I hadn't eaten all day and it around was 3 o'clock. That's a $14.00 sandwich plus the fries total $18.15. The problem with this place is you can't hardly get the food prepared properly. They will most likely forget something or put all the meat on one side among other foolishness. This time my sandwich had no beacon and no extra meat on it. I was so hungry I ate one side before I realized I got shorted. I tried to call about 4 times, no answer so I figured they know what they did. The food here is good if properly prepared but for that you have to be very lucky. Today, I was not. I'm about to give up on them. If I ever do buy another one, I'm checking it before I leave the store. You know how much they charge for bacon? And then don't give it to me. It ruined my meal.

I spent a long time trying to read the menu from a car's length away. I pulled to the speaker and was greeted very nicely with, "Would you like to try our...". I knew what I wanted after waiting 25 min now. i got the words, " I would like" and was immediately cut off with, "wait just a minute." I waited another ten minutes and I asked in a normal tone, "can you take my order?" SheSaid, " You probably wouldn't want to order if you knew it would be another 30 to 45 minutes." I was dumbfounded. I'll never get that time back. I looked at yelp and noticed they have a lower than average rating. I should have just driven away like two other cars did. The management here is non-existent. Complaining to management translates to having faith they have the ability of fixing this problem. Another old adage comes to mind. Simply put, "You can't fix stupid."

The food had a real Mexican vibe--nothing "wow," but still good and satisfying. I personally felt the meat could've been better, but my wife had no complaints with her burrito. The biggest downside was the wait time. It was late at night around midnight, not busy at all, and we were the only car in the drive-thru. Even with about 5-6 employees working, it took almost 25 minutes from placing the order to getting our food. On the positive side, everything looked clean, and despite the long wait, I still enjoyed the food overall. With faster service, this place could easily be much better.
