Extra pickles, ketchup and onion under the cheese. A perfect order.

I decided to give them another shot and this time I ordered the EXACT same order and it arrived hot and perfect. Bravo!

Worst fast food I've ever had. Not that it's ever good, but when you want a quick bite it's nice to have. Every single time we have went here it's been bad. Chicken is always dry and over cooked. This time we ordered our grandson a cheeseburger kids meal and it came on regular slices bread not even a bun. What little kid looking forward to a cheeseburger wants it on thick sliced bread?? It's ridiculous and a waste of hard earned money when they won't eat it?! Won't go back and I would not recommend it. UPDATE: Came back by and got a whopper and fries with my boyfriend and the fries were frozen inside. Great job guys! Management obviously sucks. Worst ever!

Inside is spacious and clean. Most of the employees are young but I've always received great service. I prefer the drive-thru to dining in because of how efficient they are - I timed it one day and it only took 2 minutes for them to take my order, ring me up with a sincere smile, and send me on my way! The main issue I have with this location is the food, as it lacks in quality a bit. Majority of the meat choices are usually on the dry side, I've gotten entrees that I could tell had sat out for too long, and the veggies are usually not as fresh as I would hope for. I always get a side of chow mein with my order, and 80% of the time it is 90% old cabbage, 10% noodle. I love my veggies but when they only taste like the oil they were cooked in I lose interest. I will continue coming to this location for convenience but when I'm in the mood for real flavor I'll be looking elsewhere.

I was charged a premium so an extra $1.95 which is not bad for brisket. I , as soon as I got home , opened my meal it looked delicious.my first bite brought back memories of how the beef tasted in the beef stew MRE from way back when I served, it was not special, not tasty or savory but was just dry chewy and lacking what you'd expect in a brisket. As I sit here writing my review I'm still chewing. Live and learn and I'll never order brisket from this place again but stick to the good ol orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. Thanks for reading and have fun eating out.

1/5 Stars -- Three Trips, Incorrect Orders, Spoiled Food, and Terrible Customer Service…read more This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences my family has had at a restaurant. After spending over $50 on dinner, we ended up making THREE trips to this Chipotle location because of repeated mistakes and unacceptable food quality. On my first visit through the drive-thru, several items were missing from our order. I returned a second time to pick them up, only to receive the wrong size chips. Despite these mistakes being entirely on the restaurant's end, the employees appeared visibly annoyed and inconvenienced that I had returned. Things got worse when we got home. Our quesadilla was badly burnt, and the guacamole was brown, smelled rancid, and had been spread throughout our bowls. We weren't comfortable serving the food to our family. My wife called the restaurant and made a THIRD trip to return the food and request a refund. Unfortunately, the customer service was even worse than the food. The employee handling the return, Janesha, was incredibly rude, dismissive, and argumentative. Rather than acknowledging the problems, she questioned our complaints, scrutinized how much food we had eaten, and argued about the chips and queso. She even insisted she wasn't responsible for the original order mistakes. The most disappointing part? Not a single apology. Not once during any of our three visits. I understand that restaurants make mistakes. Orders get mixed up, and sometimes food isn't prepared correctly. Had that been the extent of our experience, we would have understood. What lost our business wasn't just the incorrect order or poor food quality. It was the complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer service. Instead of simply apologizing and making things right, the staff made us feel like we were the problem for expecting the food we paid for. We eventually received a refund, but that doesn't excuse the experience or how my wife was treated. After three trips, wasted time, and an unnecessarily confrontational interaction, our family will not be returning to this location. Extremely disappointing.

