Food was good and service was great DJ was working the counter super friendly and helpful!

I was hungry after work this past Monday. My wife said that she wasn't turning the oven on and for me to get dinner on the way home. I had a man size hunger so I went for a Dave's Double combo. Usually I get a medium combo, but I decided to splurge and upgrade it to a large. When I was ordering I asked for "lots of extra onion" I have had multiple experiences where I ask for this and I get home and guess what? There is less than a normal serving. This does not make me happy. So I got my order and decided to park and eat. I unwrapped my burger and guess what...hardly any onions. {see picture}. I decided not to ignore it this time. I waited my turn behind to new orders and asked for more onions. The guy kinda gave me a strange look. Then he stepped away for a minute and returned with a take out oyster with onions. Honestly they tasted more like polystyrene. I did get a large drink, but there was mostly ice in the cup. I probably only got a "Small" worth of soda. I am glad I decided that I ate on site so I wouldn't have to drive back, but workers need to follow up on their words read more

My husband is a Dasher. He came in there tonight, March 10th 2025 to accept an order somebody walked in and we're on their phone. Talking went over grabbed the bags of food from the counter. That was my husband's order to pick up and the lady behind the counter. Didn't even ask him if that was his order and he took off with the food. My husband said he was there to pick up an order and she said I think that guy just took the order he said no that's My Order. She didn't do anything so the manager came over. My husband explained that to him and he said there wasn't anything he could do about it so he talked to the customer they refunded the customer DoorDash did then my husband left and got a beep on his phone for another order from that same restaurant Wendy's walk in and said I have another order he said oh I think someone just picked it up. My husband said no I just got it two minutes ago. How is that possible? He said well I guess somebody got it and walked away rudely and would not take his order so then again my husband had two dash orders that he could not do because of this rude manager, my husband is Hispanic and so was the manager, so there's no excuse unless he is racist against his own kind. This manager will be turned in. He is very rude and should not be working as a manager at Wendy's!!!! read more

Hillsboro has the Best chili and baked potato for the chili and grilled chicken. Crew very friendly and on top of the front counter and helpful as we don't eat bread so getting a chicken breast was wonderful. Thanks So Much. Managers are always friendly and carrying from morning to late night. Thanks for not having water down chili. read more

Drove thru and ordered the Cobb salad. It was fresh and delicious, the ingredients were crisp. $9.50 for a nice portion, service was quick and staff was friendly. read more

Chicken on the chicken wrap was very hard and tasted stale. Lettuce was okay. WILL NOT RETURNING TO THE Wendys again.

I was sent a hamburger bun with no meat and was refused a refund or replacement. Not sure how or why this is okay. read more

For starters, the app hardly ever works and definitely never when we go to use it. Then the computers they put out to take orders are great for kids who like pictures but don't give the discounts that are typically offered in some instances. So when you go to the counter to make your order and they aren't sure of how to delete something off of your order you didn't order, that begins the frustration esp after the mister was up since 4 and just wanted a quick dinner. He was apologetic to them for his tiredness, That being said quick yes, unsure of food being cooked fully not so much. Fries were cold almost still frozen. Chicken looked raw, beef didn't look that cooked either. I so hope this isn't what we are to expect from them. read more

We wandered around Lowe's and Home Depot, and after dropping more money than we planned, realized we were starving. Enter Wendy's, in the same parking lot. It's fast food, I'm not going to wax poetic about it. It serves a purpose. Our food was fine, and I was happy to see the taco salad is back. It's pretty good. Holy crap, this restaurant was not clean AT ALL though. Like our table had been wiped off, but it looked grimy and was (ew) a little sticky. So I took a pass over it with a napkin, and a little pressure. (Not even a lot of pressure. I mean not enough to rip a napkin, if that helps.) The napkin was brown when I was done. Brown. I literally unfolded napkins to use as a placemat while I ate. (We were really, really hungry.) The garbage was overflowing. Stains on the floor, tables unbussed the whole time we were there. This needs some everyday attentiveness, yes, but omg a deep clean is big time in order. It's a nope if we're ever in the area again. read more

The environment at this Wendy is very friendly and welcoming. The service in my experience has always been very prompt. One of the Managers (I think his name is Nick) seems always to be in a good mood, he's kind and professional. I've always had a good experience at this Wendy's. read more

Ordered lunch in the drive thru and long story short, the order was incorrect and didn't match the receipt. So I drive back to Wendy's (5minutes or so) and wait in the drive thru again to get the correct burger that I ordered. By then fries were cold, the new burger was dry and they didn't apologize one bit. 70% of the 8.00 lunch I ordered went in the trash...I won't be back. read more

The only reason I don't rate this place 5 stars is because they do not have a double cheeseburger. Otherwise it would DEFINITELY be 5 stars. More likely a 4 and a 1/2. Their frosty's are delicious and and their fries are really good even with sea salt. Their service is awsome I think we have only had to back and get the right order once over about 11 years. Anyways over all I would definitely recommend this restaurant. read more

Jorge's customer service is by far the best I've ever came across. This guy is friendly,polite and has a can do attitude. You don't come across service like this anymore. When he's not behind the counter he's out sweeping and telling people by or greeting people. Foods good too, but seriously this guy is pretty amazing. The food quality was good, like any other Wendy's. The delivery, not so much. My wife had to return her hamburger 2 times before it was right. They seemed pressed for time and the girl taking the orders looked like she wanted to slit her wrist. It seemed a very frantic disconnect of happenings behind the counter. I just went here. My total was $2.49. I gave the girl $2.50. Got my order and waited for my change. Yes it's only a penny. But if I had handed her $2.48 she would have asked for another penny. Well one month later went back and yet again an employee walks into the bathroom with their apron on. Then returns to the kitchen and starts cooking I don't know about you but anybody that wants to go into a bathroom use it and might even dribble on the apron the touch my food and whip there hands on it and in touch my food I don't think it's acceptable. I wanted to throw up what I ate just thinking about fecal matter maybe on that apron from brushing up against the toilet or urine. Better than MCD for healthy options. Salads are very good and they have baked potato and chili. Super fast drive thru with high accuracy at this location. Good management and staff. If you drink Diet Coke the mix they use is much better than MCD. Recommended. read more
