It's not bad, but in my mind nothing to write about. However he loves it. The service was extraordinary... they were over the top nice and accommodating. I've never seen one of these places that sold beer and wine but this one sure does. That is a nice addition. The Cinnabon stuff was good too. Seemed to me like Schlotzkys is upgrading a bunch! One time, the ice machine was broken, but they didn't tell me until after the purchase. Got a refund. One other time, we went in and they were out of turkey. Every time, they are out of something. Also, don't start shutting down the drinks, like dumping the tea, well before closing time. The biggest problem is, every time i have gone in, the tea is soured. I have spoken to them about it each time and all they do is replace the tea with a less-soured batch. things have to be cleaned appropriately for this to not happen. I think we will pass on this place for a while until better staff are hired or there is new management, Not sure if the owner knows there is a problem, but I don't expect this place to last the way it currently is.

I miss their rich, old fashioned type chocolate shake machine. They still have two Icee machines...8 different flavors if I remember correctly. My biggest issue is when you try to order food from the deli, each shift blames the other shift for not being able to make your request. You want a couple large muffalettas? Morning shift didn't prep the olive mix and she doesn't have time to do that sort of thing. Then says none has been made since the last time she made it...oh and nobody even ordered the olives. Just a lot of continual disorganization and no ownership of issues or accountability by anyone there. The workers are usually friendly however and its kept reasonably clean.