So here's the thing: if I order a full sandwich, I expect a full sandwich. Doesn't matter if I used…read morea reward, discount, or coupon -- the price I pay doesn't magically make ingredients optional. I ordered a Philly steak and cheese online for pickup around 2:30. Pretty straightforward: Italian bread, steak, American cheese, extra pickles, extra onions, green peppers, mayo, toasted. Literally printed on the receipt. Nothing complicated about it. The sandwich tasted fine, I'll give them that. But the effort? Brutal. There were maybe three lonely little green pepper strips in the whole footlong. Extra onions? Barely there. Extra pickles? Same story. Cheese was there but uneven. It just felt lazy, like someone got halfway through and thought "eh, close enough." And the worst part? No one said anything. No "hey, we're low on peppers, want something else?" No offer to swap toppings or give me a heads-up. Just silent downgrade. If you're out of something, fine -- it happens. But at least tell me. Don't just hope I won't notice. Here's where I get mad: I paid $5.43 after rewards. Yeah, it's discounted, but it's still money. A reward doesn't mean "reward yourself with half a sandwich." It doesn't mean toppings suddenly vanish. If Subway corporate runs deals all the time, customers shouldn't be the ones eating the loss when a location decides to cut corners. THREE PEPPERS?! That's garnish, not a topping. That's like handing someone mac and cheese with one noodle and calling it a day. If I turned in work this unfinished in college, I'd fail. If this sandwich showed up on TV, the place would've been shut down by the first commercial break. Bottom line: - Sandwich tasted fine. - Toppings were skimpy or missing. - Nobody said anything about it. - No effort to make it right. One star. Because if this is how they handle orders, deals, and customers, this Subway isn't worth the gamble.

In general, the Portland metro area doesn't have burgers worth crowing about…read more The old timers will rave about Helvetia Tavern, Skyline, Roake's, Jim Dandy, Mike's Drive In, Fuller's, and Nob Hill burgers. These are various takes on Burger King's Whopper and it's difficult to prove otherwise. Canard's steamed slider? A chef'd up White Castle. Champs, Farmer and the Beast and Tulip Shop? Yes, every city has smash burgers now, congratulations. Wolf's Head? The issue with throwing pork into the mix is some days it's glorious and some days it's the driest burger you'll ever eat. Higgins?! Yes, dad, your $30 bacon cheeseburger was totally worth it and not at all a slightly upgraded McMenamins offering. But Five Stars? I'm genuinely stunned every time Grand Lodge has a show and this place isn't packed. Those who know treasure it, and those who lack the patience are missing out. There's enough commentary on the spartan interior and the counter-and-drink-cooler aesthetic, but the important detail is the note to customers to the right of the register: Your meal is going to take time. It's going to be perhaps 20 to 40 minutes. It will not come out before that time. If you are in a hurry, please go elsewhere. They say this as straightforwardly as they can: They would rather have the time to prepare your meal correctly and sell fewer burgers than churn out nonsense to more customers. Armed with that knowledge, I ordered a bulgogi cheeseburger, took my drink, and settled in to watch the traffic. On a weekday, my only companions were older couples who'd clearly been coming in for years. About 25 minutes later, the burger arrived on its char-toasted kaiser bun (a rarity out here). On the first bite, I encountered both flavor and texture I could only compare to a wagyu-based take on a Big Mac that I'd sampled at a Chicago culinary festival. The patty melted into a near pate, while the bulgogi blended with the cheese into a complementary umami flavor that chains like Umami Burger never quite achieved and local spots like Mr. Bento seem too focused on speed and volume to prepare correctly. I am absolutely late to the party here and realize that countless influencers, food critics, car clubs, and Western Washington County regulars have already made 5 Stars an overwhelming success. But that "best in Oregon" claim isn't just a tilted Yelp score or foodie hyperbole: It's a whole lot of time and effort paying off in a product worth the expense. 5 Star unquestionably makes the best burger in this state, but it's the care taken by the family behind it and the genuine love of the community surrounding it that separates it from the crowd. P.S. I can't believe the former owner of Piattino left a bad review. What would I rather do with my life: Make food and experiences that people remember months to years later and serve as the basis for comparison to every burger that comes next, or open the 30th reclaimed-barnwood restaurant in town with a forgettable take on the same pizza made by at least three other Portland spots?
