One-Star Review Very disappointing experience at this McDonald's on NE 48th. I only wanted to purchase a Happy Meal toy by itself, but the employee refused to sell me the toy. She told me that she sells too many Happy Meals and would not sell me the toy. Other McDonald's locations are willing to sell the Happy Meal toy separately, so I don't understand why this location refused. It was frustrating and unnecessary, especially when other locations are willing to accommodate the same request. read more

1 star is too much for this place. Ordered 2 Big Macs ...throw them in the garbage and went to In & Out across the street. McDonald's Food is horrible, dry, cold and tasteless. Bad service and not very friendly staff. read more

Posting the holiday hours for anyone who wants to look or see before having to call, I have no complaints about this McDonald's despite it being busy the workers have always been nice to me. The store is clean and mostly quiet, the food is fast food what do you expect, but anything I've gotten from here has always been correct, it really is based on who's working! read more

McDonald's - Holiday Hours - Fast Food Near Me - Hillsboro, Oregon

If food poisoning is what you're into, then this place is your go to. Fries were cold, soda tasted dirty. I bet they don't know when they cleaned their lines last. I spent 30 minutes waiting for the food. My kiddo wanted McDonald's and this is the worst location I think I've ever been to. Thanks for the food poisoning btw. read more

It was Saturday night at just after 9pm. The only fast food restaurants open are Taco Bell and McDonalds. No Jimmy John's, or Jersey Mikes. Can someone tell me how this can be allowed? This is my first question. I really didn't feel like bad overpriced fake Mexican food, so I opted for McDonald's. I used the App to snatch a free large fries and a buy one get one for $1 McChicken. Now I got home and I realized that there were probably 10 fries in the carton. Now this might be because the new fry cartons look like they have fries in them even when they don't. I have always wanted to run an experiment to see the quantities given with the small/med/large fry sizes. Now apparently they are resorting to optical illusions to give us less fries. I believe an investigation needs to be started. read more

McDonald's - I mean seriously. I call shanagagans - Fast Food Near Me - Hillsboro, Oregon

It's Grimace's birthday so I came in to celebrate by ordering the meal. The burger had almost no lettuce and double the sauce. The fries are bad either from old oil or sitting under the heat lamp to long. Complete soaked in oil and poor taste. The shake was good although I'm not sure if it was supposed to be grape or berry, it just tasted sweet and creamy. The change in ordering means that when you enter there is no one who will be coming out to help you unless you raise your voice to get their attention. You order on your phone or at the kiosk and wait for someone to come out from the back. The tables hadn't been cleaned in awhile and the dining area floor looked greasy as well as dirty. read more

I would put 0 stars if I could. I ordered a medium French fry and it was not only gross, it was not even filled up. It was more of a small. I asked the restaurant how often they change the oil and she said every two weeks. That is disgusting. I will never come back to this restaurant again. read more

If I place a mobile order before breakfast ends, I should be able to get the breakfast I paid for. Like I know y'all still got those McMuffins back there don't lie to me! But instead I have to reorder then wait 5 million years for a burger and fries I don't want after waiting in the longest line. Xoxo I hate y'all sm read more

Low price means you're paying with something else. Our littlest loves the Happy Meal but you must compromise on food quality, service and so much more. Our order today had two ítems missing, which is ALWAYS the case in ANY location we have visited in the #PNW. Is not like they don't try something. The place was remodeled and they have drawings for the kids to color, they even put them up in a wall so the children feel recognized. All @mcdonalds has to do is train their employees better and maybe pay them a little more? read more

I have listed this Mc Donald's several times maybe 1 out of 3 times do they get my order right. But today they refused to use a coupon from a amother McDonalds Recipt which no where did it state use only at tge Mc Donald's originally purchased. When I showed her there was nothing on the Recipt that stated that. She said it was the owners decision and not Mc Donalds This is an unfair practice. I will drive an extra 2 miles before I come back here. As well as notify McDonald headquarters read more

Took 25 minutes inside to get food. Had to order myself, the manager said they'd only help employees at the register and they prefer customers use the kiosk. No one came for assistance, even after pressing all the buttons. Machine didn't print receipt. Every customer inside unhappy. They seem to cater only to the drive thru which is backwards in my opinion. Terrible... even for a fast food restaurant. read more

Wow...so I know it's McDonalds but wow. I ordered 2 meals. There are 2 sets of people in the place. Well three if you count all the employees at one table. But.. I digress. So the other table has their food. A few minutes after I order, a woman screeches #146. I walk up and she says "Do you want that all on one plate?" I said...no, two. As I told the guy when I ordered. One big breakfast then two egg rounds and bacon on a separate order. "So all on one plate?" No...two plates. One of the employees at the table wags her head saying...I won't do that. It would all be together. Then after I get my meals I have to ask for salt and pepper....I guess noone told them covid restrictions were removed. I also can't get my own drink. As we eat the screeching woman continues to screech at the set of employees about how they don't have enough customers and the store is losing customers. I wonder why when I feel so welcome! Then she screeched about how she is going to Disneyland to work at a McDonalds there...some discussion arose as to how it must be nice to not pay employees or work them more hours but you own a place in Disneyland....nice dig on the owner in front of customers. Sigh.... I wonder why this spot is losing money? read more

Do not visit this McDonalds unless you have an extra half hour in your plan. Good luck going through the drive thru The last 3 times I have come to this McDonalds in the last month I have waited 20-40 minutes in the line. I'm waiting in line as I write this review, it's been 20 minutes and I haven't even reached the "pay here" window. It is ridiculous. The food is not worth the wait. I go to any other McDonald's in the area because the quality is leagues better at the 185th or others in the area. The service doesn't seem to care about the food or service time. They haven't used the secondary window or waiting parking spot. I have places to be. After I waited 15 minutes in front of the pick up window last time, they asked me what was on my burger because they made a mistake. 7 minutes later they finally brought me the food. I don't understand how they can be so incompetent at their job. I have friends who said working at McDonalds was easier than any other job they have had. I would seriously rather go 15 minutes out of my way to the McDonald's on 185th than visit this place. The food is crap. The employees don't care. Don't go here read more

Toman mucho tiempo para atender, se hacen las que no te miran y quieren que les paguen más... porfavorrrrrrrrrrr!

