Boy oh boy, juicy n flavorful! I recall biting a few small cartilage pieces that technically shouldn't be there, but they were cartilage pieces from rib bones. That told me, this meat was fresh and the real deal. It had some meaty and fatty pieces in there that I passionately enjoyed. ~ Oh, and their sauces! I was given four different types to try. Two were green in which one of them were chili hot. The other green and red salsa were just ok. But the creamy red chipotle sauce was probably my favorite. Make sure you try it! * Service * No issues. Ordering was normal and I picked up my goods a smile and a 'gracias'. Their salsa selection is great too! My favorite is the chipotle orange sauce. I grab extra to eat with my eggs the next day lol. I remember a few years ago alvaro's card reader was down and he gave me the food for free. I came back with cash. A true staple Beaverton and we are blessed to have this spot in our community. 10/10 would recommend.
