I had the number 6 burger today as a combo. Is it worth almost $17? When compared to other options, it's overpriced in my opinion. Tasted fine, the cheddar is definitely sharp. Throw on some lettuce please. The bun was nice, but about 1/3 too small for the patty making just a mess to eat. I like the fries at BV, and some of the seasonal stuff is good too. Shakes are really good too. One of the self serve drink options was empty, no sense of urgency to fix, but they got me what I wanted from behind the counter. I know they advertise the fresh and local ingredients, but are they really and is it worth the extra expense? I leave that to you. It's also a bit of a pet peeve to be asked for a tip, even though the drive through. I'm sure I'll stop by again for seasonal shakes and maybe onion rings in the future read more

Solid, but just a normal Burgerville. I always make sure to hit it up when I am in the PNW. Holy underpants, if you get the raspberry French Toast you get sooo much raspberries. Just a heads-up. I was disappointed that they didn't have shirts, or any swag, for sale. read more

We ordered a burger and fries. The fries were very good and the burger was as well. The meat is from sustainably raised cow. The same goes for all of their ingredients, which can lead to better quality taste. When we're given our food, the server apologized for giving us food so late(neither me nor my colleague thought it had been a very long time) and they gave us two milkshakes on the house! Neat! Prices are outrageous. I get that it's local and I love supporting local but this is crazy. The food was not great. It was barely a step above McDonald's which makes me sad to say because I love supporting local establishments but I have to be honest. My wife and I got a burger each fries, and shakes. I was happy to see that the dining room is open again! Today I stopped by this location for waffle fries and a hazelnut shake. The fries were perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of salt. The shake had the strong hazelnut flavor I was hoping for. Other places are so wimpy about adding hazelnuts; I want ALL the hazelnuts! I miss the older recipe with larger nut pieces, but the new smoother version has the right flavor and is nice and thick so it still hit the spot. The staff was all friendly and the restrooms were clean. I'd be happy to return to this location. I was surprised though at the wait time, like the fries were cooked first, then the shake was made while I was already eating the fries... I was the only person in the dining room and there were only a few cars in the drive-through, and it seems inefficient that two different people wouldn't be making these items so they came out at the same time. I also think it's weird to have great big buttons for tip percentages at a fast food place - aren't tips for servers at sit-down places? The staff was great but I don't really understand what the tip is for if the food is picked up at the drive-through or ordered at the counter. Prices are high enough I'd think they can pay people decently. Burgerville overall is my go-to spot for fish and chips. Trying as many new places as possible right during these rough times to support restaurants! We live nearby, so we thought we'd give Burgerville a whirl. There were a decent amount of people in the drive-thru, but service was pretty fast and decently friendly. I ordered the NW Cheeseburger basket with shoestring fries. Hubby ordered an original cheeseburger, doubled, with waffle fries and a strawberry shake. My burger was good and messy, like I like it. However the hubby's burger didn't get doubled, and it was noticeably smaller than mine to start. Bummer... but he did enjoy the taste regardless. While nothing far from the norm, the fries were good and hot. The strawberry shake was great, clearly a real milk shake, with chunks of strawberries inside. Overall a decent first visit... I just don't understand how this chain manages to stay in business. After having visited two different locations over 12 years ago, and experiencing very small portion sizes of VERY expensive food, I tried this location since I was in the neighborhood, and I'd not tried it in over a decade. After a literal 25-minute wait at the drive-through window with only two cars ahead of me, I ordered their "No. 6" burger, large fries, and a small hazelnut chocolate shake. This cost whopping $15.07. I could understand the price if the burger was huge (it isn't), tasted amazing (it didn't), or had some other noteworthy characteristic (it doesn't ), but for that kind of money, it had BETTER be something other than a greasy, tough (seriously, the patty was TOUGH), smallish burger. The shake was the best part of the meal, and it wasn't that good. I don't know how they managed to get so much hazelnut flavor that it overpowers the chocolate, but they manage somehow. My cousins and I came here for the milkshakes and they did not disappoint. We also got