Since Covid-19 the only way you can order is online or their app. What's interesting are the portions on drive-through are smaller than the "old" walk-in days. Food is always great at Panda. The problem with this location most definitely their management with drive-thru. It shouldn't take 5 minutes for every order to be completed. Somehow, this location manages to do it every time if not worse. It should take about 2-3 minutes in a consistent basis. If understaffed, make adjustments and hire more staff so that it can roll more smoothly. For now, its one of the worst customer services in the area. read more

First time ordering Chinese food here in Canton. I wanted soup so bad so I decided to order enough food for a couple of days. The delivery driver was very kind and timely. I love Panda Express but not this one--and I keep going back, trying to give them another chance but this is the last time. I'll go to the one in Woodstock from now on. Asked the lady waiting on me today what the difference was with the "new" orange chicken and the original and after asking 4 times because she was talking to half a dozen other people, was told it was plant based. Told her I wanted the original. People were ahead of me so I didn't see that someone had dumped the plant based in the original bowl. This stuff is gross, no sauce and cold. Chow mein was cold. Kung Pao was cold. And I ate when I got to the car with my carry out. I have been thru the drive thru before and been given the wrong thing--gone back around to the window only to be asked, "so, you don't want this?". I've been inside to order and have been ignored because someone was cleaning but looking over their shoulder at me and clearly not wanting to wait on customers. I've been given one packet of sweet and sour sauce for 3 rangoons and frowned at when I asked for another. This place is racist! I attempted to walk in to simply make a takeout order, after seeing someone having just walk out with their food, and I was told to go back outside and place my order at the drive through. I stepped outside, place my order via the Phone App, got in line in the drive through, and was told I couldn't pick takeout at the, but needed to come inside. This is one of the better Panda Express locations. I used the drive through this trip and was fairly quicker than other times. I just got a single entree snack and tried the new Schriracha shrimp. It had beans and peppers and a touch of heat, but not a lot. I thought the shrimp would be the usual small run of the mill shrimp but was pleasantly surprised. The shrimp were huge! I love panda its one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite to eat. But I have been incredibly disappointed the last few times I've been. We waited at least 10 minutes for the chicken we wanted because they had 5-6 other empty meats they were making too even though we were one of like 8 people in the place they were so slow you would think they would be stocked on food. And then I wanted mandarin sauce which they didn't have either and the girl told the kitchen girl to make it and I guess they just didn't. So I gave up on that. And then when we paid they didn't have change so we had to wait on that. I ordered Honey Walnut Shrimp and even though I was still charged the $1.25 premium, there were no walnuts. When I asked for walnuts, the lady who fixed my plate acted like she didn't understand what I was asking for. They will scape the bottom of the food bins without hesitation. It was pretty gross. I expect fresh food and I don't think I'm asking too much. I love Panda, but this location has let me down a handful of times. They also now ask how many sauce packets you want. This is aggravating. We came back to Panda express even through our last experience was terrible (service & wait in drive- thru). This time is was great. The service was fast and friendly. Our order is easy... I get the orange chicken in the fried rice bowl. I think the bowl is the perfect size for me (even a little too much). I was glad to see a new face at the drive thru. I wish more Panda Expresses offered the drive-thru, there are days when we want to grab something easy that's not a burger. read more

No concept of customer service. In drive thru line with 10 other cars, minimum, and am told because they are closing soon they are out of everything except orange chicken. Really? With this many potential orders you can't whip something up really quick. It's Asian food, it takes like 5 minutes. Not to mention, once you are in the drive thru line there is no escape. I usually have a good experience here. Sometimes the drive through line gets really slow, I've experienced this several times. My only other complaint would be recently as I was sitting at the drive through window I noticed none of the employees were wearing gloves handing the food. Go through the line inside . Second in line but they kept filling drive thru orders first. I told Angela that I would like a two plate with half fried rice/chow mein. She gave me white rice. When I said something, she gave me a look to kill. She then grabbed a bowl and filled half rice/chow mein. I asked for the angus steak and shrimp. She literally scrapped the bottom of the pan to get the last bit of food. Then she handed me the bowl without a cover over the top of the sneeze guard thing. I asked for a top and she ignored me. I asked Joanna; who was the cashier, for a top. She asked me to hang on a second (I didn't realized she was helping out drive thru). Then she came back and said Now, what can I do for you. Kind of snotty. I asked for a top and teriyaki sauce on top of the bowl which I always do. Gave me a look and said we don't do that here. And I told her I had been coming here for years and every time I get it. She gave me some but when I got home it was as if she only put in half a spoonful. AND I still got white rice no fried rice. My husbands meal was ok. The walnut honey shrimp was dry. And he was handed the container over the counter like mine without a top. We clearly told Angela twice we were to go. We will be back but if either one of those girls are working, I will either ask for the manager or just walk back out. Stopped by the other night at 9:08 for my daughter to run in and get her something to eat to go. Eva (I guess her name was on badge because this is the name my daughter gave me) was reluctant to let her in because she was already locking the door. I looked at my phone at that time to see what time it was and it was 9:08. I asked my daughter if they were out of food and she said no, only the steak. Other families pulled in to go inside to eat and the door was locked. Food quality and service has went down at this location. When you walk in, the people behind the counter look at you like they wished you would go away and they will leave you standing waiting while they fill the drive thru orders first. Fresh chicken was put out the other night and I was next in line at counter and I did not get any because they filled the drive thru orders first. Will eat else where from now on.
