It was food. It was not terrible but I could not recommend this place. Everything on the buffet that I dared was not worth it. I did come hungry and leave full but that isn't saying much. I came at about 130pm. The buffet looked old and poorly stocked. Nothing looked appetizing. The service was attentive. My cup was refilled quickly. Small buffet, with a small selection. Although the selection is small, it is WELL prepared. Everything on the buffet (minus the desserts, because I don't eat it) is cooked in a manner to make you want more. I know you're thinking normal Chinese place has MSG, which is designed to increase appetite, but this place has the recipe down. Every bite is like small angels powdering their bums with deliciousness and the excess powder is falling on your tongue. That was a bit of an exaggeration, but seriously the food was great and would definitely come here again... everyday if it was feasible. read more

The only Chinese restaurant in town and its a buffet . I enjoy the food here and they have great selection on the buffet , like a lot of restaurants that come to small east texas towns they try to use local ingredients to make their dishes more appealing . I don't like those dishes that they have added, so may . The only thing that has stopped us from going there lately is that there is a smell of sewer when you pull up to the restaurant . If you can get past that smell its fine , but it does make me wonder what the kitchen looks like :( read more

We're only here for a few days, but this is the best Chinese buffet i had in a while! Fresh food, friendly staff, clean booths and bathrooms. They even had chicken nuggets and fries for my daughter, so she was happy. Overall highly recommended!! read more

I've been here twice since moving to the area for the summer, and the first time I'd say I was fairly satisfied and the second time I was definitely satisfied, as the food was a lot fresher it seemed as there were a lot more options available that I wanted to try. And there was fried sushi the second time- a definite hit (so if you're reading this...keep that on the menu *wink*!). My point is, that I would definitely come back here at least one more time before we make our move to Nac. I like that they seem to normally have plenty to offer and the food is always warm. They have the basics- white rice, noodles, spring rolls, sweet and sour chicken, egg drop soup and then they have more unique stuff that changes out. I like that because it allows me to try new things. I only wish the desserts were a little better- but I honestly don't go to a Chinese buffet for dessert so it's no biggie. Oh, and our server last time was excellent! Super friendly and always made sure we had enough to drink and whatever else we needed. read more
