There are days when I just hate this place. Customer service is a a joke. Too much standing around yapping and not enough effort put into getting orders ready. I am new to the Carthage area I have been here for about 18 months and have discovered a few things mainly that a lot of people do not like to leave the city limits to go shopping but the people who own the business is here apparently realize that too for instance your McDonald's here now charges $1.50 for your drink whereas it is still a dollar everywhere else when I asked them if this is something they did Nationwide they said yes it was but that is not true you can still go to Henderson and get it for a dollar as you can also get about a 30% savings on your auto repair and you can get your air conditioning repairs done from Longview as well for a lot less than you can from those in Carthage I know that Carthage has a lot of small business people and I and my ex-husband also owned a small business so I understand they have to make a living but I do not think that it is fair for them to charge 50% and 30% more to those of us that are on a fixed income ourselves so it is something to consider when you go out and spend your limited dollars in today's environment read more

Cold french fries and no napkins at the drive-through. It ain't that hard people! Sucks.

Just left this horrible, very inefficient establishment. I was in the drive thru for 31 minutes!!! A bunch of incompetent teenage workers. Once we got to the window for our food, after 32 minutes, the kid literally asked "uh, what did y'all have?" Really? Our food was cold, my drink was wrong, and my husband didn't even get his bbq sauce for his nuggets. I know it's fast food and not a fine dining experience, but geez. Won't be returning. read more

They NEVER have gotten an order right not once and the Dual-Drive through makes it so people will run you over to get in front regardless of if it was their turn. There was one time where I was going through the drive through and was asked to park and wait for my food and was then forgotten about, but they gave me a free breakfast card to make it right. Employees don't seem to take their jobs very seriously and are often slacking off and this definitely shows in the quality of the food as well as service. We have walked in to order at this location as well as used the drive-thru. When dining in we witnessed one of the employees sitting on the serving counter on the area where the customers are given their orders- um, gross! The shift manager in charge did ask the employee to get off but this was not the first time we witnessed employees acting irresponsibly. Another time while getting a drive-thru order the ice cream cone we ordered had little black specks in it leading us to believe the machines weren't being cleaned properly. With the previous behavior being witnessed I honestly wouldn't be shocked to find out they can't keep up with housekeeping. And the fact that they charge for a cup of water? Are you kidding me? This location is a definite miss. Literally go to any of the other fast food establishments in the area, avoid this McDonalds at all costs. read more

There is not a play area anymore for the kids at all. They remodeled and took it completely out for more dining area. Otherwise, foods same as other McDonalds, can get very busy (slow) because one of the few fast food places in this small town. read more
