My family and I passed through this location on our drive from little rock back to Houston. This location is newer and has been maintained well. It was a slow afterafternoon but the staff was keeping busy. I want to commend Patty for her service. She was very friendly and accommodating. My family enjoyed our meal. I will say that this was one of the best batches of Kung pao chicken I had ever had. Adequately seasoned and had the right amount of spiciness I expect. If I could give this a 0, I would. What you see in the picture costs $9.47. Do you see a drink? No. Do you see extra napkins? No. The food was absolutely HORRIBLE! The rice was older than my grandmother. It didn't even taste like it was from the same day. The honey walnut shrimp tasted bland. There was no walnut and I guess we really are having a bee shortage because there was absolutely no honey taste. You see they give you a pile of sauce. You need it so you can possibly get this poison in a bowl down. Now I understand why the parking lot looked like a ghost town with tumbleweeds blowing down main Street. This is the newest place in Carthage. We drove from Marshall to have a lunch. It is nice inside. Also interesting how the west side of the restaurant beyond the parking has a lot of huge bamboo that was already there....that was a nice touch! The food was good and typical panda with Orange Chicken and such.... We really wish they would bring back the potstickers! It was a good lunch. read more

This location has the "woo flu" rules..can't go inside so drive through was super long and when your order is wrong which mine was you gotta pull around knock on the glass with a mask and have them look at you stupid because the sign says drive through only and they use "sign language" to tell you drive through only.....but I just need my general tso chicken.Sucks.wasn't worth the money at all. read more

I'll preface this complaint by saying that this is the only Panda E. location I've ever been to. The first two or three times I went here, the food was good. I was satisfied with the experience, nothing was amiss. However every subsequent time I went, something else was wrong. Eventually they removed the mixed vegetable side from the menu entirely, for some reason... I don't understand why. Then, the teriyaki sauce became watery. Like, literally just brown-colored-water level watery. I thought it was a fluke, but the same thing happened again every time after that. I stopped going once I discovered the bottled Panda Express teriyaki sauce in the grocery store and realized I could make the same exact thing that I wanted, at home, and have it taste better and probably be healthier. I wasn't feeling like cooking today and decided to give them one last chance, this being months and months later of having not gone to them. Nothing has improved. The teriyaki sauce is still brown water, and there are no mixed vegetables sides. Unless I come across a location that has a Tea Bar ( I still really want to give that a try ) the only money Panda E. will be getting from me is the bottled sauce on the grocery store shelf. read more

This ti:e I ordered a large box of the angus beef.they told me to pull over to the side and they would cook a fresh batch. Well I watched. You could smell the fresh batch.A car pulled up beside me and Isaw h8mwith a fresh batch tray in the windows.they brought 8tout and gave 8t to some of their friends .They were laughing and talking. I watch another girl diggingsoomeoutofanold container before the Kirk layer the new batch in. She brought it out and when she sawI was about to check it. She ran back in I screamed I need my receipt and she ignored me.iopened my large container and it barely had meet in the bottom. The angus beef always is large and chunky filled to the top" they had q7oted me 14.00 for that box.I went back around and they quickly disappeared. From the drive through.
