This place is disgusting and dirty. They were very unorganized and when our order was ready someone from the kitchen just came and put it in the counter and walked away. My husband finally walked up and asked someone if it was our order and they said they didn't know to check the number. So when we looked on the bag, it matched our receipt. We ate out in our car cause it was just too dirty inside. What we got were very small portions. I think I had one piece of tomato on my big beef burrito supreme. It's kind of embarrassing. They call it a burrito supreme. It flopped over in my hand. It was so flimsy. The slope is my husband got. We threw away as they were very greasy. There is a lack of quality control every time my family and I get food at this location. The service lacks effort, and I'm always disappointed by either missing items or poorly executed meals. The flavor was good with the new Cantina burrito. I ordered a #12 combo. The price was reasonable at $10.49. BUT... there were ONLY four tiny pieces of chicken. It's fast food, post COVID so I set the customer service bar low. Somehow, this location still manages to slither under that bar. I was double charged and told to handle through the app (at the recommendation of the on duty manager at the time). After waiting a week and several messages, I got no response. So, I decided to call the location again. My inquiry was "handles" by Victor who immediately started contesting everything I said. Not used to being accused of lying and have never been dealt with that way ANYWHERE. Drive thru took from 10:15PM to 11:39PM last night. I timed it once I got to the speaker box and that was 25.3 minutes. I hear this is a common occurrence on Friday nights. When I tried to order the deluxe craving box he responded with "We just don't do that." Which is weird because it was on the menu, and they made everything that comes in it. I Watched the worker put his hands in his pockets with gloves on as he stood there just watching the other worker prepare food. When I finally got my food, my order was wrong and my husbands food was cold. They also forgot the fire sauce, and didn't give me a receipt. Didn't feel like waiting another hour to have it fixed. If you love taco bell I suggest going to a different one. Driving a little out of your way will probably be worth it at this point. read more

Frustrating experience with the staff and getting my food order right at the drive thru. I was patient and understanding of new employee making the mistake when they took my order and had made the attempt to correct it at the window. Unfortunately, as I driving away, I was given another bag with 1 missing item still. I had to park and walk in to obtain my item. Employees in the back preparing the food were rude and adamant that I was wrong when missing food and argued against a $3 dollar taco! After some explaining, I finally came home with my chicken quesadilla not pre-cut, the Doritos tacos stale and the Mountain Dew Baja Blast fountain drinks watered down - you might as well be drinking sparkling water. I don't expect gourmet coming from fast food but with price increases, it probably starts to matter to some people. All around the atmosphere didn't feel welcoming or friendly. Don't get me wrong I love Taco Bell. It's just sometimes they get my food wrong. Except by meaning sometimes it's like ever other time I go to the restaurant. Since, I am one of those people with dietary restrictions it is especially hard and frustrating when food I am not supposed to have gets put into my meal. For example I older my food with out cheese and sour cream, but unfortunately have gotten halfway through my meal and realized the employees at the establishment have forgotten to exclude those idems from my meal. It's really frustrating because I am lactose intolerant and those things make me feel sick. I hope my service in the future will improve, as well as order accuracy. read more

This is the dirtiest Taco Bell, or restaurant of any kind, I have ever eaten in. Every single table was dirty and needed to be wiped down. Food and wrapping particles littered the floor. There were 3-4 tables with patrons and a slow drive-thru... but staff actively avoided cleaning, and instead either goofed around or purposely ignored me when I needed a fork-- because the supplies were out. Meals with sauces, Guac or sour cream also were skimpy in servings. There is a Taco Bell of equal distance nearby-- that is now our Go-To. read more
