The food was great. Came out fresh and hot. Service was amazing will was my cashier and he was just amazing.

Food came out great but the attitude from Skyy did not. I came in asked how her day was going and then started my order "A big zax snack with a large drink please." And my buddy ordered a large drink as well. She then hands me a small drink so I politely say "Excuse me sorry I had a large" Skyy then snaps at me and shouts "uh no you didnt" then turns around and mouths something off and asks her kind respectful coworker to help her out. We came to a solution that ended in me paying a little more than double what the upcharge shouldve been. No sweat off my back but definitely don't feel comfortable in the dining room anymore. We go to Zaxby's at least 3 times a week. Tonight we went through the drive thru at the Holly Springs location and ordered three meals. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. When I bit into it, all I could taste is a burnt chicken flavor. It was horrible. My husband tasted a bite and said the same thing. Cobb salad is very good, and generally speaking I'm not a big salad eater. I do recommend zaxby's but can say one time I only got one dressing package and another time they forgot the boiled egg. Oh well. Still a very good salad. read more

This is the only Zaxby's I've ever eaten at, and boy was it a disappointment. They don't have of these in the northeast, and I'm always excited to try new fast food chains. I love Zaxbys. I come here all the time for lunch but every time I order extra fries I always get a regular portion of fries. What also disappoints me is the portion size of the fried pickles compared to other locations. If you order the fried pickles or cheddar bites you will get half the amount here compared to other Zaxby's locations. read more

Just stopped in for a Zalad on the way to Atlanta. When we went to the counter to pick up order we learned they were out of forks. First if all, what??? While eating roaches crawled from under our table and proceeded to the table next to us. I alerted the elderly man who got up and moved. I alerted the manager and demanded our money back. Bathrooms smelled disgusting. Told staff about no soap in men's bathroom and they got pissed because they told the managers but managers didn't do anything about it. Went before and after eating and still no soap. Especially during Covid, this restaurant needs to up their cleaning procedures. I've never smelled the amount of ass in these bathrooms before. First, when I came to the location through the drive thru, we waited in the line for about 10 minutes before they handed us our food. Then, when we received our food, it was cold and the fries were a sparsely seasoned. I haven't been to this location in a while and now I remember why. This place is a disaster. I couldn't give zero stars. It took over a half hour to get a salad to go, for an elderly friend in the hospital. She really wanted the Asian salad and specifically the egg roll, her favorite. Today at about 12:45 the drive thru was so backed up, I gave up that after I was in the same spot for at least 10min. I went inside. There was only 4 in front of me & took forever to place my order. Only one person was at the register, but she was just too busy picking up orders & calling numbers to take new orders. I saw that basically with all orders, the customer asked for dipping sauce. The only bins with sauces & drink carriers were at the other end of the serving area near the drive thru window, therefore she had to walk all the way across and back, making it more than twice as long to distribute the orders. Gosh, I have a good idea! Put those items up front near the registers!!!! Of course, I was late with my hospital delivery. Every time I go to the drive thru I get treated like a dirt farmer due to just getting off work and having a little dirt under my nails had a rude cashier throw my change into my hand just to not "touch me" let me tell you I clear more than this little 7 dollar an hour penny counter and to be treated like trash for being a little dirty is unjust and forget getting the right order wanted a salad? On August 14th, we tried to go to Zaxby's for lunch, but the employees were waiting outside to be let in. It was after the time posted for opening, so we went somewhere else. On August 21st, we decided to try again. We got in the drive thru window line (3 cars in front of us), placed our order immediately. We did not move for 20 minutes, then we moved up 2 cars and waited another 10 minutes for our turn. The young lady at the drive thru dropped our debit card and we had to try and get, when we got home I had 2 receipts in with our meal. We ordered 2 house salads with fried chicken to go and that is all. No reason was given for the long wait. Will never go back to that Zaxby's again.. read more

I'm not one to just only give bad reviews, I would give a good one if my experience was good but I have a digestive problem and I was told they wouldn't help me with my needs. I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich plain with no bun. I can't digest bread or things like that.
