Their hours says they close at 9:30pm. I parked my van and approach the door at 9:18pm and the doors were locked. My van is too tall to clear the drive through so that's not even an option. Two weeks ago, we ate at the Burger King in Cornelius. The burgers were terrible (cold, cooked long before and took a long time to be served). We also ordered french fries. The appeared to have been prepared hours ago. When we were not given ketchup, we asked for same. The staff told us we would have to purchase each packet. After skimming through the reviews... I'm so glad I got a job somewhere else. Not cute. I ordered some food and did not get what I asked for. Came back around to let them know it was wrong. The workers were fake friendly and when we pulled to the window the young lady didn't speak..?? Extremely poor customer service. If that were me I'd take responsibility and correct it without second thought. Would not go there again. Idk what the issue was, the store effort was incorrect. I was happy to get food from there but then weird energy came off of the employees and ruined it honestly. Rip. Literally the rudest employees I've ever dealt with in my entire life. The manager told me to get in line and I was.. nobody else was there. It took him 5 minutes to get somebody to help me and when I received the food it was cold. Never again.. atleast Hillsboro location has warm food. read more

Went through the Burger King drive thru. Talk about a joke! The service at this location has gone extremely down hill. I use to work at this location and issues like this NEVER happened. I had to tell the extremely rude and incompetent girl in the drive through THREE times over that my order was incorrect. THREE. TIMES. She kept handing me bags and ignoring that I had said it was wrong. Lobby wasn't busy and there were not a lot of cars in the drive thru. My fries were cold, nuggets were soggy and gave me the complete wrong sauces. The amount of disrespect and lack of surroundings from these workers is extremely worrisome. Almost always cold food and over cooked/burned! They don't even make it the way you ask. Asked for extra mayo got the same amount it normally comes with every time. The food looks old most the time and doesn't look like they cared much just to rush your order and send you in your way. We only go here since it's one of the closest to our house but I'd rather travel an extra 15-20 minutes then eat from this nasty Burger King! read more

If you go to this burger king dont expect to have it your way. They dont serve any fish burgers even though its on their online menu and multiple times they've been out some of they're chicken burgers. The last time i went there i asked for some ketchup for my fries. I was very surprised when they told me they didnt have any. I asked them if they were sure they didnt have any ketchup because i couldn't believe Burger King ran out of ketchup and they assured me they didnt have any. So i finally asked for the manager and he found me some ketchup, apparently the other worker was just too lazy to get it. Waited 5 minutes for someone to take our order and people kept looking at us and walking by us while we were waiting, the place is FILTHY, the doors are covered in food, fries literally all over the floor, everyone is very slow and they act like it's their first day working there. Hour long wait!!! We waited close to 15 minutes to order and another 45 minutes for food. I understand having to wait during their busy times, but this was ridiculous. We never actually got any food. I ended up just demanding my money back. I have never done that before. Several orders for customers inside were lost somewhere among all the drive thru orders, so we weren't the only ones complaining. The front counter request our meals multiple time to no avail. I usually get decent service at the drive through but today was the worst I have ever seen. Ordered the 2 for 10 whopper meal with a large coke zero and a large diet dr. pepper and 2 original chicken sandwiches. when handing me the drinks I asked which is which and she said I don't know look at the bubbles on the top. One was press with cola and other and the 2nd drink had diet and other pressed. Well the diet dr. pepper was in the one with cola and other pressed and the second drink was diet coke. Also the original chicken sandwiches turned out to be the long cheese burgers instead which really sucks. Hope you guys get your act together. Today my father was at Burger King meeting up with a few coworkers. One of them made it to the restaurant earlier than the others and ordered his food, few minutes later everyone else arrived. Everyone else received their food, except the first person who arrived. He calmly went to the front after another few minutes passed and asked where his sandwich was because he had been waiting for 15 minutes by then. Instead of checking on the kitchen to see if they may have forgotten about the sandwich, the manager Dustin responded "if you don't want to wait for service then I'll give you a refund then I want you to get the f**k out of my store." The customer remained polite and took the refund, then walked over to my father and the rest of his coworkers to explain why he wasn't eating. Then Dustin proceeded to yell at him and tell him to "get the f**k out." He started creating a scene so everyone stood up and left. I wish I could give ZERO stars out of five. No customer deserves to be treated like that, and definitely doesn't deserve to be talked to like that. Dustin is the most unprofessional and extremely rude manager I've ever seen. Worst burger king ever now wont be going there ever again i went in 2 days ago order a double whopper with cheese and other meals and when i was eating my burger i see something moving i tought it was a peace of lettuce but i see close and it stud up and i see it was a little worm the ones that come out when meat is bad i went back and told the guy manager and was really rude to me and was acusing me and i even had prove of pictures and took him the burger. We used to love this Burger King, but something has changed for the worse. It now takes FOREVER to get your "fast" food. We sat in the drive up line for 30 minutes. Next time we ordered just a burger and it still took 15 minutes. I gave them one more chance--it was 5:30pm, things should be ready for the dinner shift, and no other cars were in line. This should be fast, right? Nope--he said they needed to make the fries and I still sat for 10 minutes. I was really looking forward to a crispy chicken sandwich and I was so hungry. It tool 29 minutes to get to the window and another 2 minutes to get my food. I saw one car leave from behind me and if I wasn't so hungry I would have done the same. By the time I got my food it was all dried out and hardly resembled the sandwich I love.
