This is my 4th time here, hoping that their quality would get better, being that this restaurant is recently new in town. It hasn't got better. I think it might be getting worse. Something needs to be done, because every time I go, the entrée I ordered are dried out, have no sauce and pretty much no flavor. Poor service, I was treated very poorly by drive thru employee Diana c. As I ordered my food I asked for a plate with two entrees and a side. I was proceeding to ask for an extra side of beef broccoli for my daughter and was told I couldn't do that before I even finished my sentence, i asked why can't I order a side (like a small box of beef broccoli) and she explained cause an extra side can only be rice, noodles or other sides on the side menu. Which doesn't make sense since I am paying for the food and I just wanted a side of beef broccoli, seem like a silly thing to get an attitude about. So at this point she was rude through the rest of my visit at this establishment, I still had another order and she cut me off and said my total and to pull forward, I said I am not done ordering and she said well there are people behind you pull forward and finish ordering at the window and I said My sister is still looking at the menu I will not pull forward till I am done. As I finished ordering I pulled up to the window and paid for my food. The bag was big and had 3 orders in it, when I grabbed the bag from her I slightly pulled the bag and not only did she close the drive thru window and walk away but she proceeded to come back and open the window again and ask why I "yanked" the bag out of her hand. 1. It was a big bag and my window is small so for her apparently I was being to aggressive and if she felt that I apologize, but was not my intention even after how I was treated. I'm sorry that Diana either is having a bad day or just really hates her job, but it just makes your establishment look like you don't take pride in who you hire. I have never worked in fast food and I'm sure everyday can be very testing but no matter how you're treated that is your job to provide the best customer service. There is a lot of ass hats in this world but I am not one them. So being able to keep your composure should always be your first go to when working in the food industry. Lastly I'm sure one persons business doesn't make a difference but I feel you should care about how your customers are treated, this is about the 3rd time I've been here and treated poorly. I dont know when it happened but they have definately shrunk the takeout container so the amount is less than it used to be (especially the side dish). On top of that the Crispy Almond Chicken was almost unrecognizable, it was a dry, cooked to death lump of chicken with no flavor. Wont be going back to this Panda Express. read more

I even gave you a few chances before I called you out. It's supposed to be a simple process. If your food sits to long don't serve it. Throw it out! Why did the drive through take so long? Well, I got to this place at 11:15 am, the place was busy, not enough employees to help everyone but in this day and age, to be expected! The selection of food was non-existent, nothing was prepared on this sunny warm day in Oregon! I got a two piece meal deal with white rice, walnut shrimp and Broccoli Beef (i was given one small scoop of each dish with a ton of white rice) for $9.68 and the person helping me was somewhere else. I have been to this Panda Express several times since they opened and it was quite interesting to watch it be constructed from nothing. This Panda Express is probably the nicest one I've seen. The interior is bright, clean, and open. The food is okay - it is consistent with what you get at all other locations. Compared to other options in Cornelius, this is one of the better ones but if you drive a few miles further there are many superior options. I generally come here when I am looking for something fast. The parking lot is a bit unconventional but the drive through is long enough to adequately accommodate the lunch and dinner rush. Every time I use the drive through, the service is excellent - very friendly, cheerful, and prompt. My experience when going inside has been less consistent. The employees have been friendly but considerably slower - it seems that the drive through takes precedence over those that come inside. That's okay though - I don't foresee many circumstances where I would go inside instead of driving through. They may also be getting in the groove of things after opening a new restaurant so it may improve on its own. Overall, this is one of the better Panda Express locations I have eaten at. 3 stars. read more

Came in today and the workers were very unsociable and wouldn't even make eye contact with me. They told me it would be a few minutes for my food to be ready and I gladly waited. I 've had a really negative experience ordering from Panda Express in Cornelius today. I ordered online and waited about 10 minutes past scheduled delivery time to call and ask when it was going to be delivered. I got a very rude response from someone claiming to be the manager. Even though I paid the delivery fee, she kept telling me that my order shows up as a pick up order. I told her that I have a screenshot saved of my delivery fee and told her it wasn't my fault. To which she replied, "Yes, it is." Needless to say, I'm staying away from this place in the future and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

