So here's the thing: if I order a full sandwich, I expect a full sandwich. Doesn't matter if I used a reward, discount, or coupon -- the price I pay doesn't magically make ingredients optional. I ordered a Philly steak and cheese online for pickup around 2:30. Pretty straightforward: Italian bread, steak, American cheese, extra pickles, extra onions, green peppers, mayo, toasted. Literally printed on the receipt. Nothing complicated about it. The sandwich tasted fine, I'll give them that. But the effort? Brutal. There were maybe three lonely little green pepper strips in the whole footlong. Extra onions? Barely there. Extra pickles? Same story. Cheese was there but uneven. It just felt lazy, like someone got halfway through and thought "eh, close enough." And the worst part? No one said anything. No "hey, we're low on peppers, want something else?" No offer to swap toppings or give me a heads-up. Just silent downgrade. If you're out of something, fine -- it happens. But at least tell me. Don't just hope I won't notice. Here's where I get mad: I paid $5.43 after rewards. Yeah, it's discounted, but it's still money. A reward doesn't mean "reward yourself with half a sandwich." It doesn't mean toppings suddenly vanish. If Subway corporate runs deals all the time, customers shouldn't be the ones eating the loss when a location decides to cut corners. THREE PEPPERS?! That's garnish, not a topping. That's like handing someone mac and cheese with one noodle and calling it a day. If I turned in work this unfinished in college, I'd fail. If this sandwich showed up on TV, the place would've been shut down by the first commercial break. Bottom line: - Sandwich tasted fine. - Toppings were skimpy or missing. - Nobody said anything about it. - No effort to make it right. One star. This particular Subway is the worst of the locations in our area. Poor management and staffing choices. The app never works for this location so forget trying to order online. Every time I go in person the person making the sandwich seems to have some sort of attitude problem or something when they have to do their job and make a sandwich. All around poor quality and performance which reflects on the manager who should be embarrassed of how this store is run, but he or she doesn't seem to care. Went through the drive through last week and Whoever made my sandwiches couldn't have messed up my order more if she literally tried. I asked for 2 sandwiches, one was an Italian with EVERY veggie EXCEPT olives. She even read a couple back to me as she was making it and I clarified every one EXCEPT OLIVES. The other turkey with 5 total veggies Italian: about three shreds of lettuce, 2 slices of cucumbers, and then a PILE of olives. Nothing else. Turkey; nothing on it except about 4 slices of jalapenos and 2 cucumbers. Sounds tasty right? Both sandwiches were so thin and sad looking, after waiting 15 min in the drive through how is it even POSSIBLE to get something so wrong??? Obviously I listed more than two veggies, obviously I had specified what to leave OFF...if you forget/get mixed up, why not ASK??? And even then, how can you put like 2 things of each and look at that and think to yourself "yep that looks good let's charge $15 for that". I was just in the store and ordered a foot long flat bread sandwich and the young man fixing the sandwich asked the young lady working with him how many slices were to be place the sandwich. She looked up at me an rolled her eyes and said four. I knew that that was wrong, but did not want to start any problems. I am a person of color and feel that had something to do with her attitude. I checked on the computer to make sure I was right and the number of slices is suppose to be 8 not 4 for a 12 inch sandwich. For over a month now, the cold food containers have had frost on them and the food kept in there is freezer burnt, or past it's edible stage. The entire container of cucumbers were rotten, but on full display to put on your sandwich or salad The store is messy and gross. They aren't understanding when it comes to their employees and emergency situations so If you have a family don't try and work here, this is coming from an employee who was always early to their shifts, never broke any rules, but the minute I had one emergency and let them know as soon as possible they fired me. Won't be suggesting this subway to anyone to work at. I've been told by Multiple others that this has happened to them. Came here for the first time because it had a drive through and we didn't want to leave the dog alone in the car. We won't be coming back. We were the second car in line. We were sitting there for quite a while waiting for the car in front of us to finally move forward that we wondered if they were ordering dozens of sandwiches. Turns out, they were likely only ordering one. It took us over 10 minutes (from the time we pulled up to the speaker to the time we received our sandwich and left) to finish our order for a single, standard, uncomplicated sandwich. By the time we left there were 5 cars in the drive through. Based on our experience, that means that 5th car has an estimated wait time of 50 minutes. For a sandwich. From Subway. To make things even better, we were scolded by the young man working the drive through for pulling forward. We had been sitting at the speaker with no one in front of us for 7 or 8 minutes. Had given the full sandwich order (all condiments, type of bread, type of cheese) and even said we were only ordering the one sandwich. Not sure what more there was to say. After sitting for a couple minutes in silence, we figured it was time to pull forward. Apparently not. Here's a little hint for anyone in customer service - scolding the customer when you are being extremely inefficient and ineffective in YOUR communication is NOT a good practice. If either of us want Subway in the future, we'll walk into the one in Walmart or drive down to the one by Winco in Hillsboro. It may be a longer drive but it'll still probably be faster than the 15 minutes (yes, we timed it) spent here and certainly less aggravating. 1 star. read more

