Pretty good. It's a hit or miss. Today was a little wait of ten minutes while they refreshed items but worth it because today it was excellent. The honey walnut shrimp tasted clean and not to oily. The noodles were just right and the new brisket dish was excellent. Super flavorful and the meat was incredibly tender. Definitely hope they keep it on the menu. Good food and good service. We typically share a large plate as it fills both me and my husband up. This time we had a coupon for a free small entree so I tried the chili shrimp. I love Panda. Unfortunately, they (like most other businesses) are suffering under this Biden economy. Just a month ago, I had decent portions for about $15. The last three times I ordered the "bigger plate", the portions have been off by about a third. I ordered from the one on Wilma Rudolph here in Clarksville TN they got the order all screwed up, my chicken and string beans, had 3 extra small pieces of chicken and I didn't get my Honey Chicken, I was given Beef and Broccoli, which had 2 average pieces of beef, same went for my husbands order. We had it deliver and the delivery person didn't ring the bell and just sat it on the floor of the front porch. AWFUL. We will never go there or order from them again. The food is great, but I always get the same person taking my order in the drive through. She's so controlling and tries to force you to pick a certain meal. She will literally take over the order like it's hers and ask leading questions. "Fried rice or chow mein?" NEITHER "Start with the side first" No? Ok I'm only taking away one star because the girl who served us. I was so uncomfortable because she seemed legit miserable. I thought ok everyone has a bad day. I usually get my two small children a two entree to share, and they have never finished it. She gave them sides that were the equivalent to a kids meal. But ok jimmy next to her was making the good plates. I stopped for a moment and wanted so bad to just ask if he could make our plates, but instead I jokingly said can you make ours Ike his haha. I went through the drive-thru tonight. I was really craving some food from Panda Express, which is very popular back home. I ordered the plate which comes with two entrees and 1 side, and a medium sized drink. For the sides, I got half white rice and half mixed veggies, and the veggies were really dry. For the entree, I got walnut shrimp and mushroom chicken, which I loved -no complaints there. The drink? Watered down raspberry iced tea, which bothers me because the server could clearly see that when she was filling up the cup, and yet she served it to me. I drank some on the way home and assumed it might've been unsweetened, but when I took off the top when I came home, it was just watered down. read more

My family and I had Panda Express yesterday for dinner, that my husband picked up and brought home. He ordered the Family Feast for five of us to share. It came with three entrees and two sides. We chose fried rice, chow mein, orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and Beijing beef. Upon opening all of the pretty red boxes, we realized that the entrees were skimpy, and only filled to within two-thirds the way up, on most, with even less in others. We quickly realized that the amount was the least of our problems. The famous orange chicken was missing. The rice was cold and hard, the chow mein was warm but very dry, and the sweet and sour "chicken", was mostly hard pieces of what I think was fried batter in sauce. Aside, from all of this food drama, is the Beijing Beef. This entree was absolutely phenomenal! It was hot, and tasty. My husband called Panda Express and told a woman named Alyssa (?), about our order. She had him write down her name for a replacement meal. My husband stopped in today, and was told by a man, that the meal would not in fact be replaced. read more

Once again this Panda Express continues to mess up take out orders. It's safe to say that they have only gotten our order correct once since COVID started. If you are going to put the tamper safe seal across the top of bag, you should probably ensure that the order is correct and all items are accounted for. I come here very often and I'm usually impressed with the quickness to which they serve you. The employees are very enthusiastic and friendly, and I've never had a problem with them getting my food wrong through the drive through. The food is usually spot-on, and I appreciate how much vegetables they put in their dishes. I eat here very often because I get a big, healthy meal for under $8. Some days the kung pao chicken is perfect, and other times it's too spicy, or too saucy. I'm not asking for authentic. I'm just asking for the food to be cooked a little more consistently. Also, is it too hard to ask for white rice that isn't dry? Sometimes there are pieces of rice that are so hard that you could crack a tooth on it! My family eats at this location almost weekly and there is always something they are out of, wether it be certain entrees or steamed rice. If you serve Chinese food I honestly don't know how you could get to the point where you are out of rice, especially on a weekend. Anyways, this past weekend we went through the drive thru as usual and asked for the string bean chicken breast. The employee said they were out and aren't going to be making anymore, they were going to be open for another 3 hours. So I ordered the teriyaki chicken instead and got home, opened the box, and it was completely burnt, like charred and crispy. I don't know how anybody would think this is acceptable to give to a customer. Management really needs to step up their game at this location! read more

Very poorly managed. First issue, we asked for the steamed veggies. The worker looked us in the eye and said, we don't have veggies today. We looked back at the cooler and it was filled with chopped veggies. They seemed like they did not care that they were too lazy to make something on their menu that people were ordering. Second, I asked for the Teriyaki chicken with the sauce on the side. Without a word the worker moved my plate to the check out. I proceeded to ask her to a side of sauce and she said, 'We don't have any'. The bowl of sauce was sitting under the warmer empty. I asked her why she didn't tell me that when I made my order and she claimed, 'Well the chicken is marinaded in it.' She then claimed she could get me some but it would be 8-10 minutes.