a regular cheeseburger, some waffle fries, and some sea salt rosemary fries. The milkshakes we got were the hazelnut chocolate, mint patty, and gingerbread. The hazelnut chocolate was the best one. It had a really strong hazelnut flavor so if you don't like that, I wouldn't recommend it. The mint patty was also good and it was probably the thickest milkshake I've ever had. It was impossible to drink it with the straw. The gingerbread one was alright but not great. There was a ginger aftertaste, which I was not a big fan of. Wouldn't get it again. The waffles fries were decent but we all agreed that Chik-fil-A ones are better. The rosemary fries are probably some of the best fries I've ever had. It seemed like they used a rosemary infused oil to fry the fries, which made the taste so rich. They were shoestring fries, so they were crispy. Just the way I like them. They were on the oily side but it's junk food. I'm still thinking about them and would definitely come back just to get them. The cheeseburger was a disappointment. My cousin ordered it expecting it to be full like an In N Out ones, but it came with no lettuce and tomatoes. The patty was really thin and was basically a McDonald's kid's cheeseburger. The food alone would have given this place at least 3 stars, but I took another star off for customer service. After we got our food, the employee immediately closed the window and walked away. Yup here I am sitting in Cornell Coin Laundry eating a burger and fries. I know I am dripping the special sauce on the floor but I am cleaning it up. I really liked Burgerville, this place reminds me of my childhood. As kids we had so many memories grabbing burgers and fries and parking in the parking lot and pigging out and "people watching". As of late, this place has gone down hill. I personally like the double cheeseburger with extra cheese and no ketchup. It's not a dietary thing, just a preference. It's frustrating and scary to know that the people working here are paid to listen. Sometimes I get my cheeseburger without ketchup and spread. Sometimes I get the cheeseburger dry and it's just cheese, patties and 2 buns. On top of that, sometimes the cheese isn't melted and the burger is cold. My point, it's not that hard to listen... for goodness sake they even repeat your order back to make sure it's correct! If the people working here are paid to listen and they can't get it right, I instantly think outside of this establishment how are these employees with their own personal relationships and daily life? Been to this location multiple times, food is usually great as long as the fries are fresh. Went thru the drive thru for dinner tonight & got home to find the wrong sandwich. When I went back to get it replaced the staff was friendly & Tyler saw to my issue immediately! Left with exactly what I had asked for the first time & a new set of hot fries since mine would now be cold. He went above and beyond offering me a few small extras for the inconvenience. Very friendly & his attitude (along with all of the other staff I dealt with for both visits) absolutely made my night after i was so bummed to have to drive back for a replacement sandwich!! Wow, I never thought Burgerville could get this bad. Ordered in the app for curbside pickup. Got there, checked in, nothing happened. Workers were standing around doing nothing. There were no other customers inside or out. They had no sense of urgency, just screwing around. I waited. 15 minutes passed. I tried calling and no one answered, got VM saying no one was available. Can you believe this? No change. I finally walked in and it was ready so why didn't someone bring it out? The shakes were melted and 1 had hard pieces in it--maybe cookie crumbs? Burgers were tepid. Make great fresh burgers with their special sauce but you need to buy fries on the side and chicken basket is big and crispy. Good breakfast sandwiches and even burger with egg, they do have breakfast plates. Milkshakes and lemonade,sundaes are special during fresh fruit time and are so good but short seasons. We drove 11 hours to get to Oregon from California. Today we stopped by Burgerville for the first time ever since they don't have any in California. We ordered cheeseburgers and their blueberry milkshakes. My husband asked for onions but they said they dont have any since it is not in season. We love that. I read how good it would be if we ate and slept seasonally. They also use local ingredients. Another thing we love. What really touched us was when our daughter decided to take off the lid of her milkshake and dip frenchfries in the milkshake. I guess it is supposed to taste great. Anyways...she on accident tipped over the milkshake and spilled almost all of it on the floor. She went to ask for a wet cloth towel because she really wanted to clean it herself but one of their amazing employers not only cleaned it up and told us not to worry but he also brought our daughter a new milkshake.
