I won't write out my wife's opinion of her steak, but the only thing I will say from my perspective is that it was undercooked by about 2 temperatures. My wife simply wanted the issue acknowledged by the manager since the steak was so expensive and was not cooked correctly. The manager never bothered to show up. This is a clear indication that the management of the Republic Steakhouse doesn't really care about either the quality of the food or the satisfaction of the guests. This is a shame because there is alot to like otherwise. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like we will be visiting them again. One final tip for the bar staff: If you are going to charge $18 for an Old Fashioned, you either have to make it good or fill the glass. Pick one.
