We like the food at Panda Express, and we like the service more! We left a computer case in the store after enjoying a meal and, later, couldn't remember where we had left it. Inside was a computer, a passport and some other important papers, even some cash. Since we didn't know we had left it there, we didn't know to ask... and two months went by ... but Jenny, the store manager, kept it all safe. There was no phone number, so, finally, Jenny drove 40 minutes to our address to leave a note - all the while apprehensive about an unfamiliar neighborhood. When we returned to pick up the case and contents, Jenny explained that it was Panda Express policy to keep "lost and found" secure and she was following company policy. My daughter got orange chicken last night (2/15/26) and one bite of the chicken looked like clobbered milk and she said it tasted like powdered chicken. We have enjoyed multiple ,ears at this location. The food is always flavorful and hot as they are always recently prepared. The service is good, no issues or concerns. This place is not very family/kid friendly. They have only 1 high chair, no baby changing station. The noodles were way over cooked as well as the egg rolls. I really wanted to like this food. I just spit out 98% of the chicken in the first dish. Even the 3 pieces of broccoli it had were tough and inedible and had to be spit out. The appetizer platter was the worst I've ever had. Fried rangoon were terrible. I swear I could taste the chemicals (red dye 40) in the barbecue rib. The meat on a stick tasted like old rubber. If you want to ignore your customers at 9:20pm and pretend you're closed, then your closing hours should say 9:20pm and not 9:30pm. I get it... it's annoying to have a last minute customer but closing hours should be exactly that - a window of time that I have to order before you're closed. I sat a the drive through for 5 minutes (with other cars behind me) and watched the employees clean up inside and completely ignore the fact that I was at the drive through. Super frustrating. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. The lady at the drive through was so rude. First they didn't have steamed rice, so I said ok and got fried rice instead. Then I wanted to do half rice/Half noodles instead and she said she already made the order (after 5 seconds of placing it). Wow, she's quick. My main complaint is Jenny in drive trough. She just talks over you when you are in the middle of a sentence ordering your food. I can see one the screen what the order is. Current company advertising states you can get the family meal deal online or in their app for $20, for delivery or carry out. The problem is that they don't deliver, you must use Uber eats, Grub hub and the like. Which means you CAN NOT get the $20 family meal deal. Do they tell you this in the app? I hate this store with a passion. If I could give them zero stars I 100% would. The food is always cold when I receive it. The store is usually always dirty with fork wrappers, spilled sauce packets on the tables, and dirty trays everywhere. The trash is always overflowing and the floors are covered in noodles and rice. The bathrooms are even worse. The trash in the bathroom is always overflowing and the stall is disgusting. The toilets are never clean and the mirrors are cloudy and gross. The bathroom floors are always covered in something nasty and they never bother to clean it up. There is never any soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. The customer service is just AWFUL. I have never experienced the rudeness I receive from these Panda Express employees anywhere else. They forget most of my food or get it wrong nine times out of ten. They forget my sauces even though I have asked at the drive thru and at the window. There is a girl that works the window sometimes (Stacey). She slams the window and is always rude to me when I ask for anything. Literally anything. I continue to ask for sauce and I never receive any. There are two or three guys that work at the front of the store and they are the only ones that actually treat customers with respect. They always have a smile on their face and are never rude to the customers no matter the circumstances. The young ladies working the behind the counter are never paying attention. They are always chit chatting with the other employees whilst there is a giant line out the door. The wait time for a single bowl is not even funny. I ordered a simple bowl with white rice and string bean chicken. I have to wait over 20 minutes for a single bowl. The management is even worse. Jenny, the manager, who sometimes takes the orders at the drive through is extremely rude. She is always talking over me and I can never finish what Im saying before she rudely interrupts me. She never says thank you and is always rushing me to finish ordering. She tells the employees to put the food from the plates/bowls back onto the hot plate if something is incorrect in the order. Jenny has embarrassed employees who are new by screaming "Who trained this person, he doesn't know what he is doing??!?" The management at this establishment should be reviewed and replaced. I have seen the managers tell employees to pick up sauces from the ground and tables, wipe them off and put them back in the sauce container. I can't believe this is allowed. It is disgusting!
