asked for no peppers, yet there seems to be a bounty, hmm. If you do happen to visit there, make sure you check your credit card statement.. read more

Don't listen to the other post! The food here is terrific! I love Chinese food and New China is exactly what you'd expect. The food is tasty and it taste the same every time. They know what they are doing here! read more

The food was terrible. I was very disappointed at the fact that my rice tasted like it had been sitting out all day. It was very dry and hard. Needless to say it got thrown in the trash faster than it got put on my plate. They had decent prices...a lot of food...it was just terrible maybe because I ordered around 8pm.... oh well I will know to not eat here anymore..... Super fast delivery though..I was impressed with that! read more

Utterly mediocre. Two of the three dishes I got were the worst copies I'd ever tasted. They were also out of tofu altogether. They did deliver to my hotel room, which was redeeming, but I wish I'd gotten Dominos, and I really don't like Dominos all that much. read more

Don't judge the book by its cover. It's local, it's fast and it's tasty. If your not expecting 5 star dining you won't be disappointed. My family finds the crab rangoon to be the standard all others are compared against. A little sweet and rich but stuffed full and larger than average. Overall portions are incredibly generous for the prices. read more

The food is always great! I normally get it to go. Plus there is always enough for a second meal. (usually breakfast!) lol

Only Chinese place in town. You never know if they are even going to have delivery. Wish they would either have delivery or just get rid of it. read more

Well this place might not be perfect but their food ain't bad AT ALL! It's pretty good for the price and the people who work there are way too nice and friendly!!!! Would definitely be going back!!! read more

The food is average. customer service is lacking due to the language barrier which has caused my order to be wrong more than once.

Up front, I'll admit I'm not a fan of Chinese food in general, but my sweetie likes it, so we do eat it occasionally. While this is mostly edible, there is better Chinese not too far away, and much better restaurants in Pacific. I've never been inside the building, but it looks like it was converted from an old convenience store. My sweetie who has picked up the food the couple of times we've ordered from here says it's surprisingly cleaner than he expected, but not great. We last ate here a couple of years ago, as we prefer a restaurant in Eureka which is slightly better. We'd only order here more often if they delivered (we can be lazy some days). The food was not very tasty, and everything tasted a little "different" than usual Chinese food and WAY too greasy. It has been too long for me to remember what we ordered, but I know neither of us were satisfied and we have not ordered from there in years. Overall, we have not found a Chinese restaurant in the area to recommend yet, but this would be last on our list. read more

this place is terrible. The people are rude and the food is greasy. I came here 45 minutes before they closed and they purposely took half an hour in making my food and put it in carry out bags when I told them I wanted to dine in. They handed me the food ten minutes till closing and told me it 'got too late.' Not coming here again. read more

The food is average to good. I've had several different items off the menu, and while I wasn't disappointed by any of them, they weren't anything amazing either. Service is typically quick. The kitchen appears a little dirty from what you can see from the front counter. The staff is polite but overall speaks poor English which can make it difficult to ensure you get your order correct sometimes. read more

Good food but super crabby workers esp the owner. I can't count how many times I've called an order in and they've answered with "what do you want " and after I say what I would like they just hang up. The food is average and worth not driving to the next town to get the same food. read more

I would definitely say this is not the worst restaurant in pacific, but the quality is not that great. Hit or miss honestly. But they do give you a lot of food, and it is hot. Prices are reasonable too. The biggest problem is communicating you order, or god forbid anything special with your order. My best advise is to head down the road to China king. read more

Just a hole in the wall, but worth the stop. They have tables but it's more of a takeout place. Favorites are Teriyaki chicken on a stick, cashew chicken and Kung Pao chicken. read more

I don't know why some people are so harsh on this place. Yeah, it's a Chinese restaurant in an old Route 66 gas station. The decor is terrible. But as far as cheap chinese food goes, it's really good. The workers are kind of hard to understand, but they try really hard to understand. A little patience when ordering goes a long way. I have been getting food from here for 10 years now, at least once a month, sometimes more. Unless things change for the worse for some reason, I'll keep coming back. read more

I take my Chinese food seriously. Called them 10 minutes after closing time. They initially offered to send my order to the hotel but we picked it up at the restaurant. The cooks are from China ( good sign!) Outwardly, the establishment doesn't look that great. It looks old but the food has that coveted taste of wok and it tastes way better than some Chinese food I had in US. The Kung Pao chicken was breaded a little too much and a tad sweet but portions are generous. Pretty good for a Chinese restaurant in the middle of nowhere. My husband and I enjoyed our late dinner very much. Better than than a Denny's takeout. read more

Walked over from the Pilot for some actual sit down food and ordered the chicken lo mein. Didn't even look or taste like chicken and the pork in the fried rice was blood red. My stomach has been doing gymnastics ever since we left. Some of the worst Chinese food I've ever had. read more
