This is a decently clean Panda Express location with a good amount of seating. The big reason I'm giving 4 stars is because my server gave good portions. I don't remember his name but it is very much appreciated! The girl next to him was dishing tiny amounts. If I had gotten her I still would have been hungry. You can't go wrong with beijing beef right? I also got the honey sesame chicken, kung pao chicken, along with my half and half (chow mein and fried rice). First of all plates are way to small if I order something as a side it should not me larger than the entree.If you go to a restaurant and you ask for orange chicken with a side of rice you'd expect for there to be more chicken but not here your side is guaranteed to be larger than the entrée.Also When I went to order two plates they mixed up what should be on each plate,and instead of getting the broccoli and beef we got an extra orange chicken. read more

I picked up my food through the drive thru. The food tasted good. The portions were way off. I ordered the 2 item plate. My plate was mostly my "side" lo mein. A small portion of chicken teriyaki and just broccoli which should have been beef broccoli. It had one small piece of beef. The plate was majority of lo mein. I have given this location many chances to improve without luck. The service is apathetic and prioritizes online orders over those folks in the restaurant, not to mention the dining room is always filthy. We found vegetables not raw, but undercooked. They only had iced tea with fruit flavoring, which we did not like.

Drive-through is horrible. I ordered the two entrées beef, broccoli, and kung pao chicken and when I got home, I literally had three pieces of broccoli with two pieces of meat. The chicken kung pao had more nuts and vegetables then chicken ..4 little pieces of chicken. Never again will I go there. read more

Got there at 10:47, order wasn't ready; SHOCKER, said it was "technical issues"!! 2nd time I went through drive thru, at 11:07, guess what??! Another "technical issue", no grilled chicken teriyaki available. Another restaurant falling to the new American business model where 3 people care: No Bod Ee!! We frequent this location all the time. They've gotten progressively worse each time. This take out order was beyond disappointing. The two entree plates were so sparsely filled. Teriyaki chicken portions were more child plate version or worse. Spend$$ and not good value. They get two Stars for the tasteful food. Wont be going back anytime soon read more

Ok, I have to say that I really enjoy Panda Express. On the other hand this location is a hit or miss... I'd guess it is for most locations. The quality of the food that you get is a lot of times based on when you arrive, instead of making a fresh Bach of noodles for example, they will scrap the bottom and try to give you the left overs... which are not fresh obviously. If you look and see that they are getting to the bottom of whatever you want, wait for a fresh batch. Sometimes the food is packaged sloppy as well.... this place is good when all the stars align and the employees are thinking about the customer experience... which is a hit or miss. read more

Was at the drive thru at 8:30. Store closes at 9:30. I was told they didn't have fried rice and they can't make anymore because they close in 30 minutes. 8:30 to 9:30 is clearly 60 minutes. I asked the employee if they close at 9:30, and they stated no, in 30 minutes. Is the kitchen supposed to close an hour before the store? If this isn't the case, the owner should make a change in staff. Edit: There were 4 staff members just stand around. The owner is paying people to stand there. read more

Every time I come to this location the employees act like I'm bothering them by placing an order. The price is so expensive for poor quality food. I was the only person in line and they were all standing around chatting to each other before somebody finally came to take my order. this location is also always very messy. I've been to this location multiple times, and have always had a good experience. I typically use the drive thru, and service has been fast, and friendly. I'm not crazy about paying extra for certain entrees, and the fact that you can only order what's available in the last hour. Most chicken places do the same, so I guess its to reduce waste, and keep costs down, but those two things are enough to lose two stars. The few times I've had to wait is because I've asked for fresh entrees to be cooked. The taste, and quality of the food is great, and it's a great alternative to typical fast food. read more

Panda Express is the type of gourmet Chinese food that I don't usually eat regularly. But today I felt it was time to try it again. The first time I tried this months ago the food was dry and hard, but that's because I ate there late in the day while the food was sitting there all day. Today I ate lunch at 1pm. The food was very juicy and fresh. I got the Beijing beef with noodles and the sweet and sour chicken. The steam fried vegetables were very good. Picked up some Passion flower tea for my drink, it was very tasty. The fortune cookies even had great advice for friendship and future relationships. Give this location a chance, but I recommend you go only for lunch when the food is fresh. Avoid 5pm cooking it might be too dry for your tasting. read more

Did you know that you can get steamed veggies instead of a starch!?! What a clever idea! Pair it with something light like mushroom chicken and it's dinner at less than 400 calories. I can't think of any healthier hot meal over the counter. Fresh veggies are steamed crisp tender and loaded with flavor not oil. Beef and broccoli was pretty good but I prefer the chicken dishes. Disappointed again in the service. Went tonight to redeem our free family feast as promised because they had forgotten to print us our receipt at the drive thru the last time we went there. Spoke with the assistant manager Arrian about it and I understand being short handed, mistakes can happen. But tonight my order was wrong...we asked for the family feast with the steamed rice and chow mein as our sides and a medium steamed rice as an extra side. Then we ordered the teriyaki chicken, Shanghai Angus steak and black pepper chicken. Got home and found instead large side of fried rice, chow mein, teriyaki chicken, the steak dish and mushroom chicken. This is a real disappointment. We've always been able to get hot food and our orders are rarely wrong. What bugs me about this place is the attitude of the employees (rude) and the stupidity of the policies. For example, you can't order from the entire menu within an hour of closing time. Apparently the employees just want to close up shop right at 9:30 and go home. I drove through around 8:45 and was told that I could only order from a short list of items that were still available. This is fault of management not ordering truck properly. I noticed she charged 1.50 for an egg roll that I never requested. I told the employee before leaving I didn't order an egg roll and she looked at me like I was stupid. I love Panda Express! I usually go to the one on Staples, but since I was already on this side of town decided to give this location a chance. I will never visit this location ever again. As I was telling the guy my order (whose name I did not get nor did I see a name tag) my side and 2 entrees, he asked me do I want to double my entree as a second. At first I was confused I said well it comes with 2 entrees he gave me a bit of attitude about it, even my boyfriend who was in line next to me heard me tell him my exact 2 entrees. I did not think anything of, said yeah double my entree when he asked. Once I saw him box my food I said no I'm sorry I wanted broccoli beef and Beijing beef he then gave me the ugliest attitude again saying "next time be sure you know your entrees you're wasting food" I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. read more

Panda Express has awesome employees!!! They are very energetic and have a wonderful attitude! The food on the other hand is not so wonderful. I have had it on several occasions thinking this time will be better than the last but not a chance. The fried rice seems to be boiled with vegetables and soy sauce added for color.
