This buffet is a decent buffet. We have eaten here a couple of times. The food has seemed really good at times and less so other times which makes us not come back for a while. It is a good price for a buffet and many people eat here...

Some of the Sushi offerings they have at lunchtime.

Sushi wasn't that great but the food was pretty good for a Chinese buffet. Just expect a small town China buffet that's actually good

Typical Asian "all you can eat" buffet. Food isn't very good and I always worry how long the food has been sitting out. Avoid this place.

The place is definitely older but everything was clean and comfortable. We were sat right away and asked for our drink orders. Drinks came back to us within a minute or two and then our waiter (probably the owner as well) took our app orders. We ordered the Kimbap and and a Kimchi pancake. A few minutes passed and the sweet older lady brought out our Kimbap and WOW was it amazing! Warm, fresh, and oh so delicious. The best I have ever had! Then we got the kimchi pancake and again wow! Hot, crispy and so, so tasty! And lastly we ordered the Bulgogi Jeon Gol Hot Pot! It arrived to the table bubbling and steaming and smelling so yummy! We started to dig in and there was sooo much meat and veggies and the glass noodles were just perfect! We ate until we could not eat anymore. I wish we lived closer because we'd go back over and over again especially with the cheap prices but we will definitely try to return when back in Longview! GO EAT HERE!

Kimchi pancake was a great appetizer. The beef comes out sizzling fajita style and has great flavor. Interior of the restaurant is dated, and the vibe is casual.

We also tried the soft-shell crab--it was beautifully presented and tasted incredibly fresh. One guest ordered the seafood combination dinner and said everything was well-cooked, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The fried rice that came with the seafood dinner was cooked very nicely with egg and great texture. Another had the orange chicken, and although there were several chili peppers in the sauce, it wasn't too spicy--just right. The orange flavor really came through, and everything was fried crisp, not soggy. I ordered the Dragon and Phoenix dinner (General Tso's chicken and shrimp with onion and ginger slices), and it was hands down the best General Tso's I've ever had. The shrimp were beautifully cooked, and I opted for lo mein instead of rice--it was fresh, lightly sauced, and not oily at all. This is not a buffet, and honestly, it felt like stepping back 40 years to when Chinese restaurants were more intimate, authentic, and personal. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the time from ordering to receiving our food was impressively quick. I highly recommend this hidden gem. They also offer sushi and a variety of lunch specials (we visited outside of lunch hours), and everything looked so good that I'll definitely be back to try more dishes.

I would skip the sashimi; it was of mediocre quality. However, considering it's Shreveport and this is a Chinese restaurant, that is to be expected. The California Roll in the combo was delicious and well-made.

Typical buffet fare otherwise, even some sushi in the back but I'm not so sure about that. The rice and noodles were fine and the soup station was warm.....the service was very nice so I gave an extra star for that. I am not sure when we are in this neck of the woods we would stop by again though.

However, they had sushi right next to the brownies, a big rack of meat next to the cheesecake and other sorts of unappetizing desserts. It looked like a factory of salmonella. The short waiter was very sweet. The tall waiter was questionable. My table ordered various drinks and he came out with random unsweetened teas. He asked for my drink order, and I said coke. He saw the unsweetened tea that I did not order and told me "don't worry about it, just drink that. That's fine, you don't need coke." Then, he asked for my drink 4 times, to which I responded 4 times with "coke." If you go there with high hopes of satisfaction, you will be humbled with regret. There's also a strange fart/poop smell that lingers around the restaurant, beware! I came with a group of students. One of the students had some sushi at the buffet. Once we arrived at the school, he ran to the bathroom and threw up. Another student threw up an hour later, causing her to stay in the bathroom for 30 minutes.
