Great location with a patio and friendly staff. Interior is usually pretty clean. They have a station in the dining room where you can grab ketchup, honey, packet salsa, salt /pepper, etc. My usual spicy chicken sandwich and fries are always good and come out hot. The workers were so attentive, coming to check in to make sure we were satisfied (which is never expected going into a fast food place). Well I hadn't been to this location in a while now I regret it. They have changed the drive thru options which has added extra time to waiting on an order. They were the leaders on drive thru operations now I feel they have dropped the ball. They created a mobile order drive thru lane eliminating the original 2nd drive thru lane. That added extra wait time for a normal order. Pretty disappointed and was so close to canceling the whole order which was $35 dollars due to a longer wait time. I hope the new location is more efficient than this. I just feel with such a space restricted location that the owner would have done his homework before building it here. I don't think I'll be coming here anymore. read more

They design these locations so poorly..drive thru wraps around 3 sides of the building forcing customers to walk thru traffic just to get inside. Staff is not as friendly as at other stores. They don't give refills, but they don't have a sign indicating this. I would have ordered a large drink with less ice if I knew this. The one on Saratoga will give you a fresh new cup if you ask for refills. I asked for 8 ketchups for our party and only got 4. The dining room was closed (Saratoga's store is open). I suggest driving a bit out of the way to go to a better store. read more

Food is quick and tasty. Staff is friendly (most of them) Always packed and busy, kind of hard to believe they can be quick and food is cooked properly but they happen to do it every time, the have a very structured system in taking care of their double outside drive thru and inside lines. My only complaint is the playroom. There is no air circulating at all. My granddaughter comes out sweating, flushed and taking heavy breaths after just 5-10 mins of playing. Worst idea as Chick-fil-A provided me a half melted ice cream cone that was maybe an inch of ice cream above the cone. Out of all the Chick-fil-A's in Corpus Christi, this one off of Staples and McArdle is my favorite. The wait time seems quicker and the workers seem to be having a better time. All Chick-fil-A's that I've been to have mostly friendly staff, but this particular location takes the cake. I have yet to see one unhappy worker here, whereas at other locations staff is sometimes noticeably exhausted. But who can blame them when the service is so steady? Another thing I have yet to notice is an empty section of condiments or straws, which I have seen at other locations as well. They also do a good job of keeping up with their Facebook page, making it easier to see when specials are taking place there. As always, the food is good and music is never too loud. I used to absolutely love this Chick-fil-A , but they have really fallen. Maybe the people there care less, I'm not sure. I had been going to that Chick-fil-A for four years, now their food is just not as appetizing. Today is the last day I'll be visiting this location. The food just taste like oil. The French fries have been completely unsalted 5 times now that I have gone. I even asked the employee to make sure my fries would be salted , still saltless, tasteless fries. I've never thought I'd have a complaint for my favorite restaurant but today was a pretty bad experience. First the drive through worker chose to not take my order because I didn't know what I wanted and she didn't have a menu handy so i pull up to the window without an order present.. i decided to use my mobile app to order and realized my debit card was not on me therefore I give my card number from my bank app to the clerk and instead was asked to pull to the side and place via the mobile app... instead of her punching in the card numbers.. I've now been waiting for my food for almost 15 minutes!!! This is ridiculous! I had to place my order three times via the mobile app, meanwhile the girls at the drive through window just keep staring without sending someone out with my order! read more

I had the best experience here at this location. While waiting in the drive thru to get my food I was about 4 cars from the widow and paying with cash and the lovely ladies brought my food to the window along with my change.
