Every time we go in they screw up our orders, the food is cold and the staff doesn't care. The manager has been there for years and he doesn't care either. I do love that they have the Whopper Jr which really is a smaller Whopper whereas most places that do the small hamburger as a near joke version of a hamburger but it is a great sized with a small fry if you need just a little but not a full huge meal. This location continues to be bad. I stopped here on a whim because my daughter wanted to go in. Against my better judgement I agreed. I have been here before for same reason and each time I am disappointed. They got her kid's meal order right, but I ordered a Whopper with no mayo. I got a child's-sized hamburger with mayo (it doesn't normally come with mayo if it's the kids burger, either) I asked them to correct order and I got a cold replacement after my daughter was already finished. But the cashier tried to charge me $2.79! She told me that their 'prices' went up. I told her no, that I would be paying the price listed on the large menu sign on the wall. Worst fast food I've ever had. Not that it's ever good, but when you want a quick bite it's nice to have. Every single time we have went here it's been bad. Chicken is always dry and over cooked. lets start with the food. It was as it normally is hot a pretty good the problem it wasn't the right food. We went through the drive thru at 1030 pm not busy only one car in front nobody behind us. We had to keep repeating our order because they apparently could not hear us. Finally order given and repeated all is good. as we pull up to the window it is obvious why so much repeating, the music inside the store was extremely loud hard to talk to the employee even in person. We paid and received our food my wife insisted I check the food at the window but I said lets just go. Get home wrong food now wife is mad at me and Burger King. Waited 5 minutes a couple came in and ordered after us and got their food first. Waited another 5 minutes. They forgot my onion rings. Went to go back into the lobby at 850 doors were locked. Sign says lobby closes at 930p. Went threw the drive through no apology. They did give me a large onion ring but they were so old they weren't edible. This place was really good 10-15 years ago. Based on other reviews and my own experiences, I have to give it one star as well. I went to grab a bite to eat before grocery shopping at the Fred Meyer next door. Although it was an hour before their posted closing time, the doors was locked and the people inside was laughing I was trying to open the door. And BK advertises they serve Whoppers and other sandwiches during breakfast hours, these guys always it is a hassle and inconvenience to turn on their grills early to make a sandwich. I stopped by and ordered a whopper, medium fry and a ice water... no problem. Until I tried to redeem a coupon for buy one whopper get another free. It was on a coupon card I purchased from the local high school football team. The girl taking my order asked me to pull forward and took the card to her manager. He came back shortly after and very abruptly took my debit card, said it was $4.99 and shoved two whoppers off the waiting rack into a bag. In the worst possible way I love BK and always have. Thankfully for my waistline this is the closest location to me and it is absolutely terrible! Consistently long wait times, wrong orders, and zero regard to service. I have only dabbled in the drive-thru because I can tell from outside I would regret going in. A few times I've stopped by when their "flame grill" was out which caused the wait time to lengthen exponentially (with no indication of this until it's your turn to order, and by that point you can't escape) and in the end tasted like nothing. Unprofessional and not worth your time in the slightest. Do yourself the favor and go to Sonics instead, or if you desperately need your BK like I do go to the one on Cornell. read more

I was charged $7.99 and when I said the poster shows that it should be $5.00 I was told that that was for something else. I let it go at the time have since seen the ad on TV and it seems clear that my meal should have been $5.00. I am retired and don't have money to throw away.
