I noticed that the Mongolian Beef and Beef on Sticks lacked the touch of sweetness that I'd experienced at competitors, but the savory flavors were good and the ingredients seemed to be of good quality. My sweet boy Andrew Limbaugh was not seen at the establishment. I walked in and could instantly detect that his essence was not near. I couldn't bare to sit and eat knowing he did not prepare my fine and elegant meal. I came here specifically for his cooking, and I was sorely disappointed. read more

When arriving the customer service girl was rude and had the audacity to ask if we had paid for the replacement food. So I'm not sure what is going on at this location but your customer service and attitudes of your associates is pathetic. In my opinion it starts with leadership and what you allow or train and this location has become a joke. If I ad the owner operator I would be embarrassed to provide subpar service and the continued mistakes are even more concerning. With as many people as you have standing at the doors, which one of those people are assigned to do quality checks or to actually look at the order to verify what's going out and can your Customer Service reps that come out to the car, not read a tag that says white Chevy when somebody's in a silverI. Keep doing this and you'll lose our business period. I am truly disappointed in what you have become here
