A decent representation of the franchise. I came by to try the crispy chicken club sandwich and it good ingredients with the bacon being crispy, and the side of curly fries were also good. I tried their seasonal orange cream shake and the bottom of the transparent cup was solid white, indicating they'd not given an adequate time of mixing. Nor did it have a very noticeable orange cream flavor. I was visiting prior to dinner rush and had the place to myself, and despite the slow point of the day, the employees had left most of the tables dirty. I received an email yesterday from Arby's offering a % discount on my purchase. Today i received another email stating they were offering me a free sandwich today for my birthday. Went in there today and showed them the emails and I was told they were only good if order is placed online. Why would I order online if I plan to eat there. There was nothing in one of the emails stating online only. So, that being said, I will not be returning there because of deceptive advertising. read more

I went in the store around 8:30 p.m. this evening to pick up a to-go order. This young kid with piercings all throughout his face looked at me and nodded wuz up. I looked at him and asked- "Did you just greet me that way?" I was completely befuddled. And he said- "yeah." At this point I was just disgusted and almost wanted to leave without my food even though it was already paid for. I was absolutely put off. I let him know what order I was there to get and he was told me that it'd be ready in just a little bit. I said okay, thank you. He then proceeds to hand me my order a few minutes later, I told him thank you and he just walked away. This young generation needs to learn a thing or two about hospitality or they're going absolutely nowhere in their lives. The manager was even standing by him when this all occurred and she said absolutely nothing to him, but yet smiled at him and acted aloof. I, myself am a 46 year old woman, and quite frankly do not appreciate being talked to or treated like that when I go to give a place my business. I have a choice to go to numerous restaurants on Riverstone Parkway and this Arby's will no longer be one of them. read more

The workers were very kind and helpful, I can 100% say the employees are probably my favorite thing about going to Arby's. I ordered roast beef sandwiches and I was very disappointed. The bottom bread was moist and soggy, The meat tasted stale and had minimal flavor. I'm probably never getting a sandwich from Arby's again simply because usually when I do they're soggy. ***The hours posted on Yelp for this Arbys are inaccurate*** This location is open from 11:00-7:00. The Dining room is open until 5:00 PM only. Apparently this is due to "labor shortages" Since this was visit #2 and this time they were open - I did order - via the drive through window at 5:30 PM. Very disappointed though b/c they skimmed me on everything. I was given less than a full container of crinkle fries, no ketchup, very few napkins despite saying I need "lots of napkins", but the kicker was that there was noticeably less meat on the sandwiches than the weight ordered. Sometimes you just need grease! I love this Arby's. Always friendly with fresh crispy curly fries that makes you want to eat the entire thing all at once... I like their Chicken salad sandwich which I think is only out during the summer time. If the bread is too much you can also request for them to be made with a wrap instead. Personally I like their bread...it's a lot of carbs but luckily there is a Walmart up the street and I can walk it off there... I've been here about 5-6 times over the years when I'm in the area and always leave happy with a fully belly! Went to Arby's for dinner with the family and ordered three French Dip sandwiches as well as fries and drinks on Tuesday February 8th at 7:03 PM. There were no napkins in the dining room. I asked at the counter for some and was told by Tammy they are only allowed to give out two napkins per person. Needless to say we won't be back. Just picked up an order, got home and it was missing items. So MAD!!! Went to the new Arby's in Hickory Flat. NEVER AGAIN!! Placed an order at 12 noon today (2/6 fish , 1/2 lb roast beef sandwich, loaded fries and 8 ct jalapeño bites). Paid $20.96 and not given a receipt. Went to next window. Was asked about sauces. Asked for tarter sauce and horsey sauce). Had to pull up and wait about 10 mins. Young lady finally brought our order out apologized for the wait. Got home and no jalapeños bites. Six packs of catsup NO tarter or Horsey sauce. I will NOT return. read more

Whoever the manager is needs to look for another career. I hate going to this Arby's because it is thee slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been in my 43 years of life! I won't go unless my wife asks for me to pick something up for her, but no more!