This is the worst Panda Express, ever! I just went through the drive through and they forgot 2 items that I paid for and my chicken egg rolls were cold, hard and tasted extremely old. The rice was hard and clumped together like it was old and dried out. The guy packaging and giving me my order was very rude and rushed me away before I was finished asking for chopsticks. The time it took me to reach to the speaker area was extremely fast. My total time that I spent at the Drive-Thru was under 4 minutes. It was the fastest Drive-Thru experience that I've ever done in my life. I ordered a single "Plate" and a small drink and I got all of them in a split second. I've been to panda express in other locations and love it, but this one in Cornelius just can't get it together! My husband went through the drive-through and this is probably the third time that they got our order wrong, not to mention the teriyaki sauce spilled all over inside the bag and made a big mess coming into the house. In addition, when I called to talk to a manager out of frustration of another order (for a family of five) messed up, they told me they were too busy, so I politely said I would call back later. When you allow a bunch of young and inexperienced "children" to operate a business, you lack respect and customer service. I would love to use the names of the 2 disrespectful and disconnected employees, but they were the 2 who decided to not wear their name tags. Fransisco, you get a 5 star review. You are the example of a great employee. Respectful, attentive, connected, and most importantly, attentive. The manager was a young lady who seems to not understand leadership. Not wearing a name tag saved her from me using her name. The other young lady who was the cashier, but was also serving food without washing her hands, you should probably take some lessons from Fransisco instead of barking orders at him. I hate writing bad reviews, however I also do not like being talked to as if English is foreign to me. Regardless of the color of my skin, English is the only language I speak and understand. Had you 2 young ladies allowed Fransisco to assist me completely, there would have been no confusion. It is a fast food place that I rarely eat at. But when I step inside an establishment regardless of the business type, I expect to be treated with respect and customer courtesy. After waiting for several entrees because they were not ready, I would have expected to have no issues with my order. Even after we had to come back twice. That didn't bother me. It was the rudeness of the manager that prompted me to write this review. You may have the title, but you lack the leadership skills. Hats off to you Fransisco for displaying stellar customer service. You should be wearing the black shirt. You should be the manager. That is the only reason I'm giving this establishment 2 stars. Customer service does not mean you have to agree with what the customer is saying, it means you display a respectful demeanor with your customers. You do not attempt to cause a scene and draw the attention of the other guest while handling a mistake. Your attempt to embarrass me and make a scene was tacky. Ordered teriyaki chicken to go, and they gave me this nasty congealed and chunky old teriyaki sauce in containers, rather than the hot fresh sauce you get when you dine in. It was disgusting. Also the employees seem to really hate their jobs. read more

Shutting down the store 30 minutes before closing time! I was really hungry and decided to try this Panda Express. I drove into the parking lot at 9:45pm. Walked up to the door and could barely read the hours sticker because it is clear and has light white letters. I saw that it was open till 10pm. So I walked in the door and the young girl inside said we closed at 9:30pm. I told her the sticker on the door says 10pm and the door is open. She was short with me and said we close at 9:30pm. So I went back outside and looked at the sticker really close and it says the Drive through is open till 10pm. So I went through the drive through at 9:55pm and the speaker said the store is closed and it was only 9:55pm and the door said the Drive through is open till 10pm. What is the deal? False advertising! I walked next door at Jimmy John's and walked in their door at 10pm and they gave me a very warm welcome and told me to come on in. I asked them what time they close. They said 10pm but it was okay and they would make 2 sandwiches for me. 5 minutes later a Ambulance driver came in and they made sandwich for him too. Never going to that Panda Express again!!!
