I can see why this place has really bad reviews. I just ordered through the app for delivery and got my ENTIRE order wrong. I ordered 2 JBC with no tomato and got a double stack and a crispy chicken sandwich with tomato! like what!?? I ordered a 6pc which was so cold and tasted so weird! My fries were cold,soggy and brown. I don't think I will ever eat from here again and after paying $20 on DoorDash for everything plus fees and tip to not even enjoy my dinner is crazy. read more

Employees gave me the wrong order. Ordered a Dave's Double No Cheese and Onions. Instead they gave me a baconator I think. Said the specific number order too so don't know how they screwed that up. Drive-thru employees also don't hear me at times when I've been here before. Have asked for ketchup when I order then don't see it when I check the bag so I have to ask at the window and certain employees roll their eyes like it's a problem. Don't know if I'll be returning here anything soon. read more

I went to Wendy's and ordered 4 Frostys. It was at night so I could not see that the Frostys were MELTED. When I tried to call this location, I received a message that "the mailbox was not set up to receive messages." Now I have to stick everyone's Frosty in the freezer until they solidify. Went to the drive thru for Sunday lunch with family. Shored us a chicken nugget, and gave spicy nuggets to the children in the kids meals. Very disappointed and made for an unhappy Sunday afternoon. I would not recommend this Wendy's. They lack attention to detail and common sense. read more

Service was 100% lacking in this visit. We pulled up to the drivethru and the only thing the person said was "what can I get you?". Kinda shocked at the abruptness, I made the order "We just need 3 large frosties please". They responded with silence. I stated "that will be all", so they then said "pull up". As we pulled to the window, I just looked at my husband and mouthed "someone's having a bad day". Well it continued. They opened the window and held out their hand. By this point, I wanted to prove a point. I asked "what is the total for the order?". She turned to look at register then turned and stated the total. Price only. Absolutely HORRIBLE! got the wrong ordered delivered so I brought the order I received and asked for my order. Guy on the line kept saying why and that it wasn't his fault I got the wrong food. This Wendy's has to be the worst one yet. I even gave it a chance since the lobby doesn't open until 10:30 according to the employee. Which in itself is down right ridiculous since the doors were open and you can flat out walk in. Had the same experience at night around 10:20- walked in and was refused service. You serve breakfast, open that sh** early. I just went through the drive through, almost same terrible experience. The gentlemen was nice, however he left his mic on. So I had to listen to him for three minutes while I waiting behind the car ahead of me. They didn't have the biscuits and gravy side which was disappointing but you can't really blame that on them. Three times I tried, and was three times too many. Please review your lobby hours, if not at least lock your doors for the love of god. Don't make me feel stupid for your stupidity. read more