This mcds is incapable or making a special order without messing it up at least once. I rarely come though sometimes on Sunday mornings for a sausage egg mcgriddle with no cheese add bacon. I guess I should be thankfully that they chased me away, McDonald is poison anyway. read more

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for a single sandwich. Then they forgot what my order was. This is the first bad review I have written about on yelp. I like to give positive feedback most times and just move on when it's bad because I know everyone can have a bad day. In my opinion a well established chain restaurant like McDonald's does not have an excuse for how poorly they perform. Will not go back and will not recommend. read more

This McDonald's location is by far the worst in the area. For me, I'd rather drive up to the 185th location that have to come here but unfortunately this is the one that delivers to my house if I order through delivery apps. I was at home today with a teething baby and didn't really want to leave the house. A Big Mac sounded great so I ordered through GrubHub. When my order arrived, the bag looked like it had been through it. I am positive it was the store that did this as it had the grill receipt stuck to the bag sticker instead of the sticker sealing the bag shut. It's 2023, who doesn't seal the bag shut for a delivery order? Upon opening the bag, I found that half the fry carton was empty, there was no straw for my drink and my Big Mac that I ordered without pickles actually had nothing BUT pickles on it. That's right, no sauce, cheese, lettuce.... just bun, two dry ass patties and the most pickles I'd ever seen on a sandwich. Normally I would just suck it up and eat it but there was no saving this. I ended up reordering my meal and the second Big Mac came with a stale bun. It was bordering on a crouton it was so bad. Thankfully between the two burgers I was able to Frankenstein together something edible but come on! I shouldn't have to! Also, since there was a minimum delivery amount needed to get them to deliver I did have to reorder the fries and drink as well and AGAIN half empty fry carton and no straw for the beverage. Not worth it, in the future I will suck it up and drive up to the other McDonald's if I find myself wanting a Big Mac. read more

If I can give this place a zero stars I would! Tonight we waited over 45 minutes. They only helped the drive thru line. Did not acknowledge anyone inside at all. The guy that has green hair aka the manager should be retrained. No customer service skills at all. If you are having customers wait over an hour just for "fast food" make an executive decision to shut something down to catch up. Or let people know the ETA. In all my years of fast food I have NEVER EVER had to wait this long. Truly unacceptable. I hope someone talks to their GM to get more people staffed cuz those 2 poor ladies in the back was busting their butts off. read more

Just walked out of there without food. Stood at the register and was ignored so went to the automated kiosk. Entered my order and could not figure out how to pay at the end. Definitely a large departure from the customer service I was taught when I first began my working career at McDonald's. I may order at the drive through in the future, but doubt I'll step foot in these soulless places again. read more

Food took 30 minutes. Nothing special, a mcChicken and a happy meal. 20 minutes of waiting in the drive thru, midway through I had to run inside because my daughter had to go to the bathroom. Terribly slow and a far cry from what the McDonald's standard is. read more

I know that these establishments are independently owned and operated. I don't know who the owner of this particular restaurant is, but your establishment is absolutely one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Now, I understand it's McDonald's and fast food, but I'm still spending my hard earned dollar. if there was a "-0" that's the score I would be applying to this particular restaurant. I will never, ever patronize this establishment again. It's not rocket science, we aren't sending people to the moon and God knows we're not splitting atoms, we're just ordering simple food, and these people can never get it correct. read more

28 min waiting for a 6 peace happy meal it's the most ridiculous amount of time for a happy meal never coming here again

I'd like to say I keep the standard bar set low for fast food restaurants but this location seriously needs new management. The lobby is filthy. Busted catchup packets on the floor and the employee just stepped over them and went back to working behind the counter. Elderly lady is asking for a corporate number because she's been waiting 20 minutes for her order and wants to complain. Lines are backed up because they're operating so slowly. Fryers keeps buzzing because they don't appear to be checking them and the fries are done. It's McChaos! If you like to watch a train wreck, this place is for you. read more

This place has gone really downhill fast. Haven't gotten an order correct in the drive through in months.

Yep... still bad. Does the owner just not care? The locations on 1st St in Hillsboro and Glencoe Rd are better

This location has really gone down hill. The food is nasty. They just slap it together. The service is a bunch of kids that are rude and just don't care. And by well means, don't ask for napkins, that's definitely an inconvenience for them. I would not recommend coming here at all! read more

It's McDonald's. I think we all know what the food is like, as it is practically computer generated. But, let me discuss this location. Only been through the drive through here a few times, and this location is particularly snazzy. Two different lanes to order in - and two menus and speakers side by side. They converge into one lane at the windows. First time I'd seen that before. Even though they are taking orders in double time, I have never had a delay here or bad customer service. Every transaction is smooth and quick no matter the number of customers in line. And now on to my favorite part.... They have big LCD screens for menus. Since when did regular signs disappear from the world? Especially at a fast food place. I suddenly felt old. read more
