I have visited this location numerous time since it opened a few years ago. I must say, the food has always been tasty and hot. The two major complaints is that they allow themselves to run out of food. The last two times I was there, they were out of the entrée I was craving and had to wait nearly 15 minutes for them to bring it out to me. Not sure this should happen especially if they're not busy. The second complaint is that the floor is extremely sticky and often times tables are left dirty too long. However, the good out weighs the bad and I will definitely return and I'd recommend you do the same. read more

We came opening day, the line was to the door and the drive-thru had a line of cars wrapped around into the Walmart parking lot. We ordered online and they gave us someone else's food twice. I didn't care because I knew they were swamped. Despite the Pandamoniom (pun), the manager corrected it promptly. This is just like the other stand-alone Panda Expresses. We have gotten food from this site two out of 5 times. Three visits we were told that they were basically out of everything. Today was I think the first time that the young lady behind the speaker was so horribly rude. I ordered my first meal, chicken with green beans and white rice. I get a "We're out of both of those things". This has been the case to prior visits. So i started to ask when they are most likely to not be out of most items. Before I vould get my question out I was rudely interupted by this young lady "We had 4 call ins today so we haven't gotten things ready". To which I calmy stated that I wasn't going to as about staffing. "I was just telling you so you know what happened". Terrible service, never have food items. Customer service stinks here. Drove 10 miles to pick up dinner for myself and my wife, only to be told we're out of brown rice again! That is three times in a row that I have come to this location and they tell me they have no brown rice, why they are not capable of making brown rice when it runs out I have no idea but I am never coming back. They never have enough food in stock. It's rare that you can even get the Chx teriyaki on any day. They screw up the order nearly every single time. "Express" is a joke as you can expect to sit in the drive thru for a minimum of 15 minutes. Save yourself the hassle and frustration. I ordered online. BIG mistake. I arrived at the store at the time I was given for pick up. The order wasn't even started yet. I had to wait 25 minutes to finally get my order. It would have been much faster to just go through the line because people that showed up after me that went through the normal line got my food before me. So what's the point of ordering on line if I could just get my food faster standing in line. The food was ok nothing great. I placed an order yesterday for a double plate of chicken teriyaki and when they said it was going to be a 20-25 minute wait I agreed and the employee acted annoyed that I decided to wait. Panda Express is not my favorite Chinese in the world by any stretch of the imagination but it scratches an itch when I've got one. My problem, however, stems from the ridiculously longing wait time. Over 20 minutes in the drive thru is kind of ridiculous. While the girl who took my order was apologetic because there were no less than 5 minutes from when I pulled up to the speaker to when she actually took my order and then all the time spent waiting in line as well. In fact, at the time there were only 3 of us in the drive thru. So, why did it take that long? The food was warm at best, not hot as if it were made fresh. Great food! Great value for your money, friendly staff, very clean restaurant and bathrooms! The egg rolls are great and so is the broccoli beef. The almond shrimp is excellent also I didn't get any drinks so I wonder if they are unlimited refills? To go for seemed to get more than on store eating, but I think it depends on what you order. Long wait in drive through line-pouring rain, not enough.coverage from the tiny roof. Ordered a bigger plate, grilled chicken teriyaki-requested extra sauce on the side. This restaurant has some amazing entrees, BUT why are the noodles ALWAYS COLD? I don't care for fried rice, so I always get the noodles and they're always cold. I love egg rolls, but I tried one there once and it was burnt. I didn't complain because someone else was buying and I didn't want to seem unappreciative. I've noticed since, however, that they always look burnt. The service also leaves a little something to be desired. There's one manager who is so dry. I'm not sure she's capable of smiling. She certainly isn't accustomed to greeting customers. She's jyst generally unpleasant. I used to always get the entree with chicken, mushrooms and squash, but request the squash be avoided. The employees have always tried and were fairly successful at not giving me much, if any squash. The last time, however, the manager got my food and it was about half squash, like I'd requested extra. Today I just avoided that entree. They always have a sign on the side door asking customers not to use it, but today I watched an employee go out that door and prop it open with a dirty tray. We were seated close to the door and with two feet of snow on the ground, it was quite unpleasant to have that door propped open. read more

Line was out the door and staff was swamped. I didn't mind. I only wished they wore gloves to serve the food. I swear a worker was scratching their nose LOL They have a lot of space and the tables could of had workers clean it up for customers to sit, instead of using it as a "break" table. Loved Panda Express since it opened up at UP Mall many many years ago and will miss the convenience of shopping and grabbing a bite there. Was first in line at the drive thru. Ordered 2 orange chicken and a teriyaki chicken with sauce. Got to the window and paid but then was told that there was a ten minute wait for the teriyaki chicken. Should have been told that when we ordered, but oh well. Pulled around and parked. They said they would bring out the food. Ten minutes passed. Fifteen minutes passed. I watched people go in and eat and come out in the time during which we waited. Finally had to go in the restaurant and make a scene in order to get my food. A rude cashier wanted to argue with me about how long I had been outside waiting. Finally got the food, got out to the car and no teriyaki sauce. Had to go back in and raise hell to get it. Terrible experience. Unbelievable how poorly ran this establishment is. If you know you open at 11, why isn't the food prep done when the doors open?! I get that it's a new restaurant, but if it wasn't ready to open, it shouldn't have opened. read more

We were really excited when this store opened a few years ago, we previously would drive to the UP mall or the one by Meijer in Mishawaka. This location is awful!!! Expect *AT LEAST* a 25-30 minute drive through wait time (for just one meal!). We'd go about 2 times a week, sometimes during dinner, sometimes during lunch. The last time we went, we waited in line for 42 minutes!!! For one meal of orange chicken with fried rice! Nothing fancy or weird about the order. We finally get to the window to pay, and we see a girl put up her filthy shoe on the COUNTER where they prepare food, to tie her shoe! She then redid her ponytail with bare hands and proceeded to get the drink ready (touching cup, lid, straw) with her same hands that touched her hair and dirty shoe! So disgusting!!! After seeing the other reviews, it's pretty apparent this is considered normal there. SO GROSS. Haven't returned since! read more

I really like the food. I had 1 time that they had run out of what I wanted and they basically said that since closing time was an hour away they weren't making any more. I thought was poor customer service. Because I've never spent less than 20 minutes going through the drive through I used the app for the first time and ordered 3 hours in advance. Arrived to pick it up right on time and surprisingly there was not one car in line. I pulled up to the window and told the girl I had a pick up order and gave her my name. She closed the window and walked away. After about 5 minutes I tried to see what was happening inside and also to try and get someone's attention. I noticed on the counter that there were bags packed and ready to go. About 2 minutes later the girl walked back, picked up the bag that was sitting there the entire time of my wait and gave it to me. I have no idea what she was doing as my order was prepaid and my food was obviously on the counter. I felt like they want you to wait no matter what and the fact that they have "express" in their name just boggles me. Anytime I've been there it's been quite the opposite. I will go back because I like the food but no matter how I order I'll make sure that I have time to wait and I'm not on any timeline to be somewhere else afterward. read more