Dear Wendy ;) It all started on night when I ordered two double stacks (with EVERYTHING on them). Bless the girls heart at the register, but it only took her about a minute to find the double stack button alone. After finding the correct button, I noticed she hadn't taken as much time to ensure the order came with everything on it, so I reiterated my request. Noticing that the burgers they were planning to serve me were made before I made this reiteration, I tried my luck with another employee. I wish I had gotten her name, because in this time consuming experience, she was the only person of any help. I informed her I was aware the double stack only came with ketchup, mayo, and pickles, but that I would like any additional toppings available as well. I praise her effort, because she went back and made my request clear. The burgers I noticed they were planning to give me were then handed back to the grill op. However, it was also at this time I noticed other customers returning to the counter with their orders. I should have take this as a sign, but my hunger got the best of me... After receiving my order I was anxious to get home and enjoy my food. Without thinking twice I thanked the ladies (the one very helpful girl particularly) and went on my way. It wasn't until arriving home and biting into my first double stack that the real issue became evident. My burgers were nearly RAW. I considered trying to eat them anyway, but after a second bite couldn't bring myself to try again. The meat was literally still cold. Luckily, I don't live very far form this location, so back to Wendy's I went. Upon my arrival I went straight to the helpful young lady whose name I failed to get. I showed her my double stacks and explained that I was uncomfortable eating them. She understood, and went back to the grill op to get my order re-made. Another lady and a curly haired young man working the grill seemed to look over and noticed I was the same person who was previously responsible for sending back this order once before. At the sight of me I heard comments like, "This guy is picky, isn't he." I didn't thinking I was being too picky at all. What about you Wendy? Hearing their comments I retorted by telling them they could give be the chili meat if they wanted, I just didn't want to eat raw meat. They didn't acknowledge my addressing them, and so I waited, wishing I could see what was happening on the other side of a conventionally placed board, obstructing my view of the preparation. Figuring there is no way they could have messed it up this time though, I went on my way... silly me. Upon arriving home and digging in, I was disappointed to find, my burgers were still pink. Not raw as before, but still pink nonetheless. This time, I didn't bother going back. Frustrated, I called the location directly. After explaining my case and asking for an 8 digit store number I heard, "'A'ight bro, hold on, yo." or something of the sort... When the man returned to the phone he still had no store number to give, and proceeded to ask me about the numbers on my receipt. "Is it on the bottom? Or top?" Figuring the person on the other end of the line was probably incapable of comprehending that I was calling him for the answers to the questions he was asking me, I hung up, frustrated all the while. What to do now? Well, in this day and age of course, I took to the interwebs. And that brings us here... I hope this detailed account of my experience is not taken lightly. As a former Wendy's employee and former grill op myself, I was astounded at not only the carelessness of the employees at this location, but also their lack of responsibility for their actions. It doesn't take but a flick of the wrist to dip that spatula into the meat patty to insure it is fully cooked. I also think if a person is working the register, they should probably have a basic knowledge of how the computer they are operating functions. Lastly, I'm not asking for free meals for life, but I don't think it is out of the question to compensate a customer who had to go out of their way due to multiple employees carelessness. In conclusion, poorly trained and executed front counter service, poor order accuracy, and having been given under-cooked meat (twice) would be the biggest bullet points of this complaint. As a former Wendy's employee, I know it is not in the job description to "cut corners". Well, with the exception of one helpful young lady, I would have to attest that these employees indeed, cut corners. And it is at both Wendy's and the customers expense. I can most certainly guarantee, I will not be returning to this location ever again. Nor will I suggest this location to any others. Literally the only thing good about this meal is that it was fresh. The restaurant is dirty and sticky in the dining area so we decided to go though the drive thru. We waited about 10 to 15 minutes for 3 basic meals. We were asked to pull up and about 4 cars got their orders before we did. To top it all off we were missing two orders of fries that we paid for. Time and time again they mess up my order. I love Wendy's and I keep coming back for 'second chances' but the incompetence of most of the people that work here make me rethink my food options when I'm in the mood for fast food. The past 4-5 times I have ordered at this location through the drive-thru I have never gotten any sauce for my nuggets or fries. Why even ask what sauce I want if you'll never give me any? This past time I ordered a taco salad, everything got to me except they decided to stiff me and give me half of the chili of what they normally should've given me even though I ordered a 'full' taco salad. They almost always mess up on the biggie deal sandwiches and just give me the wrong one that I didn't order or it'll have simple stuff like lettuce or tomatoes missing. One time they actually told us they were out of lettuce and I couldn't expect lettuce on my sandwich which is fine as they told me like professionals. But other than telling me they're out of anything they would just rather not put it on my sandwich like fools. read more

I ate at this place twice in a month and both times were just bad. The first time my fries were cold and stale and the burger I ordered was under cooked. The seconded time my fries were stale again and when I unwrapped my burger it was dripping in grease. The entire bun was soggy from all the grease. Customer services was sub-par when I tried to get my order fixed. I just got a bunch of excuses. I just placed my order on the counter and left. It seemed as if I was inconveniencing the workers to get what I ordered. I gave it a seconded chance I was trying to be nice but I will defiantly not go there again. Lesson learned! read more
