I get luckys a lot since I work nearby. Best of all they are open on Mondays when every place I want to eat apparently likes to take the day off. They also do catering orders! Their Cambodian fried rice is amazing and their egg rolls and crab rangoons. The bubble tea is so good too. Got Ginger Chicken lo-mein to go. It smelled so good driving back that I wanted to pull over and have a few bites before I got home. I resisted. When I got back I dove right in. It was excellent. I want to go back again to try more items on the menu. Service was quick and friendly. I had a few questions and they were polite and helpful. Parking lot is a little strange but once I figured out that most people are "To Go," it didn't matter. Small place not conducive to eat in. Lucky's lived up to its reputation and was very good. We are from out of town and went based on Yelp Reviews. I had the Penang Chicken and my husband had the fried rice. We order the cream cheese wontons. We enjoyed all of it. The owner stopped by to check in in us and shared photos of when the Governor came for lunch. They have been in business over 20 years. Super friendly staff and outstanding food. I have tried several dishes here and have not yet been disappointed in the slightest. I have made a personal goal to try everything on the menu. My only complaint is that they do so much business and it is so busy at times, it's difficult to get through on the phone and sometimes it takes a little while to pick up your order. Tonight mama didn't feel like cooking, so carry out it was. I pass Lucky Donuts everyday, so I figured I'd give them a shot. Let me start off by saying, the interior of this place could use a little TLC. It has a very cafeteria feel to it, it could benefit them to invest some money back into decor. The AC was lacking, but because I didn't plan on staying I didn't mind much. We ordered the Governors Chicken, Bourbon Chicken & Chicken Pad Thai. For sides we purchased cream cheese wontons and so egg rolls. For a drink we got a pineapple smoothie. Our total was around $41, thus earning us the free dozen donuts (or) 2-liter of your choice. Unfortunately for us, the donuts were slim pickins, less than a dozen left. So they gave us the remaining donuts AND a 2-liter. Win! The food: I can't rave enough about the Pad Thai. I wasn't really sure what to expect because Pad Thai is really a hit or miss depending on where you go. But at this restaurant, I was more than pleased. The hubby said the Governors Chicken wasn't as spicy as he had hoped, but he ate it all anyway. I will always compare Bourbon Chicken to the mall, so I was pleasantly surprised to see it tasted somewhat similar. The egg rolls and wontons weren't what I'm accustomed to. They were extremely small & slim, at first we thought them to be spring rolls. But delicious nonetheless. The one part of our order I was super disappointed in?.. the smoothie. I had thought the smoothie would contain fresh fruit, so I opted for the pineapple. What I got tasted like a pineapple marshmallow. The kids shared it, so it wasn't a total waste. Shrimp fried rice and crab rangoon is always the first meal I'll order when trying a new Asian restaurant. You'd think it'd be a simple enough dish, but I really find 8-9 out of 10 places, their SFR has this terrible, old-grease, almost chemical taste to it, and you'd be pressed to find 10 shrimp in your entire order! And crab rangoon will be these giant pockets of fried dough with a tiny bit of filling in the dead center - and really, who wants 2/3 of their rangoon to be empty, oil-soaked wonton? Both the SFR and CR at Lucky's are phenomenal! Neither tasted like they'd been prepared using last month's burnt fryer oil; lots of delicious shrimp swimming around in the rice; and something I'd never seen before, their crab rangoon, instead of being the triangles in used to, they roll them into tight egg-roll type shapes, which means you get cream cheese and crab filling in every bite :D Fantastic idea! I've sang their praises to several family and friends, and will definitely be back to start working my way through the rest of the menu! read more

This place is fantastic! It's a little deceiving from the outside but, after a little convincing from my boyfriend I decided to try it out. Everything was so fresh, the egg rolls are fantastic and definitely home-made along with the shrimp fried rice and orange chicken! The prices are fair and the workers were very friendly.