If I could give this restaurant less than one star, I would. It never seems to hire competent employees. I usually avoid it and drive to Hillsboro or go to the Subway near it inside the Walmart. Both of which, don't seem to suffer from this same struggle. Today I stopped by on my way to the movies since it's been 6+ months since my last bad experience there, I figured they had to have a new staff and it was possible my experience wouldn't suck. Despite being the 3rd person in line, it took me 25 minutes to get 2 six inch subs. They put half the meat they should have on my sandwich. I had to ask for them to put the full amount. I asked for a lot of pickles, they gave me four, I asked for more and they insisted there were more under the four that I watched them lay on. I watched the man pump soap onto his hands and immediately rinse it off without any form of scrubbing. That is not washing your hands. What are you 5?! Friction is needed to get them clean!!!! After handling money and not washing his hands correctly, he went and leaned on the cutting board where the sandwich is made, full on dirty hand. Totally unsanitary...... I ordered a ham and egg breakfast sandwich, they charged me for a ham sandwich add egg. It cost $1.00 more than the ham and egg sandwich. At this point I was tired of dealing with their horrible service and incompetency. So I just took the loss and left rather than going back and fighting for my $1 If you have a hankering for subway. I strongly suggest you turn right at the light before this subway, or left at the light after and go to the subway inside the Walmart. Completely Incorrect sandwiches in a 2 sandwich order online. We were over charged, also. Called the store to let them know and they wanted us to come back. We asked for a manager, no manager on site. We were told no one was in charge. After pushing, we were given the store owner's number to call. Voice mail. Good thing there wasn't an emergency! The store owner told us to bring the sandwiches back to the store so they could remake them. With gas prices so high and a 30 min drive, no way! I ordered online because I don't have time for that. She said to put them in the fridge and do it tomorrow. Seriously! What am I supposed to eat for dinner tonight? And I am supposed to go out of my way tomorrow because your staff can't follow instructions on an order! Why the fridge? Are you going to reuse the food? We sent her a photo of the order receipt and photos of the sandwiches. No response. That is no way to run a business! I thought I'd just get this Subway on the "Yelp map" and drop a quick review. Who knew Subway's offered Breakfast Items til 11AM? Not me that's for sure. I had their Steak and Cheese + Egg on their "Flatbreads". It was very good, open to all the usual toppings. I had it Toasted with Pepper Jack, Bannana Peppers, some Tomatoes and Mayo. Made for a nice breakfast stop. Anyhow, this place is right next to Forest Grove Inn, a rock's throw away from the City of Forest Grove/City of Cornelius boundary. I imagine this location will see a lot of business once the WalMart generates a lot of attention on the North Side Adair St (Cornelius 1st Ave-4th Ave), just across the street. We'll see. read more

Drive thru is a little slow and they're usually out of the chips I want, but those things can be overlooked. The most frustrating part is when you order a steak and egg breakfast sandwich and are served a bacon and egg sandwich. It's a normal Subway, except it has a drive-thru!!! How many people can say they went through a Subway drive-thru? You might think that it's odd, and it kind of is, but it works! The person taking the order stays with you on the intercom until you've gotten your sandwich your way. It might make just as much sense to go inside to order as it's not any quicker (especially if you're waiting in line behind someone) but it's a unique experience. read more

The people are always great here, even though I only started coming this year and the really old reviews sound less than positive. I come by often to pick up orders for work, and they are always efficient, clean, smiling and kind, never getting an order wrong for myself or my coworkers. This is probably the best subway I've been to in terms of quality of food and customer service, and I really enjoy having it so close. I would recommend ordering ahead if you're going to use the drive thru, as it takes just as long as coming inside if you have to tell them how to build your sandwich from your car. read more
